The most incredible breakfast we had our entire trip. An incredible spread of food and fresh juices/ coffee each morning. Staff was SO incredibly helpful and friendly. The view was breathtaking, had a garden terrace, pool, and gym. Air conditioning also worked very well. It was so central to Sorrento it was easy to walk virtually anywhere. Keep in mind the room pictures may be misleading. Some are renovated and some are not, we received one that was not shown in pictures. Extremely small, two twin beds on a single frame, and a shared queen blanket. The staff was kind enough to bring us another one quickly & housekeeping replaced everything each morning so that was helpful as well. You may receive a newer room like advertised, we did not.

We stayed for our wedding night and they decorated the room so cute. Nothing it was great!

The staff, the beautiful room & beautiful hotel, the awesome breakfast, the entertaining and convenientLOCATION, high speed wifi, quality sheets, bright and spacious room, etc. Outside of the hotel is an authentic Thai restaurant, Orange Tree. The food there is soooo good. Nothing LUV everything

The pool, and drinks by the pool, the breakfast, the staff was great. And the bartender was very personable and helpful.

Great location. About 15 minutes walk down the main road to the town square for shopping and restaurants. Easy access to the elevator to get down to the dock if you plan to take ferries to other places. Staff were accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was good. Nice to have a pool to cool down after a day in the heat. Rooms are clean and offered many amenities. The gym should have towels and water available for hotel guests. Didn’t know that the first time I went.

This was my favourite hotel on our 2 week 6 city trip to Italy. We were travelling with our 4 kids (3 teens and an 8 year old). The hotel staff were so wonderful and helpful, providing us with dining recommendations, beach suggestions and more. The fact that it is a family owned and run establishment makes it even better. The location is incredible and having a little balcony to relax on right on the main strip was perfect. The pool was fantastic with bar and food service available and tons of lounging chairs and a stunning view. The food was great at the hotel. Honestly it was perfect. Nothing, we loved it!

Clean only problem 5th floor steps and have to Carry luggage. Other wise overall beautiful Hotel Nothing

Absolutely loved our stay. Everything from beginning to the end was perfect. The reception was very welcoming and understanding towards our requests and questions. We also want to say a special thank you to Caterina who took care of my girlfriend every breakfast. My girlfriend has some food allergies and Catarina made sure to give her alternatives and always be attentive. We are very grateful for her. My girlfriend also celebrated her birthday there and the whole staff was just awesome helping me to prepare my surprise and helping with the cake. We used the spa and massage service and this was also 5/5. We previously had massages in luxury hotels in Sorrento but this spa was better than everything we tried before. We also want to say a special thank you to the housekeeper on the 4th floor. Unfortunately we didn’t get her name but she was absolutely amazing and kind. Rooms were spotless everyday. We would definitely recommend this place and hopefully come back soon. Thank you. nothing

It’s a very clean and cozy boutique hotel with very friendly staff. The room we took had an amazing view of the sea and its size was great. We had to take the lift to the 4th floor and then walk up the stairs to the 5th because it was in an adjacent building. Breakfast was full of choices and the staff even offered us a small selection of pasties and coffee the day of our checkout because we were leaving the hotel at 6:30 am which was before breakfast time.
