The Seiryu Villas

The hospitality was incredible. Extremely happy workers which made it very comforting to feel welcome. The food was really nice which introduced me to some foods I wouldn't usually have too - always a bonus finding nice food internationally to create memories. The set up of the villa is so nice. I made sure to use every area to experience the true sense of relaxation in this villa. The toilet stopped flushing every day I was there, which meant I had to avoid using the toilet at some stages. The fridge door stopped closing fully shut after 2 days, after moving everything out of obstruction.

Perfect villa, clean and spacious. Decent breakfast and friendly staff

The pool area was lovely and the bed, although firm, it was comfortable. I had a broken toilet. After a couple of days of it working to then not working, they finally put me in another room which was an upgrade. I did have to be quite firm about moving rooms. Breakfast was okay, but certainly nothing special. I love a dark room. My first room was very light at night but second room upgrade was better.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. Property was clean and tidy. There is a little bit of maintenance that would make the stay just a little more enjoyable.

We absolutely loved staying here! Anggy and the staff were amazing! Couldn’t do enough for us and made the stay wonderful! We had a special cake and celebration for my fiancés birthday and it was beyond expectation. Pool was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and the banana pancakes to die for! Beautiful facilities and very clean Nothing

We stayed in room B-1 which was an upgrade. Upon arrival I noticed the outdoor shower wasn't working. Unfortunately they weren't able to fix it. Also half the outdoor lighting was off. That was an easy fix after they checked the circuit breaker. In addition there was a faulty floor lamp with damaged insulation and exposed live wires. In general the villa itself was nice but a bit dated and in need of a new coat of paint and some aesthetic touch ups especially in the bedroom where there was some water damage on the ceiling in several areas. Finally there were a couple of questionable electrical wires in the pool submerged in the water with electrical wire over the terminals. Similar electrical wires on wall lighting with exposed wires and electrical tape.

The property is well managed and is v close to sunset beach. Perfect bed to spend night and spare time. We did experience malfunctioning of AC but was repaired next day. Over all good experience. Malfunctioning of air conditioning

The receptions staffs were friendly Pros The front desk staffs were well mannered and friendly. The location was good and easy to access alot of places. Cons The tv batteries was not working, when i requested for new ones, they said they will be sending someone to the back entrance to pass the batteries, when i saw them, i took the battery from them and said thank you but then they wanted the faulty batteries. So i went in to get them the battery n told them to wait at the door. However they just walked into the room. My wife who was in her swimwear felt very bad. So after they left, i tried to talk it down as the language barrier and told her to rest. Soon after 2 ladies were in the villa and forcefully opening the doors. When i saw what was happening and confronted them, they said they were the managers of the villa and they were informed its not occupied and wanted to look around. I told them this was bloody rude and i was super pissed about it. My wife and i felt that there was no privacy and unsafe. When i spoke to the front desk staff on what happened, they were apologetic and were trying to do service recovery but i was so mad at the level of training and blatant disregard for privacy that i refused to accept their service recovery. Then we found out there is no hot water in the shower and the water trickles. We then wanted use the jaccuzi bathtub. When we switched it on, we felt like vomitting. A pungent sewage smell came out and black particles came out of the jacuzzi water holes. Alot of the taps are outdated rusty and not functional. We booked this villa to celebrate my wife's bday but we left with disappointment and eager to leave. Charging a premium rate but providing a less than backpackers inn standard was appaling. Would i ever revisit? Not even if its free. Why? Hotels/Villas are all about providing you a temporary home and home is where you are suppose to feel safe and we didnt get that. I cannot be 2nd guessing safety in a foreign country.

The property is in a good location and the pool was nice Communication!! Terrible/non existent from the get go. Every other place we stayed we used WhatsApp which is easy and helpful when there is a language barrier. We ordered a floating breakfast on two different occasion’s and we never got this the twice we asked, extremely poor water pressure in the shower and bath. Air con did not work in the bedroom resulting in sweltering heat at night, which means not a great nights sleep. I will say the noise outside the villa was also extremely loud for 6am with workers etc chatting away which woke us up every morning. The property was not a 5 star property it was more like a 3

I really enjoy the privacy and location of these villas There were a couple of minor repair issues that should be addressed .

Private, large rooms. Great a/c. Location is peaceful but close to shops and restaurants.
