The apartment is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the host is very friendly and welcoming. It's close to the train station, the harbor, and the main square. I would definitely recommend this place. -

Unfortunately, it was a little difficult to find the property. We also had to pay for additional toilet paper or towels. The room was sufficient with a water heater, a desk, a bed, and clothing storage. The TV was small, but it was nice to have one. The balcony was fine, but the ocean view was a bit obstructed, but pretty. The water wasn't warm in the shower, and the host had turned off the heating, but it was quite cold when we were there.

The host was awful. The fact that we got $400 stolen from us while staying in this booking is enough for this lady to not be able to host any guests again. This is a scam. As soon as we brought up that we were missing money she instantly told us to leave and opened the door to the elevator without any help to our situation at all. 5 minutes later we got an email from booking saying we never checked in and cancelled our reservation saying we never stayed there. We have alerted booking and they should take this place down from their site. Unless you want someone entering your room (when the cleaning service was never purchased so no one else should have access) and taking your personal items, I would highly recommend NEVER to stay here. This is not the first complaint that has been brought against this booking as confirmed by customer service.

Location was very good with great views over the sea and up to Mt Vesuvius. Bed was comfy and plenty of space for luggage storage and places to hang clothes. Nice quiet balcony to enjoy the evening sunset. Stayed for 8 nights and bed linen not changed. Advert states swimming pool on site, there isnt one. Also no bar or restaurant onsite either. A pool can be used for a charge 5-10 min walk away. Could have had more facilities to make something to eat like a toaster. Advert offers bed & breakfast accomodation but that was not offered. Also no outdoor seating area, sun terrace.

It has nice view, specially on sunset, also the owner was very friendly and helpful. That check in is only at 4:00pm, and check out is at 9:00 am

great hotel, excellent find. Host was friendly and approachable. location was good as well. the window curtains did not do much to block out light or ensure privacy. check-out was too early for my liking (9 a.m.) and no late checkout option was offered.

The owner was nice and professional. The room was clean , beautiful and also well organized. It was my pleasant stay in Sorento.

It is very well located, in a quiet area but close to everything, making it ideal for exploring nearby towns by car, ferry, or train. The facilities are simple but clean, with all the basic essentials, and a mini fridge in the room, which is very useful. Teresa, the host, was kind, gave us valuable recommendations to enjoy Sorrento, and always responded quickly via WhatsApp. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay, knowing that communication with her was easy and friendly. It’s important to note that, although the property is presented as a “bed and breakfast,” breakfast and drinks are not included, which could affect travel budget and planning. Also, although there is the option to pay extra for additional toilet paper, I believe it could be included for longer stays, along with small amenities like bottled water, shampoo, and shower gel.

We were a bit surprised a bit the 100e deposit which I did not remember seeing in the description.I explain it based on the old piece of furniture from the room.This was however returned with promptly by checkout.

Walking distance to the train station. View. Clean facilities. Overall a good stay. Mattress is hard and very uncomfortable. I was asked for a 100 euro deposit. Promptly returned before checkout, though. I was offered a cleaning service for 20 euros/day which I declined. Getting enough toilet paper was a bit of a struggle.

Great view to Vesuvius and Ischia in the sea view room. Walk to Piazza Tasso (centre of town) is 1.1 km - 15-20 minutes. Bus stop within 200m. The hostess is helpful and responds quickly and allowed an early luggage drop-off before check-in. Nice bar at the corner of the street for aperitivi and/or food. Comfortable bed, decent sized room with cupboard space. Nice bathroom. Unexpected request for a deposit on arrival (reimbursed without issue on checkout). Would have been better if we had known in advance.
