The hotel is very new and clean but the water pressure is extremely low. As well as, the pool water temperature was very cold unswimabl. Staff in general good but lacking hospitality experience and professionalism overall.

Only my sweatshirt was also ran over with the luggage cart and though the hotel had it sent out for dry-cleaning, it was unable to be cleaned and nothing was offered in replacement for the item of clothing I lost.

If u r ever staying in the Scotsdale area u must stay at The REMI. It is a beautiful hotel, very modern and clean. The beds r amazingly comfortable and staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful, namely Mitzi and Sophia were great!! All shops and restaurant steps away. I have not enjoyed another hotel this much in a very long time.

Property was next to several clubs. Bass didn’t stop until two am. Moved us to a different room that was better after the first night

Nice place. Good pool. Good gym. Worst noise from the night club couldn’t sleep at night. Front desk Brian is a rude person. Food at the restaurant takes so long. Definitely pros and cons.

So loud all day and until 2am in the morning. Not able to sleep because of the loud music.

The noise level is over the top. They provide ear plugs for night as well as noise machines because their pool party is so loud until 2 pm nightly. That part is sad as the rest of the hotel is very nice. Great lobby bar and Z was a great bartender! Unfortunately the shower and sink both did not drain and it took an hour for the shower to empty….

This place is located in the heart of Scottsdale and Old Town. A lot of things were in walking distance, the staff was nice, and the rooms were clean. My only suggestion would be to provide ice and a microwave.
