Excellent for the price nice clean rooms sit conditioner blew cold air the fridge was cold and the beds were very comfortable I recommend this place to anyone give it a shot you won’t be disappointed.

The rooms were beyond our expectations the size was surprisingly large for the price we had everything we needed in our room fridge,microwave, cold air conditioner. I mean we came back to our room and knocked out it was so relaxing with the blackout curtains so quiet we stayed an extra night just because I hadn’t slept that well in so long. Best place for you buck hands down

Friendly Staff. Very accomodating.

I stated for one night and I must say I was pleasantly surprised when i went into to my room. It was perfect..and the best night sleep I've had in a long time. Very clean...it was like it was just opened. I highly recommend this place. Definitely give them a try!

everything is good to bring friends and family

This place was terrible. There were a lot of junkies and drugs, and the hotel staff didn’t care about the cleanliness of the rooms. I had hair on my pillow and towels, and you had to pay for ice. The only good thing was that they didn’t require a deposit. Definitely wouldn’t recommend going there with your family.

Everything room was dirty

Availability and price and check in staff. Handicap room. Needs improvement. Minimal space to move. Shower was accessible but needed update. Shower head needed repairs. Could hear the street and other guest.

Beds were comfortable then other.....but didn't like the fact that the sheets looked dirty like they weren't changed and dog or cat hairs all over ...woke up this morning with dog/hair on clothing

nothing it’s literally a trap motel, people living there, 304’s walking in and out of rooms. Random people walking around the area, keeping an eye out. very sketchy, i couldn’t imagine at night

Nice clean rooms. While I was there somebody got shot in the face, alot of cop activity and they didn't let us have our money back or at then very least a discount.

Staff with bad humor, the room was dirty, towels filthy, old place, and a ghetto ambience, guest next door yelling at 4am, front desk didn’t do anything, apparently cops came around 2 am also to knock on some other people. I booked the suite. So the expensive one. The sofa looks like it was grabbed from a dumpster

Nothing It was advertise does not having to pay until I got there but booking.com took the payment and it said I had till 6:00 p.m. to cancel I tried to do it through the app could not get anywhere with it instead I had to wait 24 hours couldn't wait 24 hours cuz it was at 6:00 p.m. I would no longer be able to get my refund so I contacted the hotel he said no problem you won't be charged your money will be refunded well guess what that's all lies I didn't get my money back I didn't get to stay again booking.com ripped me off every time I get a room for this booking.com I get ripped off my suggestion is don't use booking.com I won't not again

Room was not in good condition especially the bathroom. Shower was tied up with rope and floor was not in safe conditions. Water ftome the shower was flowing throughout the whole bathroom. Bed mattress was very dirty. Had to go buy my own blankets.

For the area it was in the room was very clean. On top of that the staff were all very professional and accommodated all my needs

Room was clean, staff was friendly, the only problem is the hotel is located right next to the highway so it is very loud.

The bathroom door knob Mechanism and lock was not working properly, and you would get locked in the bathroom.

The area was in the ghetto of San Bernardino but what do you expect. It wasn’t bad at all, got what i paid for. The area lowkey scary but not that bad.

Water stains on the ceiling. Room had a smell. Hardly any towels. Towels size of a toddler. It was okay for ONE night but would not be booking again.

It was not ready when I checked in, the lady that supposed to clean the room was not in there she was talking with her coworker, bed sheets had blood stains and refrigerator was not workin.

It’s a little on the older side and the location just not the best, but overall it was very nice and comfortable. It was a good stay.

Parking lot: When pulingl into the gated parking lot, a homeless man standing in the street blocking the entrance. After I went into the check in area (not a lobby), the same man came in rambling incoherently. There were some questionable meetings in the parking lot too. The neighborhood was sketchy at best The room: it was DISGUSTING!!! The floors were gritty & dirty. We wore socks at all times. There was a hair in the tub. The floors uneven & creaky. The sheets & covers had stains, dirt and glitter. The refrigerator had cigarette burns on top. There was also a microwave but we were too afraid to open either one. The beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced & I have traveled a lot & stayed in a lot of different levels of accommodations. Sleeping: that was challenging to say the least. At 10:00pm, there was a woman in the room next to ours who screamed like she had seen a dead body. It woke us out of a sound sleep. We listened to her crying hysterically until we called the police. Four police vehicles arrived…one had a camera crew. I felt like I was in an episode of Live PD & was going to turn into The First 48. I had to turn on my phone with white noise to drown out the noise of police sirens, the woman crying next door & the bed creaking every time either of us moved. Check out: we left the room at 6:30am. I had to use a ring doorbell to have someone come to the window to return the room key card. I wasn’t about leave it there!

Roaches everywhere, the smell was awful. We took showers and left.

I don’t recommend it due to the homeless people literally entering the property and sleeping and staying in the back rooms and straits &also I had a incident where a little homeless kid took out his blade on me trying to rob me when I didn’t let him but they should really take care of the homeless people entering the property in general

Never again will I stay there. The room has roaches, dingy towles, and no face towels. Luckily I had shower shoes. Not to mention the prostitutes hanging around

Unfortunately, I will not book a room here again. The check in process was smooth and the staff was polite. The room was decent. Mostly clean with a few discrepancies here and there. The smoke detector did not have a battery, the chairs in the room had some splatters of something sticky. Looked like juice or some kind of sweet drink. The bed sheets looked clean (I pull up all sheets and comforter anywhere I stay). The bathroom was overall clean too. Made me laugh though because it was a handicap So the floor was all one with the shower, toilet, sink area. The environment was not my cup of tea. Street workers were roaming around. One in the day when I arrived and then a handful of them when I returned after dark. A few sketchy guests on the floor above me. I didn’t feel comfortable or very safe since I was solo. Needless to stay I ended up leaving at about 2am. I felt better making the longer drive home at that hour and having peace of mind in my own home.

Nice clean hotel 🏨

The room was clean and although it was non smoking it still has a bad stench! Very unsafe neighborhood..the area is very active with prostitutes walking around and using the property. If you have young kids I would not recommend! I stood on a Friday night and the outside activities lasted all night! Very loud environment, unable to sleep. Very disturbing

This hotel was the worst thing that ever happened to a family. My husband with our children needed a quick place to stay so we went on Expedia and found this disaster. When they arrived to the parking lot immediately noticed several prostitutes. The bedding was dirty, the fridge was broken and moldy, and the room reeked of smoke even thought they clearly stated that this was a non smoking room. My husband decided not to stay there and and paid for another hotel. Please don't waste your money or time. You will be disappointed and disturbed.

I didn’t like the prostitution going around in that area.

DO NOT STAY HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN! When waiting to check in, there was at least 4 women, who were obviously up to no good things,in line also waiting to check in. They are all over the hotel and surrounding area. They were hanging out on the staircases and around the corner from the hotel, there was a bunch walking around. Across from the hotel is a park that is a homeless encampment full of tents. The name of the property isn’t even SimplyStay Suites, it’s called Red Roof Inn.
