Best thing about this resort is location. It’s super central and you can walk anywhere (beach, shop, cafes, restaurants) As I didn’t add any credit to my account when I arrived, I found that on my first day at the pool I was constantly being asked for payment, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Because of that, I decided to spend most of my time at the beach club instead, both during the day and in the evenings. Also main pool was full with mature people and kids.

Excellent breakfast. Rooms were clean and had generous amenities. The staff were all friendly and always helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Breakfast was excellent! The spa was wonderful - best massages on the island. The staff were very friendly and the beds were pretty comfy too! The room service / restaurant food could be better (aside from breakfast - that was great). The airport transfer costs were way higher than just calling a Grab ride or taxi.

We liked everything, the breakfast was amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was great. The room was nice a spacious and clean.

Once called for housekeeping, they should do housekeeping as the book says not only rearranging beds. Room booked was king bed superior yet they just joined two single beds side by side. Housekeeping was not housekeeping, it was only bed rearrangement. Quietness is less than expected.

This is a difficult review. This hotel would have been no doubtly lovely when it first opened but now needs attention (see what I didn't like). There are many good factors including: - the staff are lovely, polite and very welcoming. - it has a great location in Seminyak close to the beach and many great eateries. - my kids loved the kids club (which is open from 9am to 9pm). The staff were lovely and have them a lot of one on one time. - the buffet breakfast was one of the best I've been too. While the staff try their best, unfortunately this hotel is let down by a lack of ongoing maintenance and upkeep. For example: - We had an incident where a decorative wall lamp, detached and fell onto the bed one morning. I was lucky one I had gone to attend to one of my kids otherwise it would have hit my head. - many items in the room needed eplacing such as taps (which were corroded), mirrors (the reflective backing was flaking) and the couch (which has some stains on it). - there was water leaking in one of the bathrooms from the room above. The water was dripping into our basin via a downlight. - the poolside furniture needs a good clean to get rid of stains or need to be replaced. - parts of the room smelt slightly moldy (likely from the water from the room above). While the hotel says it's 5 stars, I would not classify it as 5. It is not in the same league as other genuine 5 star hotels. I know the price somewhat reflects that, but they do need to improve. I do hope that they start attending to some of these issues as this has the potential to be a great hotel.

It’s big, but quiet. Very central The toilet smell from water and taps , and the adult pool filling up with dads and kids. Very loud in morning!

Breakfast was fantastic. The hours of operation and some offerings listed were not accurate/available. The tiki bar was closed but listed as being open late into the night. The yoga class was cancelled as the instructor took the day off.

Everything was great, staff are amazing very attentive with everything, great selection for breakfast, pool is amazing. They offer free shuttle to few places in Seminyak up until 5 pm

Amazing staff, great breakfast, decent location if looking for access to Main Street. Shi Shi club is 2min walk but beach is around 6-10min walk. ATM is also within 5-7min walk. Even though our suite was clean but internal pathway leading to suite (all the way in back) was full of sewer smell, that turned our family off. Same smell was on beach which must be rain runoff but bad! Also WiFi in suite was of no use, we had to come to lobby to access it. The main pool area lounge chairs had dirty covers.
