The location was excellent, the hotel has two elevators ,breakfast buffet was great, hotel was quiet and the staff was also amazing, the was this girl on the front desk that we interacted with her a few times and she was always helpful, with great attitude and willing to provide advise or to guide you thru . There is a very nice bar terrace on the fifth floor where you can actually see the ocean from there during the day. The only thing that I didn’t like was that my room that was located on the six floor was facing the rail tracks of the local train , since the train station is almost about a block from the back of the hotel, but I was never disturbed on my sleep because the local train doesn’t run after midnight , and also the room had a very good sound proofing doors on the balcony,

This hotel is a bit pricey but well worth it. The room and staff are top notch. The location was ideal for getting around for tours and meals.
-
Beautiful building, great location close to town centre and train station. Included breakfast acceptable. Internet unreliable.

Some of the receptionists were very difficult and unkind with accommodating small children, however others were very kind and thoughtful to a family situation. It was inconsistent but I really appreciate and commend the staff that cared for our family and wanted to help! Those individuals who were kind and helpful are the ones we like to remember

The breakfast was excellent. It was my daughter's favorite part of the vacation. The location and beautiful view stole the show. We enjoyed the hotel very much. It was clean, stylish and we loved having a balcony. All of the staff we interacted with were helpful and kind. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the hardness of the mattress. It was okay for 3 nights, but any longer and my hips would have been screaming at me.

There wera ants in the room.

excellent large buffet with lots of options room could have been larger

Good buffet breakfast choices. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Location was excellent. Shower door leaked. Overall room and some amenities are a bit "tired", such as the upper pool area needs renovation. May be good to offer hand towels for the shower ("wash cloths" for applying soap). We asked but none were provided.

They have been rude and unpolite during the check in operation: they have me sign paperwork for a room, then they assigned to me a different number. From you room you can hear everyone else business and our neighbors was very “active” during our stay…TG only 1 night!

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Welcome treat. The Christmas decorations were the best. Balcony on the train tracks. Not very happy with the breakfast food. I liked the variety, but on the second day of our staying the orange juice and the canned apricots tasted very bad. The chocolate croissants were not fresh. Scrambled eggs very runny.

Location was really nice. Not far from restaurants and shopping. It was nice and quiet in the room even though it was not far from the train station. The staff was very good. Friendly and on top of things. Nothing bad to say. Was a nice property but maybe the lobby needs a renovation.

No heat before Novermber. Not hotel's fault, Italian law.
-
Great location close to the train station and a 5 minute walk from the historic centre. The hotel had a nice feel when you walked in and the room was well-appointed. The breakfast was okay but not the best we've had.
-
It was a little pricey but not a great deal more than most of the other hotels.
-
The location was around the corner from the train, laundromat, near restaurants, had an elevator and good AC. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was excellent and efficient - enabling us to get in and out quickly. Entire staff were so kind and helpful. Special shout out to Ariana. The hotel arranged our transfer from Naples train station and the cab driver, Francesco, was a gem - very wise and helpful. Nothing

The room was spacious and clean. Great shower, extremely comfortable bed & pillows. Jacuzzi was closed the whole time we were there.

Horrible bed. Breakfast could be better

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Open areas on roof for relaxation. Comfortable clean room. Great location. Hot tubs were very strange - apparently not heated at all. The main pool was a good size but freezing cold. Nice to sit around but not to get in.
