Nobody to check you in then cash deposit no atm even charge to use the ice machine the room was handicap so walk in shower that just had water on the floor in nasty smelly worst studio 6 ever

Very clean the staff is very respectful definitely somewhere I would continue to stay at and the outside very clean as well Nothing was wrong

Towels were stocked nicely. Everything was clean and standard what I expect from this hotel. I don't usually take a shower when I stay here but decided to this time and the water wasn't very warm.

nicely updated rooms, very clean.. very very clean. Good size fridge. Microwave. Pet friendly. Only downside was the lack of places for dogs to go potty and that you have to pay for ice.. but despite those things… I’d happily stay there again and again. Oh, also a lot of street noise, sirens, cops everywhere.. but those things are out of the motels control. We were very comfortable regardless

Judy is super friendly and accommodating my disability. Room is large and clean. Sam was very nice too. Very convenient to a lot of things. Lots of poor homeless souls. Most are friendly.

They canceled my room last minute when I arrived Waste of time and money . Beware

I went to check in and was told that my reservation was canceled. I had spoken to someone because I was charge for a fee and wanted to make sure what that fee was. I arrived to the hotel two days later just to be told that my reservation was canceled last year of April? That doesn’t make sense when I had spoke to someone two days priors and everything was good to go. I honestly feel that my reservation was canceled on their behalf so they could make more money since there was an event going and I had gotten a decent rate. I will collect all the evidence I have to make sue at small claims court. This was so stressful for me having to find somewhere else to stay which I didn’t, I had to drive back home and cancel my plans.

Horrible. Just avoid. Room smelled of urine and other nasty smells. Hotel was full of homeless people and prostitutes. Room was extremely loud above us all night. Was afraid to park my car there. Pictures lied online. Just spend the extra money to go somewhere else.
