Samaja Villas Kunti

We spent 4 nights at Samaja Villas with our young kids, and it was a genuinely good experience from check-in to checkout. The private pool was the kids' favorite part, full stop. They were in it morning and afternoon, and having it to ourselves made a real difference. No crowded pool deck, no waiting around. Just the kids doing what kids do on holiday. Breakfast was excellent. Good food, good portions, and served by staff who were warm and attentive without making you feel rushed. That matters more than people think when you're traveling with little ones and operating on their schedule, not yours. One thing that surprised us, in the best way, was the fish and turtle pond near the entrance. Our kids asked to stop and feed them every single time we walked past. It became a little ritual. Small detail, but it added something to the stay that a swimming pool alone couldn't. The staff throughout were welcoming and genuinely happy to help. Nothing felt forced or scripted. If you're heading to Seminyak with young kids and want a villa that actually works for families, Samaja is worth serious consideration. We'd go back.

The food was always fresh and delicious

The property is nice for a short stay. We stayed here the last night before our flight back home. The rooms are outdated, pool and bathroom was dirty and the door locks were janky. We got locked in the room and they had to get a locksmith to open the door.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Although I did have issues with the water being hot for the shower, it was never cold. The bed was very comfortable and although my room was near the street the noise didn't bother me when it was time to go to bed. I got room service multiple times and enjoyed it. Having the pool was nice in the evening or before I went out during the day.

It was noisy Construction was going on beside the villa And a bit expensive

The smell of sewage is widespread in the Seminyak area.

It was clean and comfortable, the staff were great. First time here and would definitely come back.

The stay was perfect from the start till the end, the staff was very welcoming and helpful, they attended to all our needs and requests.

The property was beautiful. The front desk receptionist stole the show. She was extremely nice and helpful. She made me & my husband feel so comfortable. She is also expecting so Congratulations Beautiful ❤️ Everything was perfect & just what we needed

Too expensive for what it was. The staff wasn’t really friendly. Even though the rooms have a private pool is has no heater so couldn’t even use it.

The staff was kind and property was clean. Breakfast was prepared little bit slow all the time.

All staff are very kind. I definitely recommend the place. The location is 8 out of 10.

Bugs, mosquitoes

I had a great stay—everything was clean and up to standard. The staff were professional and friendly, and a special thanks to Dion, who was especially attentive and helpful throughout. Much appreciated! The spa treatment wasn’t that great, especially bath, there are big variations of better spa centers nearby

We had such a lovely time at this villa! The place looked exactly like the pictures — clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, with all the listed amenities available as promised. The private pool was a great spot to relax, and it was kept very clean throughout our stay. A special mention to Dayu at the front desk — she was incredibly helpful and kind. From arranging small things to making our stay more comfortable, she went above and beyond. We even requested a room decoration, and she had it done beautifully — such a thoughtful touch! There are some extra services available for an additional charge, but overall, the experience was well worth it. Would absolutely recommend this villa for a relaxing getaway. No complimentary breakfast with the booking. It has to be purchased separately.

Great place to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food and drinks in the restaurant are really tasty and great prices. Staff are excellent very friendly and knowledgeable can’t do enough for you. We will definitely return and recommend to others. Nothing
