The room is OK not too big but fair with balcony. Tea and Coffee is provided with a keetle to warm the water. The pool is Nice However the shower tap was not working well neither the room bell and the Tv as well nil channel were working. The breakfast wasnot Wow but still can fulfil your needs

It’s a huge hotel , it looks beautiful and the staff is very friendly too! I felt welcomed ! And they do clean your room on a daily basis, I loved it . The only thing that I didn’t like there was the slow WiFi ! Almost inexistant. I had to rely on my mobile data the entire time I was there .

Great central location, walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Enjoyed the breakfast especially the turmeric juice. Tasty room service food. The pool was nice and clean. Helpful reception staff and the guard was polite. Rooms were very mouldy, with peeling paint and damp smells. Tried changing rooms but most had the same issues. water leaks in the corridors. Spa was not operational during the stay. Very noisy at night due to a nightclub directly opposite the hotel. The property overall needs renovation and better maintenance.

Pool is good and they have towel for pool. U can take from reception.Room is big and good. Bathroom is big and shower gel and ll things what u need.U have to be careful for choose room.İf ur room is normal room and if ur room looking to Da Mario restaurant its very bad. Wednesday and weekend u can't sleep until 03.00 am because od loudly music. be careful.Wednesday and weekend not good for sleep. İnternet is so week .Some room near pool good internet.And if u wanna see Hotel manager u can not see. I gueess hotel has no manager ı asked 4 times when ı can see manager.10 days he or she never contact w me. Managment is not good in hotel.Reception Okta Angel and one boy w glasses are helpful person.They r so kind. Restaurant person adi was good also.Thanks for 4 person.
