Location was central . Spacious apartment with all basic facilities. Staff was helpful and maintained cleanliness at all times It was not mentioned that kitchen is in the balcony with no closure door or wall . It had just a curtain to keep the seperation between apartment kitchen and common pool area ... This was little worrying for me as I didn't want to discomfort other guests enjoying at pool with our kitchen chimney noise and food smell as every nationality has different food habits and preferred comfort food smells ... Hope you understand

The staff are super nice and cheerful also the food is good and the location is great That facilities, the room and the bathroom were soooo poor. I couldn't feel relaxed regarding hygiene and the room looked sad not like the pictures at all

Rooms were cleaned daily. Front desk staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you. Television could be upgraded.

The linens need to be renewed; the towels are very old and dark-colored. The room lighting is too dim. Actually is a hotel that stop in the 1900…with a good location It deserves thorough maintenance.

It's very centrally located in Seminyak, with a lot to do around it and lots of places that are walking distance away as well. The breakfast was also quite good, appreciated their buffet + a la carte solution. The room was quite dated, and overdue repairs. The door wouldn't even close properly. The balcony, overlooking Seminyak Square, is supposed to be a plus, but in practice only invites noise from the ground level into the room during the day. Getting to the lobby on the first floor is a tiny bit confusing.

Close to everything, very central, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go Sometimes a bad sewerage smell would come from the bathroom But it went away if the fan was left on for a bit

This is honestly such a clean and comfortable stay, for such an affordable price, in such a great location! I thought it would be noisy but it was quiet and great. Cute breakfast restaurant too — really wide selection. It’s a little run down in areas, but nothing that impacts your stay, and good because it keeps the price down. No mould, no problems, just a dirty curtain mark here and there. The beds are so comfy and luxury. I wouldn’t worry about the small details.

Location was great. Walking distance to many restaurants. Villa was exactly like photos. It was clean and beds were great. Pool was clean too. We like almost everything just that the tiles for the pool were kind of too rough. The skin off our toes were slightly "buffed" from playing around the pool with some slight bleeding.

The bedding felt a bit old maybe they need new ones (sheets,covers, etc)
