Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chicago Schaumburg by IHG

Hotel is very new, rooms are really clean, love the LVF instead of carpet in the rooms, beautiful walk-in showers, and charging stations on the night stand. Staff was friendly and helpful.

we called hotels.com and they canceled our reservation for us and filed a complaint. again, hotels.com was not responsible for this debacle. i will continue to use them.

Dirty room, floors, mirror, wardrobe. You could tell they just changed the sheets and thats about it. Also, hot room. We sent the temp to 69, it wouldn't go under 72 and went up to 74 in the night. There was a kids coat in the closet and veggie straws on the floor

This hotel is absolutely spotless and incredibly well-maintained. There's a large shopping mall nearby, and you can easily visit H-Mart to enjoy a wide variety of international foods and groceries. They also offer complimentary breakfast and coffee. The only downside is that the rooms on the second floor can be quite noisy due to traffic.

Property smelled clean. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious and clean. Pool wasn’t open. Property is near the interstate so if you are a light sleeper I would choose a different hotel.

Room was clean, breakfast was available as advertised but it was same on both days of our stay. Beds can be better/more comfortable.

My only disappointment when I asked the staff member at the front desk when was the last time our room was clean I informed him that our room was very dusty and he just simply said, "oh I shouldn't be dusty"

Everything was good except the last thing. We got an issue. When we entered the room after the breakfast the lights were off and I reported the issue to the front desk but it wasn’t resolved till the time we checked out. Unfortunately I had to use my mobile light to use the toilet and bath. I think this type of issues should be resolved immediately as reported.
