Breakfast was not impressive at all.

Staffs were helpful and were available 24 hours. There were lot of restaurants near the hotel The corridor floor marble was broken and there would be crack sound every time you walk Bathroom was really disappointing with rusted tap and not functioning There were ants and flies in the room and room didn’t have great odors

Property whas good thanks No friendly staff ,room was the wrong one? People at night at swimming pool and shouting  at 4hoo am and 2hoo am and when you eat the breakfast, it’s always the same chicken and the other food they never refill you can ask them. They just look at you and never do it.

The staff were very helpful , the location was good , and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The Internet was very poor , paid for pool side access and pretty much every day people were using my allocated space which I paid for , the food was poor in my opinion.

Exceptional staff. So friendly The wooden floor around the pool was extremely unsafe. Mostly rotten, very slippy, lots of holes in it. With only 4 sunbeds there was no where to sit around the pool. The hotel is huge so I don’t under why there is only 4 beds out. Gym is three cardio machines, no weights, air con didn’t work.

Very comfortable stay .. walkable distance to most nightclubs .. every bit worth the price paid Cost of the spa was a bit on the higher side .. Also, the spa experience was not that good

Stayed here for the afternoon as a quick stop as we had a late night flight - easy to find the hotel and 20 min car ride away from main beaches in Seminyak. Good location if you want to be near to the airport.
