Not much, average, clean Good only if you want to stay in a small room No Access to the pool area According to them its only for the people staying in the villa stays No Access to garden area , because they don’t switch on the lights as its electricity is Expensive for them

the pool was nice and the staff replied quickly but they didnt fix our multiple problems with the villa where to start? We had power loses every nights, with some nights not having it back the whole night(this is bali with its weather), the cleaning of the villa specially the bathrooms was subpar, one bathroom was leaking and locked during 9 out of 10 days. The villa nex to us was under refurbishment (they told us at reception it was bought by another owner) which made the experience even worse. For the amount of money we paid i think what we got was really poor. I wouldnt recommend this villa to anybody

Will visit again and recommend to friends and hope the following are improved 1.The WiFi is extremely very very poor, Lagging for the while day. 2. The breakfast can be improved. The menu is not clearly understood by the Guest. Half boil egg, was never half boil. It is always full boiled. 3. The swimming pool is not user friendly for non swimmers and children. It is too deep for all to have some fun in the pool.

The staff was not friendly didn’t help me with luggage not professional had to park far as there was no parking. The staff was seeing us taking the luggage but didn’t help. I booked double bed but they offered 2 single beds and said they will join the beds for me

Housekeeping was good. Pool was good. Mostly toilet was moldy, did not have comfortable shower it needs maintenance. Kitchen is outdated. Room was average.

Arrived before our check in time. We were able to leave our baggage and then head off for a couple more hours until our villa was ready. Private room, GREAT POOL. Aircon in the bedrooms was fantastic, would have been good to have in the living area as well. Bathrooms were adequate, just needed a bit of TLC. Fridge worked, but with 6 Adults staying it could have been bigger. Staff were great. Breakfast was OK and handy (pancakes, bacon and egg rolls, omelette etc) order the night before and then staff deliver and set up the table etc. Bed/pillows were comfortable! And staff were friendly and helpful. Busy Busy road out the front!! About 30 min walk to the beach. No Aircon in living area
