it was not clean and no water for more than 12 hours

the drain in our shower wasnt working so when we take a shower we have to turn off the water at times so it can drain. it was draining really slowly. there were drain flies as well

The new staff can’t answer any of my questions and he just said oh I dunno. But well he’s new so it’s fine I guess. But he could be smarter in answering instead of just a oh I dunno.

The place is really humid, like when you turn off the air con the floor will be vry sticky, also found a pack of used condoms at the drawers yuck... and there are blood stain on the bed sheet....

The pool and the terrace are really nice and the breakfast too! Good location It’s kind of old, also hard to communicate with the staff in english

Quick communication from hotel. Accommodating to reasonable requests. We were very impressed with price of Hola as it was in a quiet location, clean and comfortable. Minutes walk to Seminyak Sq, beach and restaurants. We had booked two rooms and would book again as a good find offering value for the budget minded. Nothing I could pinpoint keeping in mind we just spent one night there as were moving on the next day.
