It was a very unique outdoor space. It felt like you had your own personal park. Breakfast started at 8am. Both our tours we had to leave by 7-730am.

Very unique and special vibe. You had a private outdoor area that was very special. The beds were not the most comfortable, and breakfast should have started earlier.

Walking onto the grounds of Casa Lucia is like walking into a storybook. The facility is impeccably manicured inside and out. Our very large and clean and quiet room had a small balcony with wonderful views of the garden, hills and ocean in the distance. The breakfast was the very best I've had in any country, in any hotel! Most items are cooked from scratch. I particularly appreciated the more savory elements--lots of vegetables, salads and protein--along with traditional breakfast items. Fresh fruit mostly from trees on the property are available for eating or juicing. Coffee is from an on demand machine--it wasn't perfect but for machine made coffee it was good enough. Staff is nearly always available. They were very helpful in arranging private drivers for us when we needed them. The outdoor space was plentiful and beautifully landscaped with many nooks and crannies where you could read a book, enjoy a glass of wine or just sit and enjoy the lemon trees, etc. It was so lovely that one night we went to a nearby shop, bought everything we needed for dinner and ate under an arbor. The cleaning staff was responsive when we needed something (fresh towels, etc.). Personally I liked the location on the edge of the historic district though some might find it too far from the 'action' of the center. It was quiet and a very short walk down the hill to Marina Grande. Personally I thought my mattress was too firm and I had a hard time sleeping on it until I put a large comforter down on it to soften it up a bit. However, my friend who was in a separate bed thought hers was just perfect. So if you like a firm mattress you'll be fine. It's also important to note that the venue rents out some of their space in the back for private parties, weddings, etc. This can be noisy the night of an event so if noise bothers you be sure to ask if anything is scheduled. I didn't mind it because it sounded very festive--when it came time to go to bed we simply shut our doors and windows and could barely hear the music.

Fabulous quiet but central location. Gorgeous large garden to relax in. Very clean. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our omelettes and the full breakfast you offered, and the huge espresso machine! We also loved the walk from CL to the Marina Grande and took the path down to the marina every day we stayed with you. The restaurant recommendations staff provided were excellent and appreciated. Can't think of one thing we didn't like. Hope we can come back.

A truly sweet and charming place—its lovely garden is incredibly inviting, and breakfast was absolutely delightful. The only area for improvement would be the internet speed

The grounds where wonderful and styled immaculately. It was cozy, cute, and the red decor felt so summery. When I stayed it was a hot day and the pool was the perfect temperature.

Gorgeous and very well kept grounds that included plenty of seatings areas to take in the scenery. The pool was very clean and perfect to relax around. All the animals (rabbits, turtles, etc.) provided a peaceful atmosphere. Nothing, everything was perfect.

No actual problems, but it would have been nice if toiletries had been provided, and having a place for the soap next to the sink would be useful. Our taxi couldn't quite get to the place because of the very narrow roads. Wasn't an issue for us, that's why our luggage has wheels - nevertheless for some travelers that might be useful info.

Amazing staff that was so kind!

The variety of food at breakfast was incredible for such a small bed & breakfast. My favorite was the fresh squeezed orange juice from the oranges right on the property. The receptionist Francesca was so very helpful with all of our questions about the area. All the staff were very accommodating. We were able to get coffee and some breakfast items even before the breakfast room opened at 8am. I originally thought the location would be "off the beaten path" but as it turns out, it was very close to restaurants and shopping. We felt so comfortable and safe the entire 5 days at the hotel.

Fabulous! Everything about the place is beautiful! The grounds are amazing and close to all the shops and restaurants, yet far enough that you feel you’re in a secret garden. We didn't want to leave! The bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. The pool was so beautiful and relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, too! A huge variety of food with some of it fresh from their garden. We also stayed at another B&B in Sorrento, but it doesn't compare to Casa Lucia's beautiful grounds and excellent breakfast. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this gem. Nothing!

Property is beautiful - just a few blocks off the main shopping and dining areas but a world away. A pool, lots of different seating areas to visit with traveling companions AMAZING breakfast The property is perfect. Nothing we didn’t love

We loved everything about this hotel! Great location, totally walkable to everything, but on a quiet side of town. The breakfast was fantastic and all of the staff was super helpful and friendly. Loved the pool - we spent every evening cooling off and relaxing poolside. And the grounds were just so nice to hang out in, drink wine, read a book, and enjoy the surroundings (and bunnies). The AC wasn't as cold as we would have liked, but everything else was fantastic.
