The staff are wonderful and hotel is very clean. Has everything you need for an extended stay. Restaurant is conveniently located across the breezeway. All in all a great place to stay

I really like the place, our one bedroom apartment is nice and comfortable. It is like a home away from home. If we go back to Savannah, we would book that place again.

The Ann Savannah was a great place to stay for my quick trip to Savannah. The parking and check in process was quick and easily. Staff at the front dress were professional and helpful. My room was stock with what I needed and very comfortable. It was great having the kitchen! I took off 1 star on Maintenence only because the curtains in the bedroom were not hung correctly (the "pull" wand to close the curtains was not attached to the curtains)....but the blinds worked and were sufficient. If I had a ladder, I could have fixed the curtains in less than 5 minutes. Otherwise, the apartment was spotless and comfortable. I'd stay again!

Absolutely the worst staff i have ever experienced. Front desk person (Bri) was extremely rude. The front desk was left unattended with other guests information out, valet keys sitting out, so many issues. Finally she came in from outside with a bad attitude as if we were an inconvenience. Very unhelpful, unfriendly and concerning. Then upon our return from our travel our bill was incorrect. I called to correct the overcharge and was hung up on. Worst experience ever, i will be contacting Marriott corporate on this.

They have charged me for a stay and I didn’t even stay there. They have yet to refund my money. It’s been a week. DO NOT STAY HERE. You both stole money from me.

Second stay at The Ann for longer than a week with our golden retriever. Fantastic hotel, comfy bed, nice kitchen and living room. But the staff is what makes it special. Love this place.

The room/apartment was immaculate and well equipped. We arrived at midnight and it was nice having a 24 hr front desk. I love this new concept.

Location was great. Easy walk to most everything. Staff was very attentive. Walls in our room were very thin! We could hear conversations, TV, etc. from the room next to us. Luckily they weren’t up late at night or really early.
