Very nice location just a few mins walk to Main Street. It is located between the beach and Seminyak road so it’s centrally located but still in quiet street. The staff are very nice and will clean your villa daily and will wash the dishes. Pool is refreshing. Special thanks to Dian and Widia in front desk.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Having a private pool was awesome. The was dated. Bathroom faucets were loose needs some repairs. Towels were very old, I recommend bringing your own.

The staff were great and were very accommodating. Run by a lovely family and treated us very well. The location is good and a short walk to the beach or shopping / restaurants. The villa itself is spacious and while simple it was nice in general. The aircon worked great and the pool was clean There is a circle K located at the entrance to the villas which was handy for drinks and snacks Nothing

On the positive side, the villa is conveniently located close to local amenities, offers daily cleaning, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The villa was average overall and unfortunately not well-suited for families with children, as the rooms are not internally connected. The entrance to the villa was also unappealing and didn’t give a good first impression. Ongoing construction nearby disrupted the peaceful atmosphere we were hoping for. The bathrooms are in need of an upgrade, showing clear signs of aging. Breakfast was basic — while the portions were reasonable, the freshness was questionable, particularly the juice, which didn’t taste freshly made. Considering the price we paid, the experience didn’t meet expectations. One surprising concern was the toothbrushes provided — they didn’t appear to be brand new based on their appearance, which was quite disappointing.

All the staff were extremely friendly and supportive. I had bali belly during my stay, the staff were very caring and made me ginger tea to help. They also helped me arrange doctor. They helped me arrange taxi while I left. There is nothing more to improve from service. The villa is designed with a beautiful garden & pool and in a golden location. I can see the sign of mould in some area on the wall. The villa should do treatment more frequently and thoroughly.

Private pool and working air conditioning. The master bedroom had no natural light despite having a small window. The ensuite shower worked but wasn’t practical. The shower head sprayed water in all different directions.

The hosts were so beautiful and willing to help! Its close to the beach and shopping. The smell of the bathroom.

This accommodation was (unexpectedly) excellent. The villa was vary spacious, with large rooms, and clean. We were offered several options for breakfast; the portions were large and they included fruits. Tasty :) We didn't book a villa with pool, but the staff was very nice and they gave us access to a pool. It is a bit far from the streets were the nightlife takes place (but you can easily take a cab/scooter. or walk for about 20 min). If you're into that stuff. We weren't and we were happy it is within walking range from the beach. We benefited of some discount, but even without it I think this place is a very good deal!

Location is convenient. We think we may have gotten food poisoning from the breakfast provided by the villa unfortunately. The open air common area is nice however we did not make much use of it due to the bugs. The washrooms in the bedrooms unfortunately also have quite a few bugs and is a bit dirty.

The staff went above and beyond. They were truly kind and supportive for us in several situations. The bathroom taps etc were old . Mould on bedroom roof. In general things needed to be updated and replaced throughout the villa. Be prepared the street you are down is a run down back street, with reception looking rundown and not of high quality.
