Close to restaurants. Very convienent for shopping and eating out. Rooms and staff great. Very nice sray.

Easy parking. Newly renovated. Decent breakfast with hot and cold options. Good option to buy snacks if needed. Fresh water available at the desk. They advertised a hot tub, but clearly they don’t anymore (it was cemented in).

I was doubled booked and desk said they could not resolve the problem and it had already been paid. I then was charged a $100 that was supposed to be returned and was not. Instead I have been charged $100 three different times on my account. Noone except ?guard at desk at early check out so no receipt? I need this resolved!!!

The location was good. 15 minutes from Sacred Heart University -great restaurants close by. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. When we arrived the room we booked was not available. They “upgraded” us to a king suite- but given we were a family of 3 - we had to utilize the pull out couch as a sleeping option for one of us- which was not ideal ( instead of the two Queen beds we reserved). There was also water stains on the shades and in the bathroom artwork. It appeared it was from old water damage.

We had a pleasant one night stay at this clean, spacious and conveniently located property. It was refreshing dipping into the pool and the kitchenet was helpful.

The refrigerator in our room had an intermittent whirring sound over the course of the night accompanied by a clicking noise which together were enough to interrupt and ruin our night's sleep. On that basis alone, our stay was a big disappointment. I notified the desk of the issue in the morning.

I loved everything about my stay, from the front desk to house keepers were very nice, walking in my room felt like home. very clean spacious & had a fresh scent. Oh I slept pass breakfast everyday :( 😌 but im sure itvwas good too.
