Lemon Rooms Sorrento

Was a good location for our stay in Sorrento! Had our own private terrace that was very nice. Are and relaxed out there communication was great with host! Thank you Nothing

Location Did not meet a member of staff. Room did not feel as clean as I expected.

Perfect location, super clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. We stayed in the Positano room which has a private bathroom, but it is separated from the bedroom, so we had to walk through the common living area to access it. We would recommend bringing your own disposable slippers for more comfortable. The walls are quite thin, and we can clearly hear the neighbors talking and watching movies. We would recommend bringing earplugs for better sleep.

The balcony was nice Great location Beds were not comfortable Room images did not look the same as the room we received. Floors were dirty Toilet paper never replaced Aggressive about getting city tax not even half way through stay. Shower head nearly ripped off my nipples. Ouch. Worst shower ever. Please clean shower head or replace right away because it’s disaster. Found manager to be rude

Large and secure room. Close to everything Close to train station. Directions to the property need to be clearer. This is a large condo building and was not what we were looking for walked past it twice and no one we approached knew the address.

Location was excellent No milk provided & no fresh food or fruit

The grounds were beautiful, having the lemon shop on property was very cool and the lemon slushies became a daily staple while we were there! The bed was very hard.

The location. The private external bathroom makes the stay very uncomfortable. It would have been good to see the pictures of the bathroom when making the booking, but since there weren’t any, I just assumed that it was in a room adjacent to the room where we stayed, but it wasn’t like that, it was across the hallway, so it made the toilette use really uncomfortable.

The breakfast was poor. A few items left on a counter in packages.

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Our room had everything we needed including a private garden and complementary lemoncello to unwind. It was also very well positioned and a walking distance to where we needed to get to in the city centre. A beautiful lemon garden was outside and it was an overall fantastic stay.

Location of this studio was great and the hosts could not have been more welcoming! Even the employees at the "snack stand". We enjoyed our time there and the laundromat was conveniently located which we needed! Hosts recommended a great group that took us to Capri which was VERY enjoyable!

The location of the hotel was really good; you can walk everywhere. The owner was also very helpful. However, there were some drawbacks The room cleanliness needed more attention, and the pillows were quite old. We visited at the end of October and beginning of November, so it was a bit chilly, and we wanted extra blankets. Unfortunately, there were only single-size blankets, which was inconvenient since we were a group of three. Some maintenance and new items could really improve the facility.

Very friendly welcome from the nicest lady on reception. She could not have been more helpful Everything was perfect - apart from 48 hours of rain, which cannot be blamed on the accommodation! But its perfect location in the heart of Sorrento meant we were able to get into restaurants and bars very easily and only get a little bit drenched...

Very good

We absolutely loved our stay! It was such a cute apartment on the property and the host and staff treated us like family. It was in the perfect location right in the middle of everything and yet it was so peaceful and quiet. Nothing!

Pleasant

The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions on how to get through the gate and the building. The apartment is clean and very spacious. It is very close to the city centre, about 5 mins walk which was fantastic. And it is about about a 2 min walk to the Sorrento train station. If you take the italo bus to Naples, the bus service is also just across the road under the FLIBUX sign Infront of the cafe. For some reason there were mosquitoes in the room everyday, not sure where they were coming from but there is more everyday. The single bed that was set up for us was a bit uncomfortable as it wasn't sturdy and would dipping heavily to one side.

The location couldn't be better. This was my first ever passport holiday out of UK at 70 yrs old. I enjoyed the room and area tremendously. We took ferry to Capri one day. Another walked to Bagni Regina Giovanni. Another took bus to Amalfi and walked through to Atrani for lunch.. Beautiful bus journey. A very easy room to soon feel at home and settled in. Only upset was being asked to change room. Which very unfortunately was not an acceptable room. I did feel really awful about this , but at 70 and this being what I had chosen as my once in a lifetime holiday I didn't want to ruin my week sleeping in what was obviously a bedroom for staff. All in all, I really loved my stay here and would love to return. Hairs on floor, had to sweep clean to feel comfortable. Bought plug in mosquitoe killer and raid spray as being a garden area there are mosquitoes about .
