Great room, spacious, quiet and well appointed. Nice bathroom with very good shower. It cannot be helped but neighborhood is still very sketchy at night. Planned to walk to other venues but took rideshare instead. Even my dogs didn't like walking outdoors.....

What an amazing place. Seems new/newly renovated. Great decor, comfy rooms w/ great amenities, very prompt and helpful staff, Convenient location. Coffee shop is also great, and I’m a stickler for my cappuccino. The bar in the 13th floor was so nice. Beautiful and comfy furniture, fireplace, great drinks. It is on the edge of the Tenderloin, so as long as you stay on the Market Street side you are ok.

did not pay for breakfast but did use your rooftop outside bar at night- lovely! also loved the room and lobby design, comfortable bed, tub and spaciousness of room. Beautiful hotel. We would love to know what mattress you use- so comfortable! it was a bit noisy our first night because of a concert next door but it was manageable. Also did not appreciate the big added fee of 40.00 each night.

Love the this hotel. Stayed here twice now. The rooms are fantastic as is the rooftop bar and restaurant. Location is just on the fringe of being a bit sketchy but security is great and I’ve never felt unsafe.
-
Room was very small but very clean and loved being in the corner room!
-
The room was amazing, so big and spacious. Cute little cafe for refreshments and breakfast and lovely roof terrace
-
The room was extremely spacious, and the bathroom was well designed. The neighborhood was a bit rough and walking to and from the parking garage was a little scary at times based on the homelessness that was surrounding the area.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous! The linens and pillows were divine, the room and lobby stylish, and the staff were always so friendly and kind. The whole hotel smelled so good and was spotless. The coffee from the little coffee shop on the first floor was pretty good! Appreciated the shuttle to the convention center (was here for a work conference). Would highly recommend and would stay again!

The restaurant' didn't serve soup

Valet parking is 90 bucks…..also many homeless around the hotel. Not many parking options, there is one across the street for $40
