It was clean and nice Property was good the problem that my shoes was stolen from my room and I left with slipper , even I asked them they told me we didn’t find , how can be , and my shoes price is very expensive around 130 US dollar

Room was big and swimming pool was nice. Though room was big, it was not cleaned properly. I couldn’t sleep for 2 days coz the bed sheet and blanket was smelling so bad, water kettle was not washed and old, and the cups were not washed.

It is very basic room/ facilities. Toilet has a smell. Photo looks nicer than actual. Aircon are not cold enough

The place is close to shops and restaurants, and the staff are very helpful and polite to all guests they need to update/improve the room interior, furniture and other stuff like blankets with old stains

Amazing value for money All staff very friendly Great food and amazing location Will definitely be back The aircon seemed to struggle when the sun hit my room in the afternoon but nothing a dip in the pool and some beers couldn't fix

Not much, the pool is the best thing Poisonous Tom cats everywhere on the room left me covered in markings and welts

Rooms, staff's polite behaviour and quick service. Price worthy. We felt bad for the staff as they were trying to give us the best service. However, due to the owner's fault the kitchen was closed after breakfast and they could not even get cutlery as the owner would lock the kitchen. The staff was excellent, though.

Moderately clean. Had to ask them to clean areas missed a few times. There were issues with the water. Toilet wouldn't flush, handing noise on roof, no water in kitchen. They moved us to the other villa and gave us floating brekky, flower bath etc for free anniversary pressie for inconvienance. Overall, we did like this villa. Great value for money but a bit more care with cleaning and repairs wouldn't go amiss

The pool was really nice and its in a quiet area but close to alot of clubs and restaurants

OK for the price and staff were nice Hotel was down a long semi deserted road that as a solo female traveler I wouldn't choose again as it felt a bit scary to walk down at night and wasn't near anything decent in seminyak so I felt very isolated which wasn't what I wanted. Also whilst the room was quite clean the bathroom was terrible and the shower head didn't work properly. Looked nothing like in the pics online. Definitely needs a bit of work done to fix the place up as it looks like it's falling apart. I paid to stay for 3 nights but left after one night as it just wasn't the place for me.
