The view was nice The rooms and bathrooms were disgusting. The lobby was obviously renovated and well kept, but the rooms were terrible. There was mold in the showers, chipped tiles everywhere and the bathroom door didn't even close. Everything was falling apart and it felt gross to be in there.
-
Close to airport (used uber to get there), pretty location. They have a restaurant on site, we had a nice dinner. Overpriced. The rooms are very dated

Beware the Hotel in at the end of a really stiff hill. Walking up to it wouldnt be for everyone possible.

We could check in earlier Staff attitude was poor, beds were very uncomfortable, shower was very inconvenient with a broken shower door, staff wasn’t helpful.

The room was lovely, warm, comfortable, great view. Slept so well. Breakfast was great, the attendant was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was in a great location close to the town. The restaurant was excellent, Ramon the waiter was first class and the food was delicious. A lovely experience. Actually I don't know what to write.....

The sound of people shouting outside our room at 2 am in the morning after I'd emailed the hotel previously to be kept away from any events going , plus having to spend my last day in bed after having the chicken curry at the hotel restaurant , no tea or coffee facilities in the room or water

Location is great, Sant Boi is a neat little town and the train station and airport bus are right next door. The balcony is neat, water pressure is good, and has a rustic feel. The wifi signal didn't reach our room and folks would not help us with a booster or by switching rooms. There is almost no information in the room (wifi signal, how to reach the front desk, airport bus, etc.). People next door were really really loud the last night we stayed and we just could not sleep at all. They were smoking in the room too, and the smell drafted into our room, which was unpleasant. That is more a condemnation of those people than the hotel, but I would expect the hotel to have some protocols (like at least tell us how to call the front desk, quiet hours, etc.).

Staff were too busy, weeding on weekends and too loudly. No amenities.

Top of a hill close to Barcelona airport and very unique

We loved the location which was approx. 15 minutes from the airport and the cruiseport. It sits high on a hill which gives great views of the city. It's in a primarily resdiential area which we liked and there were shops and restaurants a few blocks away. The hotel also had a restaurant on site and a bar area. The pool looked really nice but it was a bit cool for a swim. The hotel can use some updating inside and out but everything worked. An investment in the rooms and the grounds could make this a standout hotel. Having said that, we enjoyed our stay and would do so again.

Kind of a neat location. Very old and not very clean and small. Needs some serious updating.

It has parking Lift not working and nobody didn’t help us for carrying our luggage

The restaurant on this property was exceptional! The breakfast buffet was bountiful, beautifully laid out and plentiful. The serving staff efficient and helpful in explaining the menu for lunch and dinner. The chef is talented in delivering a wide variety of Spanish cuisine, providing a variety of selections, including a daily special with provided generous portions.

The restaurant was exceptional in every way from quality of food, service and wait staff. The property reception area was very helpful and accommodating. Staff did assist in carrying luggage to the rooms. The windows and doors are vintage and add to the charm of the room. They just need to be refurbished. The pool and property are beautiful and the extensive terraces and gardens on the property have so much potential. The rooms are very different in quality due to the age of property. We were not given the rooms we reserved. The elevator was broken. Rooms were on the 3rd floor. Room could have had electrical receptacles by the bed, instead of across the room, bathroom could have been cleaner.

We were with car so wanted a place that we could easily park our car for free. The hotel itself was beautiful ..about 40 or 50 years ago it must have been stunning but unfortunately it needs some attention again and room renovations to bring it up to a better level. It looks like it has not gotten the tender loving care it deserves. Some upgrades to the room would bring it to the next level. The floors were dirty with hair and dirt do i felt cleanliness level could have been better. Also no one at front desk explained to us that you need to put your key card into a device at your door to get electricity and much needed air conditioning in August until we got home from dinner later and nothing worked so I had to walk down 3 flights (lift was broken) to ask what was going on. Please note you are about 25 minutes driving distance away from Barcelona gothic quarter.

Horrible facilities. Poor cleaning. Not worth your money. It so expensive for an old fashioned hotel The bathroom tiles are so full of mold. I contacted the property the next day to request a better cleaning and they never reply to my messages. I never received an apology or answer about the ooor cleaning of my bathroom.
