The villas look absolutely native and provides the authentic feel of living in the island. The place is full of lush greenery that adds up to your relaxation. Free breakfast is enough to get you fueled by the day. Accessible to a peaceful side of the country but very close to key attractions. Very friendly staff and pays attention to your preferences. Very likely to come back to this place! The resort may be old but I think this is just the natural wearing of wooden materials used. There are insects around which is pretty much understandable. There is nothing not to like about this property- rather adds up to its total charm.

They also serve good food, and it’s nice waking up knowing you don’t even have to leave the property to enjoy a decent meal. Overall, it’s the kind of place that feels both stylish and homey at the same time.

The villa is an oasis of calm. The personnel is very polite, supportive and professional. Kudos to the resort leader.

Exceptional service and friendlies of the staff, always present never bothering. The facilities are well maintained , and place is in perfect location close to city center but out of city hassle. The street where it is located has all the services you might require.

I loved the traditional feel and look of the place, excellent WiFi so that I could work online- zoom calls and all. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location isn’t anywhere trendy but I liked that it was a gem in and of itself. I spent at least 1 day just getting sun and lounging at the pool which was very peaceful. There is a good coffee shop and plenty of shops for food. I stayed in a second floor unit which because of winds a lot of the thatch roof would fall to the floor so the floor was a bit dusty/dirty. I asked for a broom and swept it myself each day which was not a problem at all. It is a normal thing in these types of units and I didn’t mind. But maybe ask for the broom so you have it in hand.

The facilities/maintenance is ok, but showing age. It would be nice to have fresh towels when requested. I stay 7 days with no fresh towels

Everything, I miss it already. The room was spacious and clean, there were all the stated amenities. Coffee, kettle, fridge to keep drinks cold. The bed was comfy Good WiFi and desk and chair for me to work on my laptop. Outside chair to chill or I could go to pool area. I didn't try the pool though. I tried the breakfast and it was plenty. Shops and coffee shops are very close by. I think it was a good location, very peaceful. Some other guests were being so noisy but upon reporting it to staff, they sorted it out quickly. The staff are excellent and friendly. I definitely would stay again.

The decor is beautiful, the pool was clean and well built. The rooms are spacious and romantic, while the staff are friendly and helpful The only downside was a lack of hot water, enough for a hot shower but not enough to fill the “hot” tub. All in it was an amazing trip at a special resort

Very interesting interior, looks authentic for Bali. Good location, and a mart is next to the hotel. If you have a bike you can get any place shortly. Seems, the hotel hasn't been renovation a long time. Noise from the road.

After complaining about the first house, we were offered a new house. It was in front of the pool and on the second floor. This one was fantastic! Good light, clean, luxurious and clean towels. Staff was friendly and service was excellent. Good value for the money, depending on the house... First house was bad. It was in the back. Not enough light and the house smelled of fungus and old wood. The towels were dirty too.

Our room was amazing. We had a pool view from our balcony. The room was spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The shower had a filter on which we appreciated! The entire property was beautiful and it was easy to get transport to wherever you needed. The staff were so welcoming and always around to help if needed! We recommend staying here! N/A
