This hotel is a great find - it has a Beverly Hills vibe.

Spacious clean rooms, I think it would be nice to provide couple of water bottles in the room. Enjoyed the pool area, overall great service and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Overall, the hotel was fine and met my basic expectations. However, there were a few issues that impacted my stay. The phone in my room was not working, so I was unable to contact the front desk directly when needed. I also ordered room service—the food was acceptable, but the coffee was disappointing. The pot of coffee arrived only lukewarm, and the quality of the coffee itself was poor. While the stay was generally okay, improving these details would make for a much better guest experience.

The property has a great Cuban vibe, subdued bet there if you want to key in on it. It is in a great location. You can tell the property is older, but it has been updated and has a great layout. We took advantage of the morning yoga on the lawn and enjoyed the pool during the day. The bar/lobby is very inviting and has games throughout. We found a nice table, had some drinks, and played some games in the evening. They also had a free shuttle to take you to places around Scottsdale or you could opt for the cute (and free)bicycles and ride around downtown. I would stay here again for sure!

Loved staying here. The resort was peaceful, clean, and smelled wonderful. The hotel staff were pleasant and definitely added to the experience. 5/5 stars for sure.

We had a wonderful one night staycation here. It’s a beautiful property with a Cuban/Miami theme which is really fun and well done. The lobby is especially impressive with cool and comfortable sitting areas where you can enjoy a coffee or cocktail. While it’s a much smaller property than some of the other large Scottsdale properties like “Phoenician” or “Omni”, it’s not small, and has a nice sized pool area and property. The hotel also has a very good stand alone restaurant “The Canal Club” which has a delicious Cuban inspired menu. Our room was really nice with comfortable furniture and a very comfy bed. It had a great shower and a large balcony to relax on. There are no elevators to the second floor so if you need one, get a room on the first floor.

Bar and restaurant staff were fab - so lovely - very polite, helpful and fun. Hotel lobby was beautifully calm and peaceful. We really liked the Bauhaus / Mexican décor throughout. Food in the restaurant was really good, we ended up eating in every night! Gardens and fire pits were relaxing and not too crowded. Close proximity to Scottsdale without noise and crowds. Layout of hotel meant residents had space. Would definitely go back if in Scottsdale. Ability to park so close to hotel room with easy access to room from carpark - really well designed. Access to ice outside rooms. Overcrowding at the pool. Many beds held for residents with towels all day and not used. However when I went for brief lunch I came back to discover my belongings had been moved and I had to go to my room. On a 4 day stay I had a lounger for 2 days only. Large numbers of day packages meant overnight residents were competing for lounger access. Hotel staff could possibly allocate / oversee? I was unable to secure a spa booking, there were not enough therapists and a lot of external 'day' bookings. The lady on reception at the spa was most apologetic and so lovely though! The young lady on reception for our check in. The only staff member in the whole 4 day stay who wasn't pleasant. She was unfortunately rude, gave no details regarding breakfast times, spa access, pool times / towels - just pointed and instructed "go ask them". When I couldn't locate spa staff "I told you ask them!". I just avoided over future days and everyone else was really brilliant.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel felt like a little escape to Cuba. The architecture, decor, and overall atmosphere were absolutely beautiful and created such a warm, tropical vibe. The amenities were top-notch — everything was thoughtfully designed and made our stay feel luxurious yet relaxing. What truly made the experience special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. A truly memorable stay, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing getaway.

The Scott is a dream! The property was beautiful, well maintained and full of amenities. In addition, the Scott is located close to a ton of shopping and restaurants.

Nice choice in Scottsdale- Family friendly. great decor almost feels like you are in Miami. Rooms are nice and modern though make sure to request a room with a nice view. Front desk staff helpful after maintenance staff was unable to properly fix an issue in our room.

Older property that was renovated and branded as high end boutique. The room itself have comfy bed and cute designer touches. The bones of older two level hotel are still there. The pool was just ok. The property is more suitable for adult that family with kids. The price point was high for what you get (I would prefer an actual newer property next trip. )

The hotel was understaffed in the evening, and the waitstaff at the restaurant was friendly but incredibly unknowledgeable about the menu and its offerings. Nice rooms, but a large clump of hair in the shower upon arrival. Pools were lovely and well-kept

Great resort no qualms or problems. Just make sure that you’re aware of the hundred percent no smoking policy because they almost tried to charge $400 for the smell of marijuana.

Staff was a little rude not very friendly especially front desk and some bartenders (not all). Food was good but should have more of a variety of options.

Menus were very limited and prices were higher than when we ate outside the resort. Drinks were good, but once again, much higher than when we were off the resort. Room was nice and serviced every day except one, when they seem to forget us. Checking in was delayed as the room was not ready and many others were waiting for their rooms also. Checking out was very quick and easy.

Menu was limited and not great for children. Complimentary coffee or a children's menu would have made a stay a lot more convenient. The pool was a little chilly, so we couldnt swim for very long. We really enjoyed the shuttle and location and the staffing for the shuttle. The woman who checked us in was not friendly or helpful. It was also difficult to get food at the pool. Even chips and salsa- the chips were stale and there was not nearly enough for the amount of salsa and guac we recieved. We then had a to track down a refill and the chips were mostly broken. We did enjoy the resort feel, but not sure if it was worth the $60 resort fee.

We had a shower curtain that could not keep the water in the space. Water flowed on to the bathroom floor making it slippery. The property is soothing and tropical. There is no elevator to the second floor.

We found the front staff to be nice, albeit some came across a little aloof, at times — the Gen Z stare is real. All in all, this is a great spot, and I would look forward to staying here again.

This resort was superb. The lobby is gorgeous. The restaurant offers a simple yet delicious menu. The staff was amazing. We loved the bikes and the ride in the Old Chevy. The pool was great! The rooms very very spacious and clean. Location was perfect.

Really cute and clean roooms as well as beautiful common areas. Bar and restaurant were good and stayed busy. The spa was a highlight of the trip with excellent services and staff. It was a little bit of a challenge to get a pool chair so I recommend getting there early. By lunch time there were a lot of chairs being "saved" with towels/shoes etc with no one using them for hours adding some sort of policy around this would improve the experience. Overall loved the hotel and would come back again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful facility, fantastic staff. Dinged for the resort fees and poor restaurant food. Skirt steak was boot leather and the whole place smelled of kerosene.

Check in process was delayed due to cleaning of the room which didn’t make sense on a non-busy weekend that my early check in was denied. Then my room wasn’t even available by the 4pm check in time and so I either had to wait for my room to be cleaned “which did not have an estimated time” or take a downgraded room. They at least refunded me the resort fee which good thing because then on Saturday night at 6pm the water was shut off due to a leak. So after a long pool day, right at dinner time, I couldn’t shower to go out to my birthday dinner at Maple and Ash (where there is a dress code). That dress code does not include sunscreen and pool hair. Then when I went to call the front desk, oh the phone doesn’t work. So I call the mainline from my cellphone and the front desk says yeah sorry the water is off and we can only turn it on once the leak is fixed. Like ok I get there’s a leak but no contingency? I asked can I shower somewhere else like I have dinner lol is there a pool shower? “No ma’am the shower is in your room”. Yes…I understand I have a shower, but it doesn’t work. “The water will be on when the leak is fixed”. Ok -_-. Idk, wouldn’t recommend for the price if that’s there customer service when things go wrong. Fine if something happens but find a fix.

The service was fine, but not very warm or interested. Our first room had a backed up sink, so we moved to a new room. The new room had an issue with the TV that took hours to fix and one of the engineers said he would be back in 10 minutes and never returned until we called the front desk an hour later and they sent a different guy. The hotel took off the resort fee and offered us a food and beverage credit for the backed up sink, room change and TV issue, which was kind but it was still a bummer to spend our time that way.

Long review: The resort is clean, upgraded, has polite and ample staff, and offers a free shuttle anywhere in a 3 mile radius (old town Scottsdale and 5th Ave shopping fall with this as does downtown area with mall and dining). A very convenient location with spacious rooms. The lobby is beautiful. There are fire pits and seating for outdoor gatherings at night or solo resting/reading. There’s an outdoor hottub and there was a one outdoor pool for use. I would recommend this place for singles or families.

Property is good but the bad service didnt let me enjoy it. We paid for a pool view room but we didnt have it (i have pictures) when i requested to change the room the hotel staff told me that they cant because i made de reservation trough booking

The Scott is a beautiful property with thoughtful and intentional, aesthetically pleasing details. More of a hotel than a resort though, but it was still enjoyable. The La Vidorra spa was perfect! The fitness center was a fully equipped gym. The food was great for hotel food (overpriced though, but that’s expected). Great place for a girls trip!

Loved the room, pool and location. Great casual vibes. Our cabana and pool experience was amazing; our attendant was so kind and gracious. Made it a great stay! The food selection was disappointing; would have like a more food offerings, and lastly the staff at the restaurant were not friendly or welcoming.

I came for a little staycation over a long weekend and I loved every minute. The staff were so nice, the drinks were great and original, and the pools were amazing. There was a dj at the pool as well that played music that was somehow both relaxing and upbeat. I will definitely return and recommend to others.

The room is not terrible but it lacks attention to detail, for example broken items, soap dispensers that don’t work well, faucet handles with limescale, and a clogged sink. I think they market themselves as something they are not

Wonderful quiet and relaxing place to stay. We suggest the rum cake dessert! We also enjoyed the car service which took us to a couple of very nice restaurants.

We upgraded to pool side but no one tild us the first night would be a loud party and we couldnt even access the pool. The driver complained about being soo busy and sweaty and drive like a maniac to drop us off even though this is an offered service. We upgraded to pool side but no one tild us the first night would be a loud party and we couldnt even access the pool. The driver complained about being soo busy and sweaty and drive like a maniac to drop us off even though this is an offered service. We were in need of a few days of rest and relaxation after our daughter’s wedding in Colorado. The Scott did not disappoint. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous, and the restaurant food was delicious. Our room was beautiful very spacious and amenities were lovely. The staff was helpful, courteous and on point.

Did not like the breakfast. Little options and what we did order was not very good.

It had a feel of an upmarket motel rather than a quality hotel.

The bellmen were very kind and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The same with the bar staff, spa staff, and various other staff around the resort. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and our stay. Our room was clean and the bathroom setup was well thought out and renovated nicely.

The staff was lovely, the rooms and public spaces were clean, beautifully decorated and relaxing. The food at the restaurants and pool was delicious. There is yoga every morning at 8am and plenty to do on property that it would have been easy to never leave. But leaving was so easy with the hotel transportation…which was so fun! Highly recommend and I can’t wait to go back.

Stood here for my baby moon. Room had major ceiling leakage due to a burst pipe but overall they fixed it and moved us to another room.

This Resort is more for adults who want to drink, there’s a bar at the pool serving drinks all day, loud music all day. Not a place for families with children. There was also some remodeling going on while we were there loud noises and loud music coming from the building where they were working. No elevator to the second floor.

Slept one night in (very) dirty sheets unbeknownst to me due to the darkness in the room, only evident once the sun was out. I am still rather upset about that, apparently sleeping in someone else's mess is only good for one night's resort fees to The Scott.

Only small issue would be very limited bathroom counter/mirror area. Not a big enough issue to prevent us from going back but did need to be creative

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, clean and there were so many small touches in the room. The room was very large, immaculate, and the design was incredible. The pools are a lovely way to spend an afternoon. Very much a vacation vibe.

We had an amazing girls’s staycation at The Scott Resort! The pool was so fun, with fantastic pool side service!

The pools are spacious and outlined with gorgeous mature palm trees which provide a nice cover for the endless sunny days. There is even a beach area in the pool. There are multiple seating areas for dining or just chatting with great seating and fireplaces. From the second you step into the resort, you will be greeted by lovely spa scents and the lobby (with its grand feel) will not disappoint! In summary, it’s a great location with nice staff and a 56 Chev Belair ready to take you anywhere!

My sister and I had a great stay at The Scott Resort. The check in process was seamless and the staff was very friendly throughout our entire stay. We had trouble with our TV and they sent an engineer up to our room to personally attend to it within 30 minutes. Overall had a very pleasant time and would love to stay at this hotel again.

I had an Amazing experience! The check in and check out process was very smooth, the resort was beautiful and in the perfect place not so far from everything! Me and my partner got a couples massage and it was absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely recommend!!

Very nice hotel. Has a mix of a vegas/Palm Springs vibe. Kid friendly. Cute bar and restaurant on site. Two pools with one of them having a little sandy beach area. Able to check into our room 90 min early and easy checkout process. Very close to old town Scottsdale and the mall. They have bikes you can ride for free too.

Great place to stay. Clean, friendly, helpful staff. Pool was terrible. All kinds of leaves and things on the pool. Every where we went the leaves would follow us. I realize the leaves fall from the trees but my own yard dosn't have that many because we pick them up. They need to invest in leaf blowers/vacuum or pool nets. If there was a pool net nearby I would have done it myself.

Definitely will stay here again.

The private patio on the first floor was so lovely. Even when it was 100 degrees, the patio was shaded and cool enough to enjoy. Housekeeping does a great job keeping everything clean and stocked. Our breakfasts were abundant and enjoyable. The dinner at the restaurant was fun and the service was excellent. The only slightly negative comment was about the spa. I walked in and the host completely ignored me as she talked on the phone for 5-10 minutes while I waited. I walked out because the heat had me feeling grouchy about that.

Cute hotel! It was very clean and beautiful. However, I had difficulty sleeping as it felt like the room had poor air circulation. I had to get up in the middle of the night to crank the AC down to 63F. I felt little relief. Also had no other amenities/ for getting water aside from purchasing the bottles in the room.

The bathroom door was dusty.

10 dollars for bottled water. Too pricey.

Our stay at the Scott resort was fantastic! The property is stunning and the staff were extremely helpful and made the stay very enjoyable. Shout out to Heather at the pool and the GM Aaron who both went above and beyond. The hotel offers a shuttle within a 3 mile radius which was a great addition. Highly recommend the hotel and we would definitely return! The only thing we think could have been better was some more lively music by the pool in the afternoon.

The location was conveniently located near Scottsdale Fashion Square for shopping and dining. The room was comfortable with beautiful finishes, and poolside amenties were very nice. I really liked the ice and water stations as well, which made it easy and convenient to refill my water bottle while I sat out in the sun!

I LOVED everything about this hotel, it was amazing from the moment driving in to the moment driving out. I will be posting a full review on TikTok soon (paris.302), but if you're doing a solo trip or want to get away with a spouse this would be a great place. The location is spot on and it's relatively 10-15mins away from a lot of places.

Everything was beautiful, service was great, rooms were clean. Communication on late check out with cards not working after normal check out would have been nice. They sent someone very quick and handled the issue perfectly. Thank you.

Great stay!

Breakfast at the restaurant. Entrees too elaborate; portions way too large. Coffee cups without handles - too hot to handle so one has to wait until coffee cools to pick it up and drink. I asked for a side of smoked salmon and was presented with a portion the size of an entire fish slopped onto a small saucer. Food presentations need refinement. The fried plantain included in the Eggs Benedict is impossible to cut with the knife provided. The crusts on the avocado and smoked salmon toasts are tough and chewy. I've worked in food service for 30 years, and providing food that is palatable and easy to eat is an important consideration. I noticed a lot of food wasted - left on plates, and this may be the reason behind it.

This is a very cute spot to stay and relax with family or friends. Close to old town, walking distance to most. Bicycles to use, spa offers high quality massages, and pool with bar makes you feel like you are on a resort but the atmosphere is small and quaint. The lobby and bar has a cuban feel with natural surroundings. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway!

We did not like the amount of people who were vaping. We thought this property was smoke free. We would like more dining or change of menu for dinner. We are not sure we would stay again after going for years. The grounds were beautiful though .

Overall, it was a nice property but I would not consider it luxury and the product doesn’t match the price. They make the resort seem larger than it is. Everything from check in process, to the poolside experience, and staff at restaurant was subpar. If I am at a resort I expect a higher level of customer service. More so, the restaurant on site was mediocre and extremely overpriced. The rooms felt old and lacked updates (and if it was updated, poorly done, cracks in the tile, etc). For a competitive resort market, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this one.

This was the first time we had ever stayed at the Scot resort and spa. It was amazing. From the amazing beautifully well kept grounds to the convenience of free bikes to ride around town to the friendly staff. We will definitely be going back.

The Scott is a beautiful place. Staff, dinning, seating, parking, the pools, and location were all superb. The room was very spacious and the key access entry at all gates on property were two things that exceeded expectations.
