Clean, renovated and very detailed instructions provided for check in. Nothing important but extra mirror in the room would be nice for getting ready since only one outlet in the bathroom.

Location was easy to walk to from the train station and for shopping. The room and bathroom were very clean and the Manager had excellent communication before checkin. He sent videos of exactly what to do to access the room. The breakfast was at a little cafe and they were super friendly and the pastries were delicious. The housekeeper did a great job of tidying up our room daily. We gave the room a 8 because it was quite noisy until late night making it difficult to sleep. The noise was from the streets and other tenants. Overall good value

Very clean and proper instructions were provided. Easy access to public transportation.

The bathroom was really modern and spacious, which I loved! The only slight drawback was that the shower was a bit small, but it wasn't a bilg deal at all. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely go back!

Overall, we were disappointed in the soundproofing of the rooms. We could very clearly hear other people talking and shutting doors, which was quite disturbing late at night and early morning.

Near the train station. Some 8 mins walk. Nice building. Breakfast served at a nearby cafe. A very nice coffe machine at the hall, outside the room. A nice cup of morning coffee is always welcomed!

Location is excellent and daily breakfast and location were great! Cleanliness and amenities of the room.

We arrived before the room was available so they may have rushed to clean it. There were still fingerprints on the toilet button and sink handle. The water kettle looked dirty so we didn’t use.

Giovanni texted me the night before to have me confirm my arrival time, and then when I arrived the next morning, he was out front waiting for me! He was very kind and friendly and helped me get settled. I really appreciated it :) Honestly, everything was great.

Giovanni, manager provided excellent information (via WhatsApp video) how to access property (key box) also provided information about places to visit/eat. Any queries were answered very quickly. The location of the suite was very central and easy accessed. The room was clean. Complimentary coffees were provided. It's in a nice residential area. No complaints

The location wasn't very pretty though it was in a quiet part of town and close to the city center. There was nothing to do except stay in your room as there was no common space to comfortably hang out in

The communication with the host was great. Responsive. we even got the rooms early in the morning, we were able to check in at 10:30. The beds are comfortable. We had coffe machine available for the appartment. There is also a nice terrace accessible from the rooms on the first floor. The apartment was not as clean as we expected. We had to walk with our shoes on, otherwise white socks would get very dirty. There was dust on the nightstands, table, etc. Some of the bathrooms smelled a bit like sewage. We had to keep the door closed all the time. The good part is that the bed sheets were indeed really clean. The boiler for 2 of the rooms kept stopping the first 2 nights (out of 3) so in the morning the ones staying in those rooms didn't have hot water. (Luckily we were a group of 9 so they came to the downstairs rooms where the boilers were fine). They checked the issue and they fixed it for the third night. With a few improvements (especially cleaning related) the location would be much better.

Great and clean apartment with good location. Giovanni was very helpful throughout whole stay and we felt taken care of.

Loved the coffee maker on site.

Location was good. Close to shops, restaurants and marina. Cleaner kept entering room despite “Do not disturb” sign being on door. Second time it happened I was in shower. Very unsettling as a solo traveller.

The room was mich more spacious than any other we stayed in during our trip. Giovanni communicated effectively via WhatsApp and was helpful in providing recommendations for things to do.

Location good 2 beds can push together for couples would make room more versatile
