Lobby always clean and staffed in case of questions or concerns. Overall hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Starbucks counter very pleasant and convenient. Pool was clean, and staff occasionally came in to offer any assistance or tips on towel and shower use. Overall great experience and look forward to future stays.

It was okay sheets needed to be changed. I used my disposable travel sheets. And space needs to smell good & housekeeping must double check their work. This would be my last option pick

We had a wonderful stay here for a friends wedding! The woman at the concierge desk was very helpful trying to apply an e-gift certificate towards my stay. Clean facility! Only complaint is the elevators are very slow.

Can hear the room next to you very thin walls privacy issue

I requested a wake-up call which was very important and it never came. This is after visiting the reception and making the requst.(she made a note but didn't call)

They didn't give me the room that expedia had for me.They gave me a different room, and I was very disappointed. No sofa bed. TV was bad could not see picture at all too dark on every channel. Brightness wouldn't work.
