LUMA Hotel San Francisco

Parking was expensive, over $100 per night with fees, and a nightmare to retrieve your car. They failed to send the text with car parking information to "call" for the cars every single time but once, and only for one of two cars. For one car, we received one text upon the initial parking. That one text did, in fact, not cover any future parking; the number kept changing. To make matters worse, when we went to the valet stand to request a car, they asked for the parking number, which we did not have. They hung a tag in the rearview mirror and attached one to the keys, but did not provide the driver with the number. While we were checking out, they "lost" the keys to one of our vehicles and took over an hour to find them... it took a manager 30 seconds to find them after I was able to speak to him. The manager was very responsive, refunded all parking fees, and bought the 4 girls waiting over an hour pretty much anything they wanted at the coffee shop. He also sent a voucher for a future stay.

I requested my EV auto be charged while parked; it was not They double billed my car parking as if I had 2 vehicles. They promised to correct. Beautiful and convenient location

Didn’t like that I was not refunded for one day even though I gave more than a 24 hour notice that I had to check out one day early. I didn’t like that there was no microwave in our room. Didn’t like when I called twice and the AI machine said someone will return my call and no one ever did. Didn’t like that I was waiting for my car when it was parked at the side without my knowledge until I asked what happened.

The location was perfect for catching a couple of ball games. Check in was quick and they were so helpful, and our corner room had an amazing view of the water. The room itself was very comfortable, and we enjoyed all of the additional items provided…the shower was amazing! We especially loved our robot room service, and we look forward to staying again in the future.

A very modern and nice hotel. Stayed here and attended a Giants game. Location was perfect! Staff were very good too, our room key wasn’t working. Chris at the front got us new keys and came up with us to make sure the door would open. I didn’t get to try the robot room service, but it will be something to look forward to next time. Thank you Luna for a great stay!

Everything perfect

Obsessed with the black out curtains and loved how convenient valet was 24hrs on the weekend when we stayed. Staff was super friendly would love to stay again!

Awesome

They have these lights on the do not disturb sign on the door and to move the shades up and down. You can’t dim them so the room doesn’t get fully dark which makes it hard to sleep.
