Really lovely place in a fantastic location within the pedestrian zone so just a very short walk from bars shops and restaurants. Our room had a large balcony that got great evening sun. Grounds and Pool area were lovely, though the pool only opened whilst we were there and the weather was still cool so we couldn’t take full advantage. Some of the facilities within the room were a little past their best, particularly the shower, but this wasn’t enough to detract from what was otherwise a great stay.

Great location near the center.

Location is excellent walkable to everything!

Very cozy villa run by a family. I primarily booked this place for the spa , which turned out to be 40 euros for 90 mins.

The property is beautiful. Lovely views and you are close to everything, while still in a quiet location away from the bustle at night. The property was also exceptionally clean and well cared for. The pool was also a great bonus for hot days. The beds were a little hard, but that’s a small inconvenience in exchange for what you get at the property.

Hostess were very friendly , spoke English. Held our luggage without a fee, breakfast was included. Hotel was small to feel private and not crowded. Great location! The only suggestion I’d have is to have a full coffee bar available in the room.

Staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. Housekeeping even took our laundry out of the washing machine and hung it on thw drying rack while we were out. Shower had mildew around the edge

We had a lovely time. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them, and the apartment was clean and had almost everything we needed. The property is situated perfectly for easy access to everything Sorrento has to offer. The terrace was lovely to sit out on during the afternoon/evening, watching the birds and looking out to the lights of Naples across the bay. The bed is a fairly firm memory foam, which may not be to everyone's liking, but I suffer from back-ache and found it very nice to sleep on. As others have noted, a kettle in the room would have been nice (we English need our tea!), but that's a minor inconvenience. The provided toiletries (shampoo, etc) were also on the small side (more like samples) even if they were replaced regularly, so we ended up using our own more than theirs. Also, fair warning that if you're XL or above the shower is a squeeze to close the door without breathing in!

Great location, large comfortable room, very friendly and helpful team. Really convenient for walking down to the Marina Grande and it’s numerous fish restaurants, where we ate every evening. The breakfast facilities are on an outdoor terrace, so when the weather is unsuitable, as it was during our visit, they serve breakfast in your room. Would have preferred an alternative indoor area to be available.

The location is right in the heart of Sorrento so it’s super easy to get around and you don’t have to walk up a ton of stairs to get there. It’s far enough away from the town center so it’s still quiet at night. The rooms are spacious, cleaned everyday, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly responsive and helped make our stay amazing. They arranged for a car to pick us up and drop us off from the airport, booked us wonderful massages, and were just super warm and welcoming. Perhaps having all the in-room charges at the end being able to charge to the card on file but besides that it’s a wonderful place to stay!

Great location with main shopping area and restaurants a short stroll. Large apartment. Peacefull setting with lovely grounds and outdoor areas. Tasty continental breakfast with amazing pastries and cake prepared by on-site chef. Antonella and the team were very welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Only a minor inconvenience of not having an electric kettle in the apartment. The third bed was more of a day bed and suited to a person up to 180cm.

Great location, friendly front of house staff and beautiful gardens. Breakfast was very basic, the pool was shallow and not clean (although poolside area and sun beds were very well maintained) limited storage options in the rooms and self catering equipment in room was lacking.

Facilities and location. Staff very friendly. We had to pay 20 euros for a cereals dispenser that my husband supposedly broke. It was not working well and my husband forced it a bit and the thing snapped. They asked us to pay for it and we thought it was a bit rude and not justified. Never in any hotel we had such ask or reaction so we paid but we were really disappointing by this kind of behaviour.

Very spacious apartment. Cleaners would come every day. The view from the wrap around balcony over the bay of Naples is spectacular! each bedroom has a door out onto the balcony also. Two bathrooms with showers was very useful with a family. The breakfast was lovely, in a gazebo setting on the grounds. The pool area is very modern, clean and comfortable. the pool is quite shallow, 50cm maybe, but very nice and the furniture is excellent. The garden grounds are lovely too. The apartment is not in the Artis Domus grounds, this was a surprise when checking in. However it is within one minute and actually has better views. you do have access to all the facilities on the grounds. the apartment is on the fourth floor of the neighbouring building. there is an elevator and the apartment block is clean and quiet. The kitchen facilities are poor if you intend to eat in, No kettle or toaster etc.

Classy little hotel at an awesome location. Basically everything in Sorrento is in walking distance. Amazing staff, super accommodating and always ready to help. The pool is small but amazing. Shout out to Antonella for helping out in any situation. We had an 20 month old with us and some of the basics you would expect in a hotel, e.g. cot (if not for free then at a reasonable price) and a high chair for breakfast were either not available or overpriced. Also, breakfast starts late (for people with young kids anyway) and the kitchen closes just before dinner).

The hotel was great, a very spacious room, bathroom, and balcony. The pool and outdoor space were incredible, a beautiful space. The staff were very helpful. The air-conditioning could have been better for the size of the room. The hotel could have offered complementary water with no charge in the room. There is no coffee machine in the room.

We booked 4 nights at the Artis Domus Relais at the end of July. It's right on one of the main streets of Sorrento with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We were contacted shortly before arriving via WhatsApp to confirm our arrival time. When we arrived, we were actually a couple of hours early but the amazing Antonella checked us in and took.us to our room. We had booked an apartment as there were 4 of us (my wife and I and our two kids (10 & 12). It was on the 4th floor (there's a lift) and was lovely with three bedrooms; a single, and double sofa bed and double bed, each with air con. There were two bathrooms, each with a shower, and a kitchen and living area. However, the balcony was the best feature as it wraps around three sides of the building with great views of the sea. The apartment wasn't actually part of the main building, but was in an apartment block next door. Whilst it was great, we were hoping to be in the main hotel. During our stay we had use of the pool as well as 10% off spa treatments. We took full advantage of the former but not the latter. Antinella would bring drinks to the pool (without us even having to get out) and said we could put orders in via WhatsApp but that felt like it would be rude of us to do. Each morning breakfast was served between 8.30 and 10.00 in an outside space, which would be amazing if it weren't for the sweltering weather when we were there. Breakfast was a mixture of bread, cheese, ham, croissants, yoghurt, fruit and cakes but it would have been nice to see a bit more selection. We loved our stay here, Antonella was absolutely amazing, and the apartment great.
