There was no breakfast. There was no staff there when we left at 9:30 am. This is not in a very good neighborhood. The staff when I checked in was rude and said she would not serve me until we moved our car from in front. We were in room 102 just under a man who was dealing drugs from what I could tell until about 3 am. I know you don't have control over this, but I was afraid because there was a man and woman with raised angry voices. Then someone else with loud voices and banging within each hour or so. I wasn't sure if someone would shoot a gun, and we were right underneath them. This was May 25th at your downtown San Bernadino location.

It served its purpose for a one nighter. Going through some type of electrical update cause the room refrigerator was constantly going out and water coming out of it. There's also no ice machine. According to staff, transient people would constantly break it.

They took my reservation through expedia but when I arrived at the hotel to check in they did not have my reservation. When I asked to speak to someone other than the young clerk o. Duty he threatened to call the police on me. So the hotel took my money and wouldn't validate my reservation. I wouldn't stay here. Unless you're paying for a prostitute.

Dirty rooms with a terrible smell.

The room was clean. Parking was ok. We just need a room to attend an event near by. It met those needs that's about it.

They shot the prices up for the festival weekend. Hopefully they use the extra funds to fix the broken sink, mirror with graffiti, and broken toilet that was in our room. Room was dirty and musty but at least AC worked great and the bed was decent.

There were roaches in the bed and in the room there were prostitutes and drug activities it felt very unsafe would not recommend at all we ended leaving and getting a different hotel

Lobby is closed, you have to use window. There was a street dog, I was a little scared it was going to bite me while waiting for key/checking in. Towels in room were so old with stains. My pillows had so many little hairs kinda looked like pet hair.

Roaches in the room

This place is a joke! Everything is outdated, graffiti in the restroom , the towels are dirty. This place is an unsafe environment for people, especially if you have children or pets, they should update their website to reflect the quality of the area and conditions

Communal microwave was dirty and not cleaned the four days we were there. Could not get clean towels when requested and had to wait until the next day. Chairs in room were school desk chairs not larger, adult size chairs. No TV program guide. Room itself was clean, thank goodness! Bed frame was sheet metal and sounded like a gong each time we bumped it. Rolling over on the bed made sound like a gong as well. I would not recommend it unless it is a last resort.

Car alarm was going off in the middle of the night homeless people hanging around the property really close to the freeway so you can hear the freeway through the door the door was not properly vacuum sealed.

I showed up to check in and there was no reservation and the girl at check in looked at me like I was crazy had no reservation even tho I already paid. Hoping I get a refund. Since I ended up having to pay for another room.

Seems as though the check in staff doesn’t are to much to help only by the rules provide no type of solution to know problems just doesn’t seem helpful at all. Room smelled of dog and cigarettes. Regardless of it being a smoking room.

Not disability friendly at all this was my worse experience there and when I asked for assistance because my room smelled so strongly of drugs it woke me and started making me coughing my room was literally smoky I was told well what do you want me to do about I ? By office person named Crystal , mind you my career is based off DOT drug testing nothing higher then 0.02% Crystal night staff in office said while I can go and tell the room above you, your complaining ? Why would staff point me out that way knowing gangsters and prostitutes frequent this motel often needless to say I did not sleep well it was constant yelling/fighting outside outside along with the constant drug use making my room still smell even when I walked outside people just smoking near the non smoking rooms but me and my daughter and pets endure it all because I had paid in advance for three nights and they said they were so books they couldn’t help me further but it was honestly the lack of wanting to help the I don’t care or want too I have autism, which makes me speak in a certain way very straight forward and logical and honest a lot of people don’t like that even tho I communicated am autistic it fell on deaf ears I would high suggest please go somewhere else not here I didn’t feel safe at all I chose not to leave and stay put to protect my pets and daughter only left once and when I did my anxiety was through the roof save your money and go somewhere safe and where there’s clear communication

The hotel is in downtown. The rooms were actually very clean and well kept. Housekeep was very sweet. First thing was a metal bedframe that I kicked almost everytime I got out of bed. The bigger and more important issue was the neighborhood. The other people onsite were outside all night smoking pot and being very loud. There were three gunshots somewhere in a neighboring area. There were homeless sleeping against the wall of the property. We were actually afraid to go outside. Having dogs with us, we had no choice. The dog area was a strip of dirt about 1.5 feet wide by about 10' long. Not even a weed on it. I had to leave the property for my dogs to use the bathroom. We barely slept because of all the noise. Even children outside screaming at multiple times of the night. Adults yelling at one another and just being rude as it was after midnight. Never again. Not this place!

Trap house… Rooms were great up until I found cameras and what’s management was called. I saw the cameras so slowly disappeared. He was pulling them out from room 111. I was in room 110 and his friend was in room 109 so yeah all night they were banging the window and the window on room 110 does not lock so they’re able to open it.

We were approached by multiple homeless, many hookers outside of the property. We felt uncomfortable leaving belongings in our vehicle so we had to bring everything into the room. Non smoking room had a faint cigarette smell coved up with a cologne smelling room freshener. Price was super cheap considering a last minute reservation. We will not use Motel 6 ever again. We have tried 2 and both were sketchy for different reasons.

2. 5 out of 6 towels were dirty! 3. Little to no stores around. 4. Loud refrigerator - difficult to sleep. Suggestion: seek places in grand terrace. A bit better neighborhood.

Stayed here for beyond wonderland and honestly it was a great experience. We had our reservations when pulling up due to the people outside of the motel 6, but we had no issues the whole time. The room and bathroom was very clean, no problems with the toilet, sink or shower. The linens and towels seemed to be brand new and the room smelled clean. The staff were very nice and always helped whenever we had a question. Yes there may be street workers or people who live there but if you don’t bother them, they won’t bother you. Very positive experience and would definitely book again!

Sketchy people hang around the property. Bums and hookers hang around our front too. Didn’t feel clean in the room, unsure if linens were washed properly. Overall the hotel was just seriously run down. They need major upgrades. Limited parking. The staff were nice though.

This was the worst motel 6 I have ever stayed in. The images on the hotels website and reviews are extremely misleading and inaccurate. We got a non smoking room that had the aroma of cigarettes caked into the walls. Stains in the bed sheets and mattress we couldn’t even stay the night here. Locals police the area in a very obvious looking for clients type of situation. Graffiti on the mirror in the bathroom. Appliances and furniture were all horribly dirty and damaged. Lots of exposed wall material. Just gross

Stayed here a few times, unfortunately gets worse every time. Internet is slower every time I've been back. Hot water completely turns off regularly in the shower, for about 5 minutes at a time. Rooms are recently remodeled but very unsanitary even for a Motel 6, lots of burnholes in sheets, uncleaned surfaces in bathrooms, stuff like that. They don't let anybody in the lobby for check-in, but there's a microwave outside free for anyone to use at all hours, even non-residents of the hotel who will use it loudly at 2 or 3am. Residents of the hotel blast music every time they enter/leave, any time of night. The area is very unsafe, sex workers and their handlers roam around seemingly without any interference by cops and there's yelling all hours of the night. I've seen much safer locations with full-time security, but instead they just have security check all the rooms at 12 noon and that's it. It takes a lot to make me complain about this kind of stuff, I've stayed in some sketchy places and not been bothered. This place is nightmarish, stay away.

The room was clean, but there were no blankets not enough towel towels no ice a lot of people outside at night time very ghetto. Somebody even knocked on our door very loud and then when approach said they were trying to get us to buy an Obama phone.

Even though the room is surprisingly clean and better than I expected from other Motel 6 in Claremont. I didn’t feel safe to walk to Starbucks like I really wanted to because there were people hanging out

The area around the hotel was unsafe, and there are SW on the corners and around the hotel, with drug addicts aswell. The room was repainted but there was paint drops all over the floors and the was a shoe print on the bed, whichnleads me to believe a maintenance workers was in the room before my arrival. Clearly gang affiliation in the area and i seen one security patrol vehicle come and go so safety watch is limited for any belonging in the vehicles. Good customer service just an unsafe location.

DO NOT stay where unless you want to see drug addicts and hookers doing their business right in the parking lot! I couldn’t even sleep cause I felt so unsafe there! Completely ruined my night after a fun concert!! The manager yelled at my husband for being a little loud yet it’s ok for hookers to do their business on the property? I’m just glad I didn’t have my kids with me!!

There was a dead cockroach on the floor next to the bed right when I entered. The door handle in the bathroom was hanging on by a thread. And outside were multiple prostitutes every time I had to go to my car.

The sheets and blanket were dirty and there were ants in the room. When I arrived to check in, the guy working there closed the door in my face and told me to come back in 30. Do not go here if you have children. The only plus is the rooms are pretty big and pets stay for free.

Probably the worst motel I have ever stayed in. Lots of unsavory characters hanging out outside including prostitutes. The room smelled of urine. Everything looked and smelled dirty. The only reason I stayed was because I'd already paid and I was exhausted from driving all day. It was still a tough place to relax and fall asleep.

I stay at Motel 6 a lot and I will again in the future but this location was a nightmare. There were no less than 20 prostitutes at any given time either just outside or in the parking lot along with drug dealers offering to sell me drugs before I could even get into the office to check in. The check-in itself was fine and the staff was friendly as usual. After I checked in I went next door to Del Taco to grab food before going to my room. The cashier told me the place was not safe and I should be ok if I stayed inside my room but do not walk around. WHAT? Then I got inside my room. The bed is the first thing visible when walking in. It was covered in stains and holes from cigarette burns. I went to check the bathroom and It was in good shape other than the fact that someone wiped their nose on the wall and some mold near the ceiling showing me the room had not been properly cleaned. While walking back to the front area I noticed the door since I had not turned around after I first walked in. I don't know what happened to the door but it looks like someone kicked it in and then someone poorly put it back in place.

We literally check into and out of this location so quickly our heads spun. The room was nothing like the pictures. We went to check in at the window because they lock the office for safety at night which should have been a red flag, but we were tired after a long drive and decided not to worry about it. While walking to our room we noticed that there was a truck with 3 gentlemen with loud music in the middle of the parking lot, and they were just sitting in the car with the doors and windows open watching people come in and out of rooms, and it made us feel uncomfortable to be truthful. When we walked into the room we immediately noticed several burns, rips, and stains all over both beds and comforters as well as several foot sized holes kicked into the drywall on both sides of the door inside the room. The room was so dirty and there was white powder residue on the fridge and sink in little lines, so someone had definitely not cleaned that room between guests, or at all. Calling it run down would be kind. We went to the check in window to let the woman on shift know the condition of the room was a thing of nightmares and we couldn't sit or even stay in the room and on the walk to the window we witness a Lyft driver dropping off 2 sex workers ( because they were wearing very little and no bottoms) telling his "friends" who also seemed sketchy in the parking lot that he brings his girls there all the time. The woman on shift said she understood and checked us out

Horrible experience. The door had damage to this exterior as if it had been broken door before. Room was gross, cigarette burns all over the blanket, dirty room, weird smell. This hotel is on the street where lots of illegal activity take place such as drugs, prostitution, etc which can make some people uncomfortable.
