Such a lovely place to stay with one of the kindest owners I have ever met. First, the rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. The showers have great pressure and hot water which is hard to find in older buildings in Italy. The beds were also very comfortable. What really sets this place apart is the kindness of the owner. Giacomo was not only there to greet us but he did every thing he could to make sure we had a wonderful stay. One member of our party was celebrating a birthday and he went out of his way to make it special for her. He also has some nice treats in each of the rooms. This is a must stay! Nothing. It was all perfect!

NOTHING! I communicated with the property in advance and acknowledged the check-in policy ending at 20:30. Based on that, I carefully planned my journey from Rome to Naples on the 17:35 train, followed by the 18:53 train from Naples to Sorrento, which was scheduled to arrive at 20:05. The hotel was only a five-minute walk from the station. However, while I was at Roma Termini station, the departure board showed that my train would be delayed by 15 minutes. I immediately informed the property about the situation, and they acknowledged it. At no point did the property show any sign of rejecting my check-in. In fact, they continued messaging me asking where I was and telling me to “text me when you are on the train,” which I did. I also proposed several solutions, such as leaving the room key in a lockbox, at the desk, or providing a passcode for self check-in. I eventually arrived in Sorrento at 20:41 and reached the property around 20:51–20:59 at the latest. Unfortunately, there was nobody at reception anymore. The same person who kept asking where I was stopped responding completely to my messages and has still not replied, except when I requested a refund. This feels like a scam, and I will definitely ask the local authorities to investigate the matter. I understand there are policies, but nobody can control force majeure situations such as train delays. I also contacted Booking.com customer service, which provided extremely poor support as well. I reported the issue around 19:50 because the property was not offering any practical solution for my late arrival, although they never clearly stated that they would refuse to provide the room key. The first customer service agent assured me that if such an incident occurred, Booking.com would help arrange alternative accommodation. Then, at 20:59, when I found nobody at reception, I contacted another customer service agent who asked me to wait 45 minutes for an email regarding alternative accommodation. However, by 23:00 —

The property was so nicely thought out. Giacomo had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, amazing snacks and drinks waiting for us. This was the perfect location. About 10 minute walk to the square. Great local restaurants right next door. Thanks for making our first of many trips to Sorrento special! Nothing. It was perfect! Would definitely stay again

The property is conveniently located within a 10 minute walk of the train station, 15 minutes to the city center. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive, and they kindly allowed us to leave our bags for a few hours after checking out. We would stay here again in the future :D

Laura is very accommodating and welcomes us warmly. The apartment is a very close walk from the train station and the lift within the building makes it friendly for travelers with suitcases like us. Apartment is spacious and clean, with a balcony and a lemon tree there! Laura allowed us to leave our suitcases in the room (with a bit of service fee, of course) after checkout, while we took a day trip at Capri. It made our travel much easier;) Had a good experience there

Clean and comfy

the short walk ( 5 minutes) from train station 10 minutes to old town 20 minutes to port the room ( 21) was not good at all. Right on the street and the noise was horrible from traffic. The shower is moldy and paint peeling. Room extremely small. The balcony was unusable

The property had water issues before we arrived,so we were put up at Hotel Kali for two days…. Beautiful place, very new. Very clean an spacious rooms. Huge television, clean bathroom, nice showers, king size bed. We had a very hard time finding the hotel because there was only a very small plaque on the front of the building. The room we stayed in, I found, was small and the building was quite old. Very old elevator with not much room. Being from the western world it is something we are not used to. The bathroom was very tiny, and paint was chipping off shower walls. Internet and wifi we had issues with it cutting out. Tried to stream Netflix and on the last night the tv stopped working.

Very good location, few minutes walk to the train station and city center. Nice and clean room, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice room, modern, clean, new, great a/c and had a great bistro/restaurant downstairs. Almost perfect, the fridge was a little small but we had all the little things like water, soda, juice, coffee maker and bottle opener as well.

The property was easily accessible by Taxi and within close proximity to the main square and waterfront. The hotel was safe and secure with special code access. We appreciated the lift for our Mom who has mobility challenges. The rooms were beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean (serviced daily) and super comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with all the necessities. Each room had a fridge with some complimentary water and a coffeemaker available for guest use. The air conditioning was a necessity and worked well as it was warm during our visit. Our host, Giacomo, was simply amazing. He gave us a very warm welcome and shared valuable tips for our stay. He kindly offered vouchers for free breakfast at the restaurant next to the hotel (which was delicious)! We truly felt like Giacomo was our family! There is not one thing we did not like. The property is perfect, especially if traveling with multiple families.

Marianna was very sweet and accommodating! She picked us up personally to walk us to our building, gave us a thorough run through of codes to get in and out of the building, and extended our checkout to 11:15 so we didn’t have to wander around in the heat until our driver picked us up. AC was amazing, location was 5 min walk from everything and the rooms were new, nice and very clean! Would stay again if we ever come back to Sorrento!

Close to everything and nice it had a bistro downstairs that staff were great as well. Showers were not good.
-
The location was great. The attached cafe was an added bonus. The staff was very accommodating and very thorough when confirming arrival times. The rooms were very close together and you could hear people as they closed their doors.
-
Marianna was super sweet and felt like family. We would definitely return if we are ever fortunate enough to return to Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast.
-
Theres no shower head, they have a handheld so it makes it difficult when you wash your hair. Some noise since all room doors are in the area so when ppl check out early you can hear them walk out

The property was very clean and nicely remodeled. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. They have a lift which was very helpful to take luggage upstairs. My husband has back issues and took the lift to avoid the stairs. They add so many extra little details around the room making you feel welcomed and at home. Giacomo was an AMAZING host! He is very responsive and always available to answer any questions and offer his help. He brought us samples of his homemade limoncello (which is the best we have ever had). We were sad to leave the Syrrenton Home and beautiful Sorrento. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend this place. We hope to visit again one day. N/a

Marianna was a gem! She met us for late check-in and helped our family with limited mobility get settled before we handled the check-in process. Rooms were decent size & showers had hand held wands. Neighborhood has a restaurant downstairs, grocery store on the corner and a pharmacy at the end of the block too. Not too far a distance to the town square. One of the rooms had an extremely small shower that made it a little difficult. Found it difficult to call or hail a taxi from the location, which we needed due to two in our party with limited mobility.

The decor was nice. The bed was very comfortable compared to other Italian cities I stayed. Only thing I would suggest is more natural light.
