Daluman Villa

I loved the walkway to the villa. The private pool was such a nice addition to have and overall, the atmosphere was amazing! We found the pool needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. There was long hair around the pool walkway upon arrival.

Location and stuff The rooms not much clean , the cabinets full of dust , the toilets have no ventilation and they high humidity that cause the beginning of molds The towels almost come dirty You have to ask them to change it

The best villas in Legian. They are bliss. Your own private pool, massive outdoor shower and bath. It really feels like holidays. I don't want to stay anywhere else. I've tried the Stones and all the fancy places, this exceeds them by far.

There is nothing to not like. By far our favourite place to stay in Legian. Private pool, lounge area, beautiful outdoor shower and massive bath. Rooms cleaned everyday, staff super helpful, courtesy bus, shared pool is also divine, free water everyday.

We found the team extremely attentive and willing to assist.

Collecting the villa keys upon arrival was incredibly easy and hassle-free. The staff greeted us warmly, opened the doors for us, and immediately took charge of unloading our luggage and baggage without us lifting a finger. They brought everything to the reception area first, where we were invited to sit and relax while they handled the check-in process. Check-in itself was smooth and straightforward ! It's just a quick confirmation of our details at the desk. Afterward, the staff carried our luggage to the villa and gave us a thorough, helpful explanation of everything as we walked. We also ordered a birthday surprise for our dad for only IDR 450,000, which included beautiful rose decorations and a rose bath and my dad absolutely loved it! It was a seamless and memorable start to our stay! A big thank you to the staff for their amazing help !

Had an attractive walk way. Reception and staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service was attentive. And spacious, modern bathroom. The area around the pool was very dirty. Upon arrival we found lots of long hairs on the floor which made it quite uncomfortable. Toilet was not the cleanest and the flushing system was horrible

The receptionist handed over the keys once I had checked in and another member of staff took my luggage to the villa. The room was serviced every day, unless I asked them not to. The shower was great, lovely shampoo and shower gel, bathroom was stocked with extras, such as toothpaste, comb, insect repelent gel (in case of mosquitoes). The pool was lovely and easily accessable with outside furniture next to it under the verandah. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The temperature indicator on the aircon unit was really bright and white, I usually sleep in total darkeness so this took some getting used to. No ceiling fan in this villa, which I would have preferred at night instead of the aircon. The internet wasn't that fast and dropped out on occasion with two people using it.

The staff are absolutely amazing. Love the private pool and lounge between the two beds room. Access to many activities for kids is ideal too Hair around...but was sorted. Just a slight discomfort.

The rooms were great size and facilities were excellent. Staff were always so nice and accommodating and willing to go the extra mile.

The property was immaculate, great location and the staff was so lovely and welcoming Nothing!!!
