The manager suppose to call me back for my inconvenience but never got a call back as there was no manager in the building during my check out.

The staff did not handle the hotel in a manner in which they should have. The pool area was totally unpleasant and the staffs response was they have no control the parking lot was out of commission and upon checking there was no warning of that a sold out weekend with no parking. The breakfast area totally nasty food everywhere it was a complete nightmare.

Amy & Kayla front staff are amazing they took great care of us & very accommodating also Ms Jackie housekeeper is phenomenal... I noticed some mishap in the room & brought it to their attention & it was promptly taken care of. The place is real nice everything ypu need is atound you.
