Absolutely loved the room, and the views. The lady that checked us in was very helpful and even got us a better view and let us choose where we’d like our room to be at as well. Wolf was amazing! We actually went there two for dinner. It was pretty nice as well how close the mall was too, very convenient Having to pay for parking whether it was self parking or not. And the second bar didn’t have much of a selection for alcohol or a lot of places to sit at either.

My room was very clean. I had an issue with my refrigerator and the head of maintenance was so nice and very professional and took care of it right away. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating, all of the restaurants were wonderful and the staff was friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This hotel has a great vibe, excellent restaurants, clean, room are well appointed and within walking distance to great shopping and lots of good restaurants.

My only complaint was our room had a very off putting smell that is hard to describe. Room #302. And the fans did not cool down the room very well, there were times it felt stuffy. But other than that, the staff was great and food was amazing!

Absolutely, hands down, the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had. We were in an upgraded room, but felt as though we were sleeping in a tent on the side of the street. A fight in which the cops were called but the hotel allowed them both to continue staying, (????) partying, any person accessing Wolf can access your hotel rooms- and the actual room doors had a gap so big they looked like they had been kicked in at some point- you could easily see into the room from the hallway by simply looking through the gap at the deadbolt. Terrible staff- literally had my drivers license thrown back at me when asking for a replacement key card. Clogged toilet as soon as we checked in on the first day, a hole in the drywall in our room, just all around a poor experience of a long weekend. The only redeemer was Blake, one of the sweetest valet we’ve met.

The hotel receptionist Jasmine made sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. She did an outstanding job with providing great hospitality to me and my son. Our experience was amazing!! We will definitely come back to this hotel!!
