The stay was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The hospitality was exceptional from the first moment, with very kind and attentive staff who made us feel truly welcomed. The room was comfortable and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for our first night honeymoon. The breakfast was delicious and the food quality was clearly high Nothing at all. Everything was excellent and well taken care of.

Jute Carpets in the room under the bed can be changed. They are very hard and not a comfortable feeling to have under your feet and also pose a trip hazard.

Well maintained villa with a lovely private pool; we had a quiet and fantastic stay; excellent location; especially appreciated with the charging stations which were all international adapted Nothing

It’s a great place overall, we got a good last minute deal from booking.com, the staff is very cooperative and the villa is very high-tech, has Alexa enables lights in the room, smart TV, microwave etc. Amazing breakfast choices and we also got 20 mins complimentary massage. Could be my personal choice but if the toiled has a door and not a see through curtain, that would have been great and amenities like dental kits, body lotion were missing. Also the location a slightly far from main seminyak (10 mins drive)

Their warm hospitality truly made my stay enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the fresh, neat setup every day. The food served at the hotel was nice with good variety and taste — definitely worth trying! One of the best parts was the complimentary shuttle service, which made traveling around super convenient and stress-free. Overall, a very pleasant stay with great value for money. We stayed at Monolocale Resort & Spa for 10 nights and it was absolutely incredible. Our villa came with its own private pool, which made the experience feel extra special and relaxing. Most nights we ordered directly from the restaurant to our room—the food was always fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The spa services were another highlight. We tried several treatments during our stay, including the volcano mud massage, and every one of them left us feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. What really stood out, though, was the staff. From the moment we arrived, they remembered our names and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Their warmth and attentiveness made the whole stay feel very personal and welcoming. Overall, Monolocale exceeded our expectations in every way. Between the luxury of having our own pool, the convenience of in-room dining, the world-class spa treatments, and the outstanding staff, it was the perfect Bali getaway. Highly recommend!

Staff professionalism Our stay at the villa was deeply unsatisfactory and far from what one would expect from a 5-star property. The cleanliness was shockingly poor, the villa had an unpleasant odor and was infested with insects including ants, cockroaches, mosquitoes, flies, and a lot of lizards. We were covered in mosquito bites throughout our stay. The bathroom emitted an unbearable smell reminiscent of an animal enclosure, and the floors appeared old and neglected, as if they hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The bed was broken, adding to the discomfort. The private pool was also in unacceptable condition dirty, filled with leaves and insects. Worse, despite being advertised as “private,” we noticed workers observing the area from a nearby building, which completely compromised our privacy. Basic amenities were lacking, such as a water hose (shattaf) in the WC. Housekeeping services were minimal at best, they only made the bed without any actual cleaning. Overall, the experience was far from luxurious and certainly not worth the price. This property is highly overrated and does not meet the expectations of a 5-star standard.

The setting surrounded by jungle was amazing, as was swimming in the pool in the morning and around sunset! Nothing too much to walk to, but ultimately that is why it was such a quiet and peaceful setting and we just ended up taking a 5-10 min drive if we needed to go out.

Room was nice in terms of decor They can improve the pool , also the bathroom needs more light, and the sliding glass door didn't have a lock, towels were old and gray, no hair conditioner, bottled water was set up on our side table like it was free but we were charged for it
