The customer service was beyond exceptional. We were greeted so wonderfully and the customer service by all the staff made the experience very wonderful. The breakfast was amazing! Lots of options to order from and they were delicious. I have 2 kids and the turndown service was wonderful to have and in the evening there were cookies and milks for my kids, which was so sweet. There were also welcome gifts for the kids. The beach view is beautiful at the hotel and the staff cleans the sand which is within the area of the resort. The resort grounds were very well kept. Everything is very neat and tidy. I simply have nothing negative to say about my stay. Nothing

Amazing stay at the Oberoi Hotel in Seminyak. The customer service was hands down the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Beautiful property and incredible value for the price — would absolutely stay here again. Not much. Everything was pretty much perfect.

An exceptional resort even by 5 star standards. Located at picture perfect stretch. the staff and facilities are trained on every small detail of the stay. Would recommend this place blindly to anyone travelling to Bali.

The furniture whispers comfort, the pillows feel as if they’re made from clouds, and the scents drifting through the hallways make you think you’re walking through a mythical garden. And the staff? They are superheroes in human form. They smile in a way that makes you feel like you’re the only important guest in the universe. Their speed and service make you think you’re about to be crowned the king of the nation! The restaurants? This is where the real epic begins… Every dish served is a poetic masterpiece of flavors, every taste written in gold, and every bite makes you feel as if the universe expands just for you. The staff were beyond anything I have ever seen and I have stayed in many luxury hotels. The hotel itself is a bit outdated here and there but the amazing service, and genuinely helpful staff well make up for it.

Amazing place and amazing hospitality. Such a scenic place with relaxing vibes. Definitely would go back again! Not something bad to say, honestly. Perhaps, a suggestion would be that the dinner menu could offer more international options - as some of those were on an additional charge for the half board, particularly 3 out of the 4 meat dishes.

The room was great and the staff were very friendly they went above and beyond to ensure that we have unforgettable experience!! Im definitely staying in oberoi if i go back to simenyak. The amazing thing at breakfast we has some special requirements the were bringing them without us asking for it! Its just little toi quite at night and tge pool might need some music

The location was stunning and the facilities were excellent, but what truly set this place apart was the staff. From the moment I arrived, every single person I interacted with was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was the front desk team, housekeeping, restaurant staff, or security, everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome and taken care of. You could tell they weren’t just doing a job — they truly cared about the guests and it showed in every small detail. Their kindness and professionalism turned a great trip into an unforgettable one. If you’re looking for a place in Bali that combines beautiful surroundings with world-class service, this resort should be at the top of your list. I’ll absolutely be coming back.
