Everything was super clean. Everything was great.

Location, cleanliness Despite there is a kettle they don’t provide any te or coffee. It is a small touch of care and service. You find a kettle and start looking for the te. If not provided I believe is better to remove. It create expectations and you get upset looking for things that are not there.

The location

Nice staff, good location. There was a loud drilling noise that began from 7/8 am everyday and I wasn’t able to sleep at all and the staff just said it wasn’t happening when I have video proof of it.

The toilets were in the rooms and it wis kind of awkward because the door was just covering it. IDK maybe it is smth cultural but it was really uncomfortable

Awesome location, very near to train and bus station, as well as city center. Room was amazing and bed was good too. They should add more hangers in bathrooms. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Good location. Looked clean from photos. They let me store my backpack in reception to explore the area. Bed bugs!!! At first glance on the photos, this looks like a nice and clean place. However, I discovered 3 bed bugs in my room. 1 on the bed, 1 on the bedframe and 1 on the wall. When I brought this to their attention, they were responsive and fast to address the issue ans very understanding. They relocated me to another room because I unfortunately paid for 2 nights. I also saw bed bugs crawling on the wall there too. I would not recommend staying here because of bed bugs since I could not sleep at all! I ended up having to wash my backpack and all my clothes because I was worried I will carry the bed bugs to the next location. (So thats an added cost unfortunately to my trip).

It’s near laundry Matt and restaurants and right in front of grocery store. Mainly that’s it’s close to Positano. There no area to eat or to relax that isn’t the room or dormitories. The place is overall very crowded. If you’re in the 10 bed dormitory there no space to move it’s a very small space. The staff are very fake. They pretend there giving you good customer service. Please do not come if you’re going to check in after 8:00pm they close reception after 8:00pm and you cannot stay at the property. They also canceled your whole reservation if you don’t check in on the date that you reserve and they won’t refund your money.

Nothing I booked 3 days in Ostello le sirene with breakfast included, and advised them through message on my late arrival after 8:00 pm as I had train delay inconvenience, I thought they could be flexible and make an exception to wait for me or at least a late arrival fee would have been acceptable, however they left me homeless.. I arrived at 9:00 pm and there was no one to welcome me, they stop replying after 8:00 pm and did not attend my calls when I arrived and tried to reach them out through phone call, myself and my partner ended up paying another hotel last minute to stay that night, next morning I went back to Ostello le Sirene hoping they could do my check in for the rest of my stay in Sorrento as I reserved, instead I was told that the property had automatically cancelled my whole reservation! It was an awful experience.. I claimed for a refund and Ostello le Sirene owner a girl with lot of Botox on her lips told me that it was not her problem and I have to deal with booking.com, as per her, there was nothing she could do and basically kicked us out from her property, she was very rude and disrespectful. I started to cry as it was so unfair.. losing money, they have lack of emphaty and flexibility, I was so frustrated after paying so much money! I also submitted a refund claim to booking.com and explained all my experience and had not receive any refund till now, they still owe me. I ended up staying in another place. Attached the photos as a proof that I was there.

Closer to main locations The shower was not comfortable and water leaked into the room

One of the staff there, Marianna, was so pleasant and helpful. Lack of lockers available. In the room that it was in there were only 2 lockers in a 6 bed dorm. They offered to provide some storage by the reception which was great and on the 2nd day of my stay someone checked out so I wound up getting a locker. But every other hostel I’ve stayed in has had a locker per bed.
