Great location, comfortable beds, facilities amazing, staff were very beautiful. Water bottles in the room need a bottle opener but not a negative or issue if you’re prepared.

I’ve go every year, staff always wonderful- the moment you get into the foyer you just start to relax -breakfast is fantastic Love how they cook the eggs anyway you want in front of you. Easy 5 min walk to the beach

Beautiful hotel. Pool was lovely and we loved our room on the ground floor that walked right Out to the pool! All staff were amazing and friendly! Close to the beach and shops!

Great location,its close to everything,the staff is wonderful breakfast was always great.I booked a room for two but they only offer twin beds and hotel has no two queen beds so ended up upgrading to two joining rooms and those were really nice.10/10 had a 3 comfortable nights The two twin beds in one room.They felt so close I thought the beds were bigger but they are twin so wasn’t a yood first night but after the upgrafe it all worked out#it you

The breakfast was good. One of the staff Ms Desi from the restaurant was especially lovely and gracious treating every guest with hospitality. Enjoyed my stay there despite the 1 day off Nyepi when we couldn't go out of the hotel We requested twin but instead my friend and I had a double bed. But we managed so it was okay

The staff was accommodating during neypi, food and drink was very affordable, and yoga classes 150k and free on Tuesday. The room could’ve been cleaner.

Although the hotel is older, it offers much more spacious rooms compared to many newer properties. The lush gardens are beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. What truly makes this place special is the staff — always smiling, genuinely helpful, and incredibly hardworking. Their kindness and positive energy made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside for me is that the building is a bit older and could use some updating. However, everything was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was still very comfortable.

Great location for walking to shops and restaurants and above all staff were so kind and helpful. The rooms need updating, both beds in my room were slightly broken and kept lifting up off the ground if you rolled onto one side. The tables were fixed to the wall and all bent at an angle like they had been poorly plastered and the mattresses were rock hard. Additionally the noise at night you could hear in the room was so loud you felt like you were at a concert, I used ear plugs and could still hear music through them.

I stayed at The Haven Bali Seminyak for 1 night. The hotel looks nice and the location is good, however the experience was unfortunately ruined by the unprofessional attitude of the reception staff. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was not helpful, not welcoming, and her tone was rude and dismissive. I felt like I was not treated as a guest. When I raised my concerns, the response I received later was very generic and did not address the actual issue. Pros: • Good location in Seminyak • Nice hotel design Cons: • Very poor customer service at reception • Unprofessional attitude and lack of respect • No real action taken after complaining I expected much better service for this type of hotel. The suit is so big with a balcony viewing the poolside. It is haven really.

Hard to get a good sleep. If you are close to the street you hear loud motorcycles all night and the nightclub music was awful, woke me which was followed by people screaming drunkenly in the street. I also had issues with ants from time to time in the room

It’s amazing hotel and very convenient location. Not far from beach (the hotel has shuttle bus as well twice a day) otherwise 15 min by walk. Also there are many cafes and restaurants around the hotel and huge supermarket just 5 min by walk. We had a suite room (highly recommended), it was just huge with amazing terrace facing the pool. Had a separate bedroom and a huge living room with kitchen and dining table. The staff were absolutely friendly and nice. The territory of the hotel was big enough for a good walk. Nothing

We were unexpectedly upgraded to suite room, the room was very spacious with a kitchen and living room. Staffs were courteous and helpful. Location was good, short distance taking cab to various sightseeing places, walking distance to Seminyak double six beach.
