The Room was good, nice size and beds was good. Breakfast was not good.

Location When I arrived, the staff didn’t even have a pen. They let me wait for 30 mins to check in. The pool is extremely dirty. The room floor is extremely dirty. It is VERY noisy. You can hear everything from the outside.

very big bed. that’s it. no fridge, aircon was terrible, no lighting in the room nor in the hall ways, toilets didn’t flush well, shower water doesn’t stay in the shower - floods bathroom, room keys didn’t work 50% of the time, hotel right next to a nightclub that runs 7 days a week, 6pm-5am, rooftop pool facility very bad, i could lift the “safe” out of my wardrobe, my balcony door didn’t have a lock on it either, drawers didn’t close in the room, pillows were extremely uncomfortable and there was stains on my bed sheets from day 1.

Great location, very central. The shower in my initial room was flooding but thankfully I was moved another room which did not have that issue. Unfortunately I was quite ill during my stay (not due to the hotel), and when I dialled the reception to call for a doctor (it specifically mentions in their in-room booklet that they can arrange for a doctor), I was told he would check with his manager and would let me know. 2.5 hours later, I still hadn't heard back and had to call for an external doctor on my own, who promptly came.

The only downside is that roof top and pool facilities were closed at the time of visit due to renovation. But the location is superb, very close to restaurants, beach clubs and the street just never sleeps. Staff were friendly and we felt safe.

Location is perfect The room was promoted as "luxurious," but there was nothing luxurious about it. The furniture was worn out (torn), and the room had a horrible smell (as it turns out the hotel allows smoking inside (which we were not made aware of). Not all amenities such as showers, toilets, and aircons were working properly. The rooftop pool was not reopened on the 31st as promised and was still closed when we checked out. No one could tell us if and when it would reopen. The penthouse rooms are also on the same floor as their rooftop bar, so if they happen to host a party during your stay, be prepared for a lot of noise, people going up and down the elevator, and drunk people outside your door until early hours of the morning.

Only location 1. The room condition doesn’t match with the pictures on booking.com 2. The bathroom smells very bad 3. The fridge isn’t cooling 4. The pool is under maintenance 5. They lost my blazer (black jacket) that I hang in the room
