The staff in the check-in was extremely polite with solving problems behavior The intolerable humidity smell in the rooms.

Location The rooms are very old, furniture dated, bed is not comfortable and the sheets had marks and and pillows had an odour. The walls have seepage and moulds, I experienced bed bugs, I was told they could change the room but as the property is old the problem is across the hotel I believe. I had booked for 2 nights, fully paid but left after one horrible night.

The pool was excellent, the rooms were clean and the gardens beautifully maintained. The staff were very helpful and the hotel's location was ideal, close to everything yet still a peaceful sanctuary. Excellent value for money.

The room was very large. Located very close to street shopping. Very peaceful atmosphere. The existence of a few mosquitoes prevented a good sleep. Even though breakfast was provided, it did not have a restaurant. Breakfast was a-la-carte.

The pool is very nice, often quiet, but the water can be warm towards the end of the day.

Location is more Legian than Seminyak but big rooms and nice pool it’s fine for budget. It’s getting a little tired in the bathroom pressure was not great.

The noise from the upstairs room is very easy to hear, so if you have a different sleeping schedule, might be a big problem.

Great location and quiet at the same time. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Many restaurants nearby and walking distance from the beach. Hotel is family friendly. Room are a bit dated.

This hotel is great value for the money. The rooms are super spacious and clean with big balconies. It's a quiet oasis in the middle of the busy Legian/Seminyak. You can walk to the beach in 7 minutes. Now that they've built the new walkway on the beach, you can actually go for a relatively long run or walk in the morning or evening. nothing to complain about. I will stay here again when I return to Bali.

In total, we stayed here for one month and we were very happy. We will come back to stay here again after visiting other places in Bali. It's beautiful to have a pool surrounded by a green garden. There are many good restaurants along the street and it's a 7-10 min walk to the beach. We didn't need a scooter as everything was within walking distance. The room was spacious, that's why we picked it and we were happy with the size and air-conditioning. Good that we had a mini-fridge. It's quiet at night and an oasis from the busy traffic on the streets. Nice, firm mattress. The pillow was a bit too hard for my taste. The staff cleaned our room every day and gave us water bottles every day. We felt well taken care off! There were some water stains on the wall. I don't think it's mold yet but as with all the buildings in Indonesia, you see the effect of the humid temperatures.

Kusuma is a lovely quiet relaxing resort. The rooms are clean and roomy and we had a great balcony area. The pool area has plenty of room and the pool is a good size with separate area for kids. The bathroom is pretty basic.
