Reviews
The hotel offers a budget-friendly stay with clean rooms and a convenient location, but guests frequently complain about shared bathrooms, noise, and unfriendly staff. The hotel is close to public transportation and Oracle Park, but the rooms are small and lack certain amenities.

Flooring it’s really sticky smells bad pillows. Inside the covers are dirty. The rooms are very hot. If you open the windows the noise outside from the traffic. It’s really loud. They rent rooms for a long period of times I see that they look like little apartments the building looks crooked even going down the stairs you have to go sideways. If you wanna get in the building you have to call the number in order for them to bust you in as there’s no direct access that guy got upset when we were checking out because we called the window to return. The key bathroom is shareable. They have no paper to cover the toilet. The building is really outdated with amenities that they provide. I search around and there’s similar prices and other details without sharing the bathroom very clean definitely not coming back to this one.

If you just need a bed for the night, this is ok. Not a homebase or anything, but a bed, a sink, a shower. The staff is hard to find.
- 4/5
Location location location! It was just a few blocks from all the things I was in San Francisco to do. I loved my room with a view. Great food was very close, as were dispensaries, music venues, and laundry for those longer stays.
- 3/5
This week, I stayed in room 306 at the Utah hotel. The room had two drawers, a table, and a chair. However, the sink was worn and it took an extremely long time for the water to get hot. As a result, I resorted to using the sink in the shower to freshen up. I hope this issue is resolved soon so there is not a line to take a shower. I appreciate the convenient location, as it’s a short walk to Kaiser and close to the Giants stadium. The hotel is gradually undergoing renovations, so I’m optimistic the rooms will be improved in the future.
- 5/5
The room and views were really nice. I was a good short stay. For the price, it was pretty good.
- 5/5
The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and the room itself were very clean. The room had a sink in it. The shower was a separate room from the toilet. It’s in a gentrified area, so it’s a mix of good and bad imo. I personally decided not to be out walking around at night and I’m a 210 pound 6 foot two male. The room was fine. I didn’t come to San Francisco to spend a lot of time in my hotel room.

The location. There were homeless and drugged-out people at the property. The place smelled awful. Didn't get a refund despite asking for one at check-in due to evident health & safety concerns.
- 4/5
I frequently stay at The Utah Inn, and this week I was in room 312, which was a larger room with two windows. Unfortunately, there was no hot water from the sink, and there was a leak under the cabinet. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

People keep complaining about shared bathrooms and loud noise, but people complain about everything. For 80 dollars per night with taxed and everything, this was a steal for downtown San Francisco. Very clean, sink in room, and a nice shared separate bathroom and toilet on the floor. You can use the toilets/bathrooms on the other floors if the one on your floor is occupied. I guess I'm just used to shared bathrooms as I lived in a dorm for a year that had this, but if you are your daddy's princess this is not for you. I saved money here that I could blow on other fun stuff in the city instead. On Friday and Saturday the bass of the songs are very strong, u just gotta turn the TV up from 10 pm to 12 am. But if you are out at that time u will be okay. Or better yet, just go have fun at the club yourself!

I like the location right above a legendary music club. That’s why I tried to stay in the hotel. That was the only good thing. The manager started harassing me because he said I was bringing too much of my own property into the room I had rented. He started screaming at me. I asked him if there are specific rules about how much of my own stuff I can put in the room while I have paid to be there. He said I don’t care. I’m in charge. He was following me into my room yelling at me I left after eight days and they have ignored my request for a refund.
- 4/5
Great location, room was clean but the sink did not work. Bathrooms were also clean and close-by. Nothing fancy but good for the price, and most importantly walking distance to a ton of bars/public transit.

The Utah Inn itself has a historic, European-style charm. The water is reliably hot, and they provide basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, and lotion. I do recommend bringing extra towels and sandals for the shared showers. I stayed here many times and have always felt safe. There are cameras throughout the hotel, and the bathrooms and showers are cleaned daily. For the price and location, it’s a solid choice.

The area is not good. Many homeless outside the property and construction so it is very loud. SHARED BATHROOM! One toilet and one shower for everyone to share. It is crowed inside the hotel itself. The room I stayed in was tiny and the bed barely fit us both. The outlets do not work so I wasn’t able to plug anything in. NO AC! There was trash on the floors, unswept. There was trash and food crumbs inside the drawers.

The room was clean which was definitely great. It smelled clean too. Only thing I did not like was the occasional noise from my neighbors next door. But super convenient to have the T Muni so close by, and a cool bar downstairs!

For the price and the location everything is great. The deluxe rooms are def worth the upgrade.

The SOMA location between the Caltrain, Gus's supermarket, Philz and Whole Foods is quite comfortable in terms of getting around and getting food. It's a classic SF/inn-style building with a storied live performance bar venue on the first floor. It ain't hotel, since the bathroom and shower are shared, but it had private sink in the room. The shared bathroom was quite clean. The chair was covered with a plastic bag, presumably as a consequence or in preparation for some gruel business.
- 1/5
My rooms windows were permanently stuck open about half an inch. You could hear everything and it didn’t help with the room being freezing to begin with. The shared bathroom had hair everywhere, The towels they give you for the bathroom are also paper thin and very very small. There were no options for room service (bed to be made or sheets to be changed) but there also wasn’t an option for them to NOT come into your room. The bed was the most decent part of the hotel. There were no trash cans, drawers or a dresser to use at all. The location is alright, a lot of homeless and not the safest if you’re traveling alone. The pictures definitely should be updated because it was not how it was portrayed online.
- 2/5
The hotel, smells of wee and vomit as soon as you open the front door from street, this might be from the cats i seen mainly at night patrolling the halls. The building needs updating inside a paint and carpets.
- 4/5
The staff were fine from the few interactions I had with them. The building is old and in really bad condition. Bad smells everywhere. The smell is a mix of food, airfreshner and urine (possibly the homeless using the doorway as a toilet. However the most important part, the room, was very clean and in much better condition than the rest of the place. The linens were fresh, the bed was fine, pillows however were so lumpy and messed my neck up. I went around the room with a wet wipe and it was still clean when I had finished which is great. The door to my room was old and didn't fit the door frame, leaving big gaps that I blocked up with a towel every night just to be safe and to stop any smells coming in. My door lock was knackered, and all the screws were falling out. Windows are old, and let a lot of noise through. The bar downstairs has bands which you can hear and feel very clearly so be aware on the weekend. There's a freeway outside. Big TV with lots of channels. Sink in the room and big fan on ceiling. Shared bathroom was clean. Would I preferred to stayin in a mainstream hotel, yes. Did I save $1000 by staing here, yes.

The room was acceptable for solo travel but there was a pair of dirty socks left in the storage cupboard and no rail or shelves in that cupboard for hanging or putting clothes on. It was also cold at night despite having a radiator. The bathroom facilities were fine and I never had any issues having to wait to use the toilet or shower rooms. Apart from those issues the stay was pleasant and I didn’t have any problems.

The reception or 1st level is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. They didn’t say that on the hotel description. Then as you climb the stairs to get 2nd floor, it smells and the floor carpet is so dirty. The hallways carpet are dirty. The room I’m in was renovated like what they show in the pictures. Room 206 has a hard wood floor which was the one thing that was good about this hotel and the sheets are white. However, the floor in this room feels uneven. The uneven floor will give you a feeling that you will fall out of bed every night. I was prepared with the shared bathroom but they don’t provide anything in the bathroom not even a floor mat when you are wet from taking a shower. The shower and toilet are separate but there’s only one in each floor. There are about 11 rooms in the 2nd floor. The shared toilet has no toilet cover and there’s no sink in the toilet, you have to go to the bathroom to wash your hand or go back to your room where there’s a sink. They give you 2 very thin and small towels and a hand towel. They give you a soap, shampoo and lotion. There’s no other amenity at this hotel. There is a bar downstairs and they play live music every night. It is so loud and you can feel the vibration of speakers in your room. Even when the bar/lounge close at midnight or 1am, you will not get any sleep because there’ll be cars parked outside and they blast their speakers until early morning. Lack of sleep. The plus is the it’s a cheap hotel 3 blocks from Moscone.

The stay at the Utah Inn was nice. It’s a good stay if you’re in for a couple of days. I would say it’s a little hard to get a hold of staff at times but they’re accommodating when you need something. I think the smell in the hallways could be fixed, maybe stronger cleaning material for the scent and what the rooms look like. It is pretty quiet and nice in the building. My room did not come with towels but it would be nice to have extra sheets or towels just in case. The bathrooms are nice as well, those are a great part about the hotel. The staff is pretty kind when interacting with them. On the fourth floor, there is a cat that stays there but I think it would be nice to have warning sign for animals just for safety precautions.

The bed was clean and cozy. It was almost everything I needed, really - close proximity to the concert venue, a bed to sleep, and a sink to wash up in. I was surprised there was only one toilet and one shower on the hall. I decided not to take a shower - I didn't have flip flops - just precautionary.... it looked clean enough, I just didn't feel comfortable. Of course I had to use the toilet a couple times, and it wasn't too bad to walk a couple doors down the hall. Especially for the price - which was a huge reason I picked the Utah Inn, I got what I needed most - a bed within walking distance of the venue that I could sleep in after a late night concert. It felt like the location was on the good side of the edge of a rough part of town... places to eat were down the road a bit, so all I could do was buy a couple of snacks from the gas station. I felt safe enough. The staff fella was kind and I saw only one other adult with a little child down the hall while I was there. I'm guessing it might be owned and operator by a small family. Again, all was well enough. :) Satified. g

THE WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE..Imagine a flight delayed to a city that you're visiting for the first time, all you want to do is get to your hotel( IF YOU CAN CALI THAT PLACE A HOTEL) to have the worse experience, not only the place is the most terrifying corner of all SF, but when I park in front of what it looks like an open bar, the place was full of people sleeping in the street, all around. I get down to ask where can we park & check in, and the bar lady said they were not related with the hotel, that I need to go around and called the number on the door. NOBODY ANSWERED, and no info at all. At that point I ensure to booked a safe Hotel A REAL ONE this time, and later that night when i checked for more info, it seems like there's NO CHECK IN AFTER 5:30 PM . THEY LIED ON ALL THE PICTURES THEY POSTED, THEY LIED ABOUT ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. PLEASE 🙏 DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY OR TIME BOOKING HERE. This is the WORSE place in town 😪

The guy at the desk was so rude. He let us know that the bathroom was shared for an entire floor and we used it before going into the room. We went in at the same time and handled everything we needed to do before heading to the room since the bathroom is shared. Our key didn’t work so we went to let him know and he said “well you were in the bathroom for 30 minutes, you didn’t even try to go to the room. I was watching you on the cameras” uncomfortable on so many levels. We were just tired and wanted to sleep. We ended up leaving after 30 of being in the room and stayed elsewhere. The sink was plugged and the floor was sticky. Gross experience all around.

I reached out to the property over 4 times by email and phone and never heard back. Firstly it was a simple question about the room. Then over a week before I had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. I reached out 3 different ways on that and heard boo in return. I was hoping this would be my new go to when I came into town for work. But zero response has left me listening to the people who told me to fear bed bugs at the price.

I honestly liked this place. I’m not sure why the reviews aren't higher? The owner and his family are really kind, and helpful. It’s in a really great location too. I stayed there solo and felt safe. There’s a dive bar directly below the hotel with really good food and an awesome interior and really cool bartenders. There’s an incredible Mediterranean place, Pho place, and upscale cocktail restaurant, all, a block away. The room itself was on the 4th floor, and really clean and cute and had a sink inside, which was really convenient. There’s a shared bathroom, and I didn’t have any problems with that. It’s was two blocks from the convention center where I was working. It is noisy because it’s right by the freeway, but never obnoxiously noisy, and with ear plugs, I had 0% issues sleeping. For the price and location, I honestly think this is such an incredible find. Would recommend staying here

This property has tons of potential. Unfortunately, at $50 a night when everyone else around was charging north of $1000 this place just doesn’t have the money to reinvest in itself. No bathrooms in the rooms would have to be accounted for but it has a nostalgic feel - like the movie “It happened one night”

Since it was an economy hostel, and not necessarily in the best San Fransico neighborhood, the property and location were very surprisingly pleasant. Having only been to SF one time over 20 years ago, this was a nice return. I was glad to see that the room looked exactly as advertised. It was easy to check in and check out, and the building felt secure. Most pleasantly surprising were the shared restrooms. The restroom was clean and sanitary, and felt like home? (ok, maybe not like home, but you get it) : ) I did not really like the TV. I bring my laptop and tablet for business trips anyway, so I use the Wi-Fi to watch Netflix or whatever streaming services I am into at that moment, and I don't usually watch hotel TV. Still, this one had a remote that did not really work, and it only had access to a few local channels. This does not detract from any future stays; I am just filling in this section. Otherwise, for the price and convenient location next to shopping, dining, public transportation, and the beautiful downtown landscape right outside my window, I could not have expected better.

I enjoyed my stay. I read the reviews and I’m surprised people are surprised, disappointed, or critical. My stay here was 1/4 of the price of anywhere else in San Francisco.. Not sure what others would have expected at that price point… I stayed a full week. If you’re looking for the “Hotel experience” this isn’t it. If you’re looking for a cheap, safe, (relatively) clean place to stay that is a step up from a shared hostel this is it. I will say it is very loud on the weekends. Again for the price I payed.. I thought it was an absolutely great option. If you're a hotel person who wants amenities. This place probably is not for you. If you’re cool with hostels or simply want a cheap place to stay, the Utah Inn is a great option.

One of the most affordable rooms in the city. A live music honky tonk below you. A historic dive bar with culture and character. A hostel level of service, but it’s all about expectations. It’s a funky, cheap, clean, historic hotel with shared bathrooms, but I kinda dig it.

Clean for what you pay for. The only down side is the bar down stairs with a live band. So it’s not quiet… ask to be on the top floor. Unfortunately while I was there a family or two were letting their kids run up and down the hall, making a noise. Overall a 6/10. Good place on a budget mind you.

For the price, it's a convenient downtown option, but its not comfortable and not particularly clean. There is no AC so people leave windows open, and so its full of mosquitos. A place to crash but not a place to enjoy.

The windows are very thin. You can hear the street noise. It sounds like the muni is driving right thru the hallway. The curtains are extremely thin and barely block anything. It would be nice if they at least upgraded the windows so you can get some peace and quiet at night. Other than that I love the location and the staff are very friendly. The room is a perfect size too. I already have a reservation for the next time I'm in the area.

I wasn’t expecting much but it didn’t mention I’d have to share bathrooms with the floor. It was kind of a haunted house experience. The shower was full of hairs I had to wash out before using yuck. Wouldn’t book again even if it was affordable.

The hotel is absolutely disgusting, there is a horrible mold odor in the entire building that left me with respiratory issues, the property looks like the homeless have been living in it for 40 years. Do not stay here unless you are quite literally homeless and trying to stay off the streets.

Hotels sits above train line and two separate bars/ clubs. So, if one doesn't keep you awake another will. Other less than acceptable but less relevant "features" - room is listed as shared bath with 1 other room, 7 rooms share 1 bathroom. No hangers, soap, hand towels, or toilet paper provided. Furniture is unusable; torn/ worn and appears to have come from the dump. **I'll return to add pics from my phone (same as my Google review).

The hotel served its purpose well for me as an inexpensive option near the Mission Bay neighborhood. However, as it is located directly adjacent to I-80, the bedrooms are quite noisy, and it can be difficult to sleep. There is a particular metal plate on the street right outside the building that makes a loud clang every time a car drives over it. The facilities were reasonably well-kept, although the absence of a sink in the toilet room was a bit inconvenient. The rooms had sinks but no paper towels, which required me to make trips down the hall to fetch toilet paper if I needed to wipe down the faucet or mirror. Overall, I think I got what I paid for and found that the Utah Inn fits into the niche of a budget option in its neighborhood.

I understand staying here is cheap, but honestly, it’s not worth it. From the moment I arrived, the experience was unpleasant. The front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and treated me in a way that felt inhuman. There was no hospitality, no warmth, and no sense of basic customer service. Room service is virtually non-existent. Don’t expect clean towels, a trash pickup, or any support unless you push for it—and even then, good luck getting a response. The shared bathrooms can get dirty fast, and I’ve seen them left uncleaned for over a day, which is unacceptable for any lodging. On top of that, the building itself feels unsafe. There are leaks in the ceiling, the roof literally drips, and parts of the structure feel like they’re tilting. It doesn’t feel like a place that should be open for business. This isn’t just a bad experience—it’s a situation that feels neglected and borderline dangerous. I genuinely feel this place should be inspected, if not reported, for health and safety reasons. Yes, the price is low, but don’t let that fool you. What you save in money, you pay for in stress, discomfort, and disappointment. I won’t be staying here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

No fridge or microwave, not in the rooms or even the common areas. Gave us 1 towel for 2 people, and when I asked for another one, they said it was too late and that I had to ask during housekeeping hours. Nice venue downstairs and a restaurant, but that doesn't mean that you should make it impossible to bring any other food. I dont want to eat at a restaurant for every single meal.

The Utah Hotel is a very old & historic place.... It is not an upscale resort hotel type lodge... So... no frills, reasonable price, basic accomodations. Small Room with shared bathroom set up. So if this is not your idea of a nice place to stay.... Ya can't complain !!!! Just Sayin'...The Historic Utah Saloon is on the ground floor & I had a Fantastic & memorable experience there. The staff, including Marina the manger & Vince the Bartender are absolutely Outstanding Human Beings... And all the Locals who hang out there are Fabulous !!! Very friendly & genuine. This place might be for everybody.... But I will never forget about the good times I had here !!!! Enjoy Life, Eh !!!

Be careful of the area after dark when there's no ball games...
- 4/5
The area was close to pt which was good but a lot of homeless people wandering around yelling all night. I understood they didn’t have parking but was disappointed I received no reply for help finding some, which I emailed about 3 weeks in advance. Due to the street cleaning rules and the baseball game on that night I ended up being forced to pay a shocking $60USD to park my car overnight which I’m sure could have been cheaper if the hostel people had helped me find something better with local knowledge.

I requested housekeeping and a fresh towel (you only get one). I found out when i got home at midnight that they forgot the towel. I went to the desk but no one came. I tried again at 7 am, but no one came. I called at 8:30 am, no one answered. At 9 am i went back to the desk and knocked loudly. The agent came out and complained that i woke him. This is a sh*t hotel, but great if you need cheap.
- 5/5
Pretty cool hotel, just stayed in 1 night and wasn’t as bad as I expected. You’ll have to park like 3-4 min away and walk 5-10 min. 7 hours of parking and only paid $20 for Parking. Cheap and affordable.

I enjoy staying here for the historical value of the property and the bitchin' saloon downstairs that has live music. I did mess up and woke up the gentleman at the desk at 4:26am thinking my reservation had the right dates. However, it was for the next day.. Whoops! He was crabby at check in but I would be too if someone woke me up at that hour! Overall I think they provide excellent amenities and fresh rooms/laundry.
- 2/5
This is not for anyone that has to work and is looking for peace to relax stress free.... Totally uncomfortable with the shower and toilet being outside of the room.....I felt like I was in a shelter not a hotel
- 5/5
Everything was/is fine front desk people very nice and cordial. But the window in my room wouldn't stay open.
- 3/5
It was a very average place. You get what you pay for. Definitely very old. They did some updates as best they could, not period appropriate. Parking was wherever you could find it, I had to park about a half a mile away for paid parking.

I always love staying there and intend to continue until I obtain a permanent home in San Francisco. Thank you for another great stay Utah Inn.

Efficient check in. Clean and organized rooms. Great views of the city (north wing).
- 2/5
Decent, sometimes sub-par. Staff were friendly yet could have been friendlier. Inside of the room was in great, modern shape, albeit the outside looked archaic. Not too bad, okay place to remain in, even for a time period exceeding a week or so.
- 3/5
Stayed here for about 2 and a half too 3 weeks, loved it at first and then the male who I'm guessing owns the hotel started being very rude and hostile towards me. I paid every day for the whole time I stayed there on time, but the last day I was there I told him I was going to be a little late due too an issue with payroll I had to fix before my direct deposit could be processed. He was ok with it and so a little time had passed, I just got off the phone with my boss who confirmed it would be in my account within the next 15 minutes, I get a knock on the door and it's the owner. Screaming at me, banging on the door, making a HUGE scene about it even though he had told me earlier that it was ok & to come pay when I got it in my account. He made me pack up everything and leave. His loss, I'll never be staying here nor will I ever refer anyone to this hotel!

The Utah is one step above a hostel so you have a shared bathroom and basic amenities. But if that’s all you need it’s perfect. The building is an old Victorian and very picturesque. The lower lever is a cool old bar with great cocktail delicious food and live music every night. It is loud with the sounds of a vibrant city but I like that too.
- 1/5
Dirty
- 3/5
Room was very basic , clean sheets with a great view of millennium tower There’s one bathroom per floor , so it might get a bit crowded The bar downstairs hosts live music events that last until about midnight- They could do a better job in keeping the restrooms clean AT ALL TIMES
- 3/5
Windows didn’t seal so you could hear the traffic and people out side all night long until the Night club closed. No Fridge or AC.
- 2/5
Customer service was not great. I don’t know why he wanted to argue.
- 3/5
Perfect for an inexpensive stay. The room was just a bed, tv, and sink. The windows were nice, just didn’t block out noise from outside. Also, the rooms are above a bar that seems to play live music, so maybe not the best sleep for everyone. Can feel a bit unsafe being it’s near a highway overpass and a bit far from the bustling city. Besides that, it’s relatively close to lots of things since the public transport is really neat in San Francisco.
- 3/5
Overall it was good. It does get a bit noisy with the bar below because they have a band playing most nights, but that comes with the territory. The room was very clean and so was the bathrooms. It’s for sure an older building by the look and feel, but it’s not too bad looking of a place.
- 1/5
Horrible conditions and shared bathroom.
- 4/5
Unbeatable deal. Amazing location. City bikes and transit steps away. Safe and quiet, I was able to work remotely from my room.
- 1/5
Bad
- 5/5
For the price this place is a bargain and they let u stay a few weeks. Nice. Great access to transit and the waterfront and Downtown. Putting it in my San Francisco hotel shuffle rotation. Wish they had a microwave somewhere and mini fridge but worth it. Nice family managing the desk.
- 1/5
The front desk staff was horrible to say the least. He wanted the idea of my guest that was with me and yet there was no point to asking that and said I was not able to run from him anymore because I accidentally spilled a little bit of food on the blanket something that could have easily been fixed by cleaning the sheets!
- 3/5
You can hear the traffic outside. Was very noisy
- 1/5
The front desk agent didn’t store our luggage as hotel mentioned, room hasn’t lights and a car living into the hotel in the 4th floor
- 5/5
Cleanliness and Great service
- 1/5
No air conditioning. Room is cramped and dirty, cheap and close to ballpark. But I would not recommend unless you just want to save money
- 3/5
Room/ bed was clean. Bathroom, down the hall was clean
- 4/5
Nice cheap place to stay. Shared bathroom/shower. Expensive parking nearby especially on game days. So that was an unwelcomed surprise. But for the $ and the cool area nearby. It’s not a bad choice.
- 2/5
Great that is so close to downtown skyline and oracle park
- 5/5
Lots of negative reviews because people weren't aware of it! If you don't mind that then this place is perfect! Walking distance for Giants games, close to transit, clean rooms, comfortable bed, cool bar downstairs! The bathrooms are clean, just not in your room-- really not a big deal though, especially with the price here compared to everything else in the Bay Area!
- 4/5
Good for money value in SF
- 1/5
They donot allow service dog and charged me $40 a day! The front desk person said they will not be allowing dogs anymore
- 4/5
For the price it was great! Neighborhood was sketchy but parking was close. Room/ bed was clean. Bathroom down the hall was just fine. I felt safe in the building
- 1/5
The property did not mention that it had a shared bathroon with the entire floor and the entire building smelt like cat pee not to mention our room had just a sink and a bed and only 1 light worked. We were forced to stay the night while finding new accommodations and the hotel refuses a refund for the week we paid.
- 5/5
Great place to stay and rest. Room was spacious and clean, along with shared bathroom. Will return
- 5/5
Great price and location. Bathrooms were clean.
- 1/5
Too noisy and loud music through the night!
- 5/5
Manager was so kind. Althogh the condition is not pergect but it's very economocal and cheaper than any others. Additionally; it"s easy to access for transportations and mart imclude sfo & safeway. But the disadvatage are no private restroom, no private shower booth, & no elevator. This spot was relatively safer than I expected however, It was not too quiet for the freeway, railroad, &:pub in the groind floor.
- 3/5
Very old building, but so much charm. Staff were very friendly, and the room was clean. The only downfall was there was no AC, and only one window cracked open. We did lose power for an entire day (due to a blown transformer) but it wasn’t the business fault. Would deff stay again.
- 5/5
For the price, the room was clean, big, and comfortable. The shared bathroom was not that big of a deal. Easy walk to the Moscone
- 1/5
Disgusting hotel, bed bugs and roaches. Rude managers.I left early and did not care about the money spent. I’d rather sleep in my car than stay in this roach motel.
- 5/5
It was good for the price
