Clean rooms, friendly staff and pet friendly. Great value for the area. Was annoyed there was an RV parked out back. Stabilizers down and generator running. Not sure why they allowed this or nobody walks the property.

I loved the quiet and how comfortable it was. The place was clean and just what I needed. Well I guess I didn't like how the faucets in the shower worked. It was hard to adjust the temperature of the water.

We just needed a one-night stay for a two-day event we were attending and it worked for what we needed. It's an "airport hotel" so it's not like its being marketed as a 4 star location. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the price was good. Breakfast was great and most appreciated!

When I arrive there, there was urine stains all over the toilet.

A staff opened breakfast bit earlier than 6 am for us to leave for a morning flight. Laundry worked for us. Elevetor is far from the entrance.

Breakfast was fine. Nearly everything in our room was broken. Room had a new bad smell every day. Bed had basically 2 sheets and no quilt/comforter. Shower temperature was inconsistent. Staff never told us where facilities were, how to get to our room, or when checkout was. Room key stopped working before the checkout time listed on the website. Really strong chemical smells in hallways.

Staff were friendly and helpful when need it. Rooms and facilities were clean. 100% recommended. Will stay again

The only downside was cleanliness in the bathroom—there was noticeable mold/mildew in the sink and shower , which could definitely use better attention. Aside from that issue, everything else met expectations for a budget-friendly stay.

I've stayed here multiple times, and it's always a wonderful experience! I'm always greeted kindly by staff! Check in and check out are always smooth, the rooms are clean and well maintained, and the location is perfect for my needs.

Hotel really needs a refresh. Things were “clean” but in poor condition, which makes them look and seem dirty. Tub was stained, plumbing fixtures had been re-caulked many times and in a sloppy way, there was a black thing hanging out of the bathroom faucet every time the water was turned on. The lighting in the rooms is also very bad- cold and fluorescent.

Absolutely awful. First room was completely disgusting. It was obvious that the sheets had had not been changed after the previous occupants had left; bed was made with the dirty sheets. Asked for a new room and was given one. At least the sheets on the beds in this room were clean but the bathroom was not. Got up this morning to shower but the tub drain was completely plugged. At this point I just wanted to get out of there and get on the road.

Check the border around the bed, found gum other than that room was pretty clean

Things to take note; - Thin sheets and blankets! Ofc there’s heater but we’ve witnessed other patrons calling front desk about broken heaters too. - For the girlies with long hair; towel is not wide/long enough to will not hold all of your hair for that classic “shower hair plop” hairdo. :/ Consider bringing your own. - We paid for an extra night stay, only to get locked out 6 hours later and had to go to front desk again to renew our key cards. Minor inconvenience :/ - If you love your car, don’t come here. The amount of gravel and huge potholes in the parking lot is bound to make your exit a roller coaster ride. The rain puddles definitely helped with the “surprise” factor as well. - THE LONG LONG HALLWAYS. Never in my life have I seen such a long continuous layout of a corridor. It just kept going & going. Huge issue if you’ve got lots of luggage, elderly, or pregnant.

The staff was great. The beds were a little too high my mom had to climb on a chair to get in the bed. Saw a couple of pests but the staff took care of that right away. When we got in the room the peephole had a napkin in it and there was a little bit of trash. Overall it was comfortable for a one night stay but maybe not multiple times

Very rarely do you find a hotel who includes a full breakfast with their stay. This hotel did just that with bacon, scrambled eggs, muffins, bagels & toast with assorted toppings, yogurt with 3 topping choices, waffles, cold cereal & the topping on the cake was an automated coffee machine that was accessible 24 x7. Friendly staff, convenient to mall. Just overall great experience for myself & 2 other families as we gathered for a belated holiday gathering.

The shower didn't work right and the when you turn the water on in the bathroom sink it was splashing all on the top of the sink. The hair dryer plug was broken the pillows were not great.the lock to the bathroom was broken.

I made a reservation for 4 people.I need at least 4 shower towels, but only 3 towels ..It's not enough to have just one shampoo soap. I hope you provide basic services according to the number of customers..

Very close to Woodfield Mall and easy to get to off IL-72. The check-in was fast and easy. The room was very clean and the hallways smell great!! We didn't try their breakfast because my boys were up til 5 in the morning and slept thru the breakfast hours 😴

Entire first floor appeared to be completely remodeled.

The staff was nice and accommodating. With that being said the room we checked into had some cleanliness issues, especially the shower. There was gunk in between the tiles, and also in between the drain and the tiles. There was also hair all over the the shower. We asked for a room swap and they counter lady was more then willing to accommodate. Then the second room the matress kept moving on the frame. It just slides from side to side on the frame because there is nothing to keep it in place.

The rooms were good and clean. But the service!! They don't want to talk to you or do anything to help. Breakfast items not refilled even once. Ice maker broken! Not a single machine in the gym working. Not one!! Even the weights. See the pictures.

Hotel has been updated, it was clean and comfortable. The only slight downside for me was I had to get the front desk personnel to let me in the fitness center as the key card access points were not working and the first day neither treadmill was operational

Like any hotel, you need to do your own cleaning but very good. The lobby smells wonderful, if only the rooms smelled just as nice. Many guys hanging around in front of the building at night is a bit concerning but I carry pepper spray. Receptionist was nice, not too warm and fuzzy. Beds very comfy. It was very quiet which was appreciated. Overall I felt comfortable and safe. I’m glad I stayed here.

Hotel is Good for the price, Rooms are clean but the bathroom looks small because of the partition between wash basin and toilet.otherwise all good.

I did not like the dirty towels, the unfinished floor of the bathtub shower, nor the handles to shower installed improperly. I did not like the trash around the exterior of the property.

Customer service was great ; however , I woke up to a roach in the bed. I was switched to another room, unfortunately both rooms stink. 1st room had a weird smell, the second room smelled like a dog . Also both room had water damaged around the walls . It felt like I booked a room at the motel rather than a hotel . Also the “free breakfast”, you might as well bring your own food , or walk to ihop .

Price was not worth the condition of the property. We have stayed in Best western many times before and this was by far the worst condition of the facility we have seen. Paint scratched over. Poor renovation in the entire facility. It was a motel like feeling when we actually paid for a hotel.

Great experience

Lighting is harshly bright throughout, including rooms. Some mildew spots in shower. As others have noted, distinct cigarette odor in halls. Bed was comfortable enough, but one comforter was stained. Mostly quiet. AC in building and room seemed to be struggling. If I had to do it over again, would have paid a little bit more and stayed elsewhere.

Hotel was bright and inviting. The room was wonderful. Only downside was some sketchy people outside late at night and another guest smoking and stinking up the section of the hotel. But otherwise would be happy to stay here agin when we are back in town.

This hotel is very outdated even with their supposed renovations . We checked in and given a room that was already occupied. The hallway smelled like poop. We needed somewhere to sleep overnight after a long drive from Florida and this was cheap price. Guess you get what you pay for. Next time, i know better.

The property seems to be renovated, although it looks good, we had some issues such as super cloudy water from the faucets and the tub seemed to have a dent every time you stepped on it.

The property unfortunately smelled like cigarette smoke that was masked over with plug ins through out. The bathroom was dirty and the bathtub floor felt like it might fall through.

There was a very long line and only one person checking guests in.

Not sure why. No warning signs for staying here. The only slightly annoying trait is the entry is a bit more difficult except when coming down Higgins. better maintained than most Indian owned-managed motels. I was amused that the desk clerk who is probably about 30, was being closely scrutinized by his mother. Doors opened and closed as they should. no stupid things like the tv remote having dead batteries! Bathroom sink area larger than many but the tub and toilet area is a bit crowded. Most important- The bed was comfortable. BUT... I met the Otis Elevator man on the ONE time I used the elevator. I foumd out the owners of this location wont spend the money for a part for the elevator that SHOULD be changed. Dont get stuck! For me, the elevator trip from 1 to 2 was OK, but when it stopped at 2 the doors didnt open. I pushed the door button and they opened though. Some people might think the motels breakfast is important. This is also a typical wimpy offerings breakfast. just get your coffee at the front desk and be on your way. We got breakfast on our departure at a local place that was expensive but still very good food and service.

My stay was not as expected. Breakfast was not good, the eggs were green on the inside with a weird texture the sausage was dry and looked shriveled. I booked online and room was paid for. I noticed the next day on my bank statement that I was charged 2 times a fee on $72 and another fee of $8 and some change that equaled to $153. I called the hotel and they said it was a mistake and they would refund me the money but it would take 3-5 days for the money to fall back into my account. Very inconvenient. Would not recommend staying here.

Unfortunately the room was dirty the sheets had stains, the tub was dirty and had hair. You definitely could tell the room was not cleaned. I feel bad because the staff was very nice .

I have zero complaints about our stay. It's not the fanciest hotel, but it was clean, the staff was friendly, check in was fast and easy, bed and pillows were comfortable. I love that there's no carpet in the rooms! Breakfast included and coffee in the lobby. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very unprofessional. I had to have them come and clean my bathroom after checking in. Had 2 reservations but was charged 2 different amounts. No free rides to the airport as stated on Expedia. A non smoking hotel but you can smell weed all down the hallway. Terrible hotel. Do not stay here

This property was affordable and located in an excellent spot.

We spend just a few hours after a 10 hours trip. The hotel was clean and the personnel was kind and effective o. Their job. Hotel may need an update for the hall carpet, but it was very good and clean inside our room.
