The lady was very gentle and she let us do an early check in without an added charge. Everything was clean and well maintained. I loved my time there. Thank you for everything.

Allowed late check in 10pm. Payed 10 euro fee but worth it. Safe location and clean bathroom. Recommend highly

Amazing staff and service when helping us check in and find a taxi service to the airport. So helpful! The room was next to the office and there wasn’t much sound proofing.

Worth the value! Very comfortable and close to the train station and bus stop. The shower was clogged but my brother fixed it. They provide cups, mugs and glasses but only two sachet of tea and one bottle of water. Is not really an issue but is not allowed to eat inside the room which did not make much sense cuz we would have liked to buy some quick meals at the supermarket nearby to save some money.

Quiet neighborhood. Super clean. Bed was very comfortable. We did not need it, but there was AC available.. Chiara bakery accross the street had great options for breakfast Nothing

The staff were amazing and they let us in an hour earlier. The room was clean and comfy, exactly what we needed for a 2 night stay to explore the Amalfi Coast. They have private gated parking, and the host was very kind and explained to us how to get around and gave us some good tips. Highly recommend this place. It's a bit noisy in the morning.

Super attentive owner super friendly staff amazing location makes Sorrento feel like a new home

It was clean and there were cups/tea and a small fridge. The location by the train station was convenient. There was a good coffee shop near by. Decent value for the area. The check-in hours are limited: only 3-7pm. Not great if you’re coming from elsewhere on a train, especially because they are always late. The owner also asked us via WhatsApp what time we’d be checking out, even though we had already discussed the check out process with him. We didn’t know exactly what time we were going to leave, so this was annoying. Walk to Sorrento is very unpleasant. Tons of cars, scooters and pedestrians and skinny or non-existent sidewalks. The back roads are no different. The room had a dirty laundry rack on the patio and the sheets had some stains. The bathrooms towels were thin, and the hairdryer was very weak. There was a sign in one of the drawers that said there was a strict no food in the room policy because of ants - gross. The pictures for Casa Aristide showed a beautiful patio for guests, but it was closed up and not mentioned when we checked in. The weather was fine for a patio: all the restaurants in town had their patios open. Overall, it was an OK stay, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

we loved that there was a full kitchen (even though we didn’t use it) a washing machine and spacious balcony area. it was 5 minute walk to the centre of town and the bed was very comfy! the cleaner was also very nice and hung up our washing to dry whilst we were out. wifi didn’t work that well not sure if it was to do with our phones and we couldn’t figure out why the aircon kept turning off throughout the night even though it wasn’t on a timer.

The owners were extremely friendly, very nice people. The apartment is very close to the trainstation of Sant'Agnello which is just one stop away to Sorrento centre, but you can also walk to Sorrento which is about a 20 minute walk. Furthermore it is nice that there is a secure parking where we stored our rented scooter. Very recommended to rent a scooter and explore the entire Amalfi coast! Nothing

the owner couldn’t have been nicer. she even stayed in contact with me through what’s app about check in times and did her best to speak english while italian is her first language. she also helped me find the best route for the train and bus to get into Sorrento

Very comfortable beds, beautiful balcony overlooking the mountains. Unfortunately the water mains went out during our stay, not the property’s fault but it was out for about 24hours and we had very little communication from them about what was happening. Would have appreciated updates to let us know what was happening so we could get water elsewhere.
