Location was a little far out but they had a shuttle bus to city, lots to see and do. Room was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was included and was very good. Pool was great with plenty of seating around it.

This hotel makes you feel like you're at a fancy hotel from the 80s. Staff was so attentive, professional and friendly. The atmosphere of the hotel was like no other place I've been. Food was great, drinks were great. The entryway, bars and the furniture at the hotel are truly beautiful. The rooms are dated, but it's part of the character of the hotel. Rooms were spacious, beautiful view from the balcony of the mountains and the ocean. Robes and slippers were thoughtful. Air conditioning in the rooms was icy cold. Hotel is a bit far from the main shops but they offer a free shuttle bus so it is not a problem, parking was also free which was appreciated. Bed was average. TV in room very dated and kept freezing -very minor problem. Everything else was amazing and well.worth it, would definitely still return

Great facilities, fantastic staff, stunning interior design. Lovely gym/sauna area. Great food, great Saturday night entertainment. Good choice of food and drink. Great shuttle bus service but also not far walk from Sorrento town. Bed could’ve been more comfortable.

Not a lot Location is terrible roads are a death trap to walk into town Bed like rock and food quality poor. Room had a balcony that loked straight onto the ba k of another room. No umbrella for shade and very dirty.

There was a good selection for breakfast - the location was fine with a regular bus into Sorrento (about a mile away). The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel isn't a 5 star hotel - it is a dated but trying it's best. We had read the reviews so were expecting this. The bus into town does stop at another hotel on the way - and was regularly too full to take all the passengers from there.

the transport to the city was several times a day. Room was good ( they gave us a suite). Parking. It is a little old hotel. Breakfast could be batter for a hotel with 5 stars. Good balcony but not good view.

Excellent Poor location, way out of centre. Needs refurbing in certain places like lifts and carpets.

Clean & Comfortable hotel. Helpful staff at pool ! Nice breakfast. Comfy beds! Coffee at Breakfast could be better! There’s a steep hill up to hotel with no footpath .
