Could use some updating of beds/ beddings. Bathtub was clogged.

Staff was very helpful and went beyond to print Airline tickets, site info and more. Rooms were noisy. A group of young boys were roomed. They banged on walls, jumped off beds, used a bird whistle, yelling in rooms and hallways until 12:30-1:00a.m....very annoying and didn't get much sleep. Maids and guests moved beds on tile floors. The sound was loud and kept me awake. Doors on rooms were very heavy and made loud noises when in/out.

The two twin beds we asked for had no space in the middle, felt like one big bed which created an awkward situation fir my brother and I

Great location and friendly staff.

This is an upscale hostel that has been in business for a while and knows how to run a hostel. The rooms were comfortable, but not fancy. The staff were very responsive to questions, and the breakfast was expansive with something for everyone. As mentioned in other reviews, the location is wonderful and there is paid parking nearby. It was as advertised.

Clean, quiet, housekeeping and breakfast staff are excellent. No fan in bathroom

I feel like the shared room didn't fit the hotel's vibe; it feels a bit neglected, almost like a different hotel. The room I stayed in had a window high up on the wall with no curtain, letting in some light, so I woke up several times during the night.

The breakfast was very nice. The front desk staff were very nice. The location and parking was great. The spa staff were not friendly. The pool was not open on Sunday.

Location LOUD TEENAGERS WERE ALLOWED TO RUN AMOK WELL IN THE NIGHT TWICE
-
Nice bright and clean hostel with a great continental breakfast that you must pre pay. Very comfortable beds. Basically a mid range hotel with some hostel style dorms. The staff is helpful with tour arrangements. You must pay a fee and make reservations to use the spa and pools.

Staff was friendly, helpful - wonderful in every aspect. A hot water kettle in the room would have been nice.

Always beautiful and clean Convenient location to historic center, great breakfast, great staff, love the spa

Despite the name including “hostel,” it is actually a hotel with some shared rooms available. It was very convenient that the receptionists were always available and helpful. The location is convenient; although it’s at the edge of the central area, it is still within walking distance of the main train station and bus terminal. The facility was very clean, though a bit dated. They allow luggage storage after check-out at no extra charge (I’m not sure about before check-in, as I didn’t use it, but I believe it’s available). I also tried their spa (sauna, hot tub, Turkish bath, etc.) for €25 (€35 for weekends), and it was a great experience—especially on a cold winter day!

Check in was easy. Breakfast had lots of variety and was great. Loved the big hallways and hotel was quiet.

It was walking distance from the historical part of Sorrento which was nice. The breakfast was was good. The room was clean and comfortable. Shower head was amazing, great water pressure. The front desk set up a driver for an excursion and a shuttle to Naples which was better than taking the small train. The breakfast was the same every single day, no variety. The shower was large but no where to put soap or shampoo, just a large box. I had paid for the spa for our room. I wasn’t told you had to set it up in advance then with being out all day, once I knew it just didn’t work out to go so a waste of money.
