Excellent accommodations! This hostel is truly a 'little habitat of humanity' with a very nice common area. Everything is well-organized for guest comfort at Chapter, and I especially enjoyed spending time in the community room; which has a well equipped kitchen. The entire place is clean and accommodating. The shared bathrooms are always spotless, and the shower rooms are modern and clean with plenty of hot water!

There was a cafe down below which had lovely food. Pistachio cafe. They also had halal options there. I think there were other areas that were walking distance but I didn't want to walk too far from Chapter. The lobby was nice and comfortable. The room was nice. I liked that there was a curtain for the beds, and locker to keep belongings. Nothing on the place itself, but the location is very close to a busy street. Can get kinda loud, but there's earplugs, or good to have headphones or something if it's too loud for you. It's a bit hard to find parking if everything's taken, but I was okay. Also, there were kinda much stairs when you enter... some things to keep in mind if it's the first time and have a heavy load!

Everyone was so nice at the hostel and knowledgeable about the City and Really were helping out a lot when I needed any questions answered. I would definitely tell my friends and family to stay here. Thanks a lot lot chapter.

I loved my stay at the Chapter. It was clean, organized, not crowded, quiet. I would stay again. The room was so cozy, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was clean and organized. I also loved the location. Very safe area, close to public transportation. Price was great.

Location. Don't really need to meet the staff for checking in and out. The windows are open at night for ventilation. Its perfectly fine and cool. But sometimes at night I would hear the homeless folks screaming or frighting on the street. Bring earplugs

Thank you for a great stay!!! I really loved all of the employees as well as guests. Such a great location to be able to get anywhere in the city. This is very centrally located!!

Location was the best part. They also offered a phone booth for the lounge which helped the working individuals. The beds had nice privacy with the walls and curtains. It smelled like man sweat, the towels also smelled. The showers weren’t clean and the bathroom trash would fill and overflow. There was no proper kitchen to share. The lounge was tiny. Carpets didn’t seem clean.
