Reviews
The hotel is generally well-maintained with friendly and helpful staff. It is close to the Riverwalk, making it a convenient location for families. However, there are issues with housekeeping not cleaning rooms daily unless requested, and parking is not included, costing an additional $28 a day.

Great place, great stay.
- 3/5
The staff was friendly and very helpful. They serve a great breakfast for guests. The parking was small, but there is an overflow lot across the street.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean , check in process was simple and the location was perfect.
- 3/5
Breakfast was worthless, but at least there's a mcdonalds nearby. The staff was not helpful when they ran out of certain foods halfway through.
- 1/5
This hotel was nothing like the pictures. The hallway was very dark and smelled of fresh paint. The couch in the room was dirty and the room had minimal lightning. DID NOT STAY!!!

Parking: Parking on site is VERY limited (approx 50) and was full by 4pm. The off site did have around another 100+ however the price is the same for both $35 plus $3 tax =$38 per day. Room: it was pretty spacious and my 9yr old loved the separate living room with extra TV. There was no trashcan in the restroom so t.p. used needed to be flushed down a really powerful flushing system. So powerful that everytime a neighbor flushed you can hear it. The walls are pretty thin so could hear constant running down the halls and screaming kids next door. Breakfast: Typical continental breakfast (eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffle maker, oatmeal, muffins). They did run out of bread & napkins which were not refilled and the staff was a bit rude/pushy when breakfast time over. I mean down to the second once 930am, lights off and everybody out! I would have rather them say 5 minutes left to pack and take everything before we throw it. Lol OVERALL: Great location & price. Nothing fancy but good enough for a 1 night mini getaway.

Breakfast was hot n ready exactly when they said it was. Everything was clean and I felt really comfortable staying there. The noise that some of the other occupants were making kept me up at night.
- 4/5
Ou stay here was good. The staff was friendly. The breakfast wasn’t that great. Only complaint about our room was the shower had some mildew in it. Otherwise great place to stay. Very close to the river walk.
- 5/5
Everything was great. The only thing I do wish to recommend is adding outlet plugs near the bed
- 5/5
Overall, a great atmosphere and time well spent there.

Did not get up for breakfast. The staff was nice and the price was good The room was clean but the room smelled, There was no step out towel.
- 5/5
Property, staff and food was great
- 4/5
The room very comfortable.
- 4/5
The staff was helpful and very service-oriented, which is the driving force behind any business's sustainability. I didn't like that the fans in the common area and walkway were consistently buzzing throughout our entire stay. A word of wisdom: every problem has a solution, but the service you provide should never be at the expense of your consumer.
- 4/5
Secure, clean and close to where we wanted to go Parking was very limited
- 5/5
Everything! Check-in was so smooth. We checked in late and Merida Gomez was amazing. Explained everything perfectly and was very accommodating with all our requests. We went walking in Downtown San Antonio and got caught in heavy rain, upon return Merida promptly offered us some towels to dry off. That extra touch was what made us decide to stay at this property and other SpringHill Suites whenever and wherever we may need a hotel in the future. Breakfast spread was delicious and so well maintained. Loved our short stay very much and we’ll be back! Loved everything!
- 5/5
Sarah at the front desk is amazing and great at her job! Also was happy to see oat milk on the breakfast bar.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable. There was a man mopping the floors and working very hard to keep the area clean. The front desk staff were polite and friendly. It is ridiculous that you have to pay for parking such a high rate when it is in the premises. I could reason if it was a parking lot owned by someone else but this is just being greedy.

Everything was good at first but someone had vomited in the hallway on my floor, my husband made the front desk aware but Noone came to clean it. Looks like he just put a wet floor sign up without actually mopping or cleaning the carpet. The room was clean and affordable, breakfast was hot with many different things to select from. The outdoor pool looks nice.
- 5/5
Desk personnel were amazing and helpful

Very good
- 3/5
Great location, bed really stiff and breakfast ran out milk for cereal and coffee
- 5/5
Room was clean and excellent, breakfast is your ordinary breakfast and gets packed real quick. Parking you do have to pay but honestly wasn’t bad since we were walking distance to the river walk. Went there for dinner on Saturday and Sunday night and walked straight to our hotel after. As well as a great walking distance from the Alamo and Lego land.
- 3/5
The breakfast could have been better. No one came out to fill up containers for creamer. Coffee wasn’t available throughout the day. Parking was expensive, I think they should have charge one fee for parking instead of two separate charges for each day.
- 3/5
It was a good location if you wanted to be by the Riverwalk.
- 3/5
They charge $35 per day you have to post more details about cost or charge parking lot it’s crazy .. your advertising says parking available..
- 3/5
Not a bad experience or anything negative to say about the facility it was ok and affordable.
- 5/5
The room was clean, the staff was incredibly nice amd hospitable. I would absolutely still there again! Thank you for a pleasant experience.

- 2.5/5
I enjoyed the courtesy of professionalism of the staff and their efforts to accommodate or meet my needs. The breakfast buffet appear to be a bit of chaotic mess with food on the counters and Floors, liquid on the floor as well. The egg container was empty and there was no attempt to replenish the eggs. I know it was a busy weekend with different events going on however this is unacceptable. And all my other stays at these hotels I've never had this kind of experience with the breakfast buffets.

Breakfast was good. We didn't use the parking.
- 5/5
Lots of breakfast choices and large room. Limited parking out front of building but has an overflow across the street
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Just needs more variety on the breakfast and add more towels to the rooms
- 5/5
Excellent Hotel
- 5/5
Easy parking, convenient to Riverwalk. Room spacious and had all we needed.
- 3/5
The staff were great and the breakfast was decent. My room had a dirty toilet when I arrived. It was cleaned the next day. The bathtub faucet dripped and the drain was clogged so every shower turned into an ankle bath. Beds were clean and comfy.
- 5/5
The parking which was supposed to be to be an amenity turned out to be a true headache the lot was small i paid for parking and was not able to get a park once I moved my car! So why am I paying and told to park down the street at another lot!
- 4/5
The beds and pillows were not great. Woke up stiff every morning. The trundle bed under the couch was so terrible. My 20 year old daughter said she feel all the springs. She ended up just sleeping on the couch. The walk to the River Walk nearby was only a five minute walk.
- 3/5
The online photos hyped up the place more than it was . The bar is not there and breakfast was average but photos looked better online . Pretty clean beds and working ac . Most staff were so welcoming
- 5/5
Perfect
- 4/5
The breakfast schedule is too short (until 9am), menu was fine though. Parking cost is high, considering you are there for the night most of the time while doing tourism.
- 5/5
👌
- 3/5
It was, ok? Very basic. Also take into consideration you have to pay to park in the hotel parking lot, which ive never heard of in my life. Staff was great. Beds and pillows not so much. Could definitely use an upgrade.
- 4/5
Room was good. Breakfast buffet could have been a lot better. Ended up eating out.
- 4/5
Clean rooms! Staff very friendly and helpful! Parking price was out of line but besides that, it was a very good stay!!
- 1/5
We had bad experience staying at the SpringHill Suites in San Antonio downtown/riverwalk area, we stay there in the Easter weekend 2026, the rooms were not clean, the sofa was felty. The breakfast was terrible, and bad quality, my wife find mold on the breakfast potato, it was disgusting, and she threw up, the juice was very diluted with water, the eggs was terrible. We spoke with the hotel manager to let him know about the situation he did not want to listen, he said other customer had similar problem, but we do not think this is true, and he ignored us, he lacks customer service. We told him we may not come again here he said that is ok, he was careless and did not care about customers safety.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, polite staff!
- 5/5
Great stay, comfy bed, good breakfast!
- 3/5
Breakfast is okay.. no rotation, always the same eggs, bread, coffee, oatmeal, sausage patty, potatoes. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are outdated. Rooms get made everyday but not really getting vacuumed. Very walkable to riverwalk. Overall it was an okay experience.
- 5/5
We really loved our stay at this hotel. We wanted a place close by the attractions but also away from all the party noise. It was approximately a 5-10 minute walk from the Riverwalk, which we enjoyed walking every morning. The walk helped us get familiar with the area and how to get around the neighborhood and river. It was my younger brother's 40th, we liked that he had his semi private area to sleep in a sofa bed. We had to asked for extra bedding sheets for it, but the front desk was so sweet and accommodating with the request. We were able to relax by the pool and enjoy the sun, birds singing. The breakfast was good, could have used a more variety of items (just not been so repetitive) by the 4th day, we did not want to eat more French toast, sausage or eggs. My mom was not happy with the oatmeal, being runny. Eggs were excellent, not thrilled with the sausages, had a weird taste. Fruits were limited to an apple. If the breakfast is mixed daily with a variety selection, it would be a big plus. However, it was included with the hotel for a good start of the day, and saved us money for the first few days. The staff was very friendly and gave us recommendations for dinner outside of the Riverwalk. If you are looking for a luxurious stay or complain about birds chirping, outside noise, train whistle; this is not your place. This hotel is a bit older; however, for the price, the convenience, friendly staff, clean comfortable room; we loved it and will return.
- 2/5
Staff was great but the room looks not clean right.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice staff, decent breakfast, and a short walk to the riverwalk. A little high charge to overnight parking.
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful. I needed bedding for the couch for one of my sons, another day I needed towels because we didn't get out of the room in time. Location was great, very walkable to Riverwalk area. Breakfast was good, but no juice 2 of our 3 mornings there.
- 4/5
Clean and friendly. Breakfast was good, could have had a little more selection.
- 4/5
Cons: not many but our tub was dirty and the halls and stairways were dirty with trash liquid from the maids cleaning.
- 3/5
Location is excellent and dog friendly. Had some issues with cleanliness (garbage under couch cushion and food left in refrigerator). Also breakfast had some key items missing.
- 3/5
probably wouldn’t stay here again just because the only thing that was wonderful was the location, very convenient to everything. Our lights went out multiple times our last night due to the high winds which made for a rough last night stay.
- 5/5
Great, clean place very convenient to downtown.
- 2/5
Convenient location downtown . Was walking distance to the riverwalk , shops and local bars . The staff were very friendly . Our room was cold but there were a few things I wasn’t pleased with . The lower wall in the shower was very dirty , the bed to the couch had dirty / stained sheets on it , like they hadn’t been changed out in a while . When I took off old dirty sheets .. the mattress had pee stains . Our towels had either old makeup stains or old washed out blood stains . There was hair in our sink , and the toilet paper roll looked as if it got wet and dried up . The hallways had a bad smell .
- 5/5
The location was excellent in relation to the Riverwalk, restaurants, and the Alamodome.
- 4/5
It was a nice stay and conveniently by river walk and all the places we wanted to go see.
- 4/5
Breakfast was mid. scrambled eggs very bland.
- 5/5
Clean
- 2/5
Needed to ask for room to be cleaned day 2 - day 1 no cleaning and no new towels.
- 2/5
A/C unit did not work had to open window for air.
- 3/5
The room was ok. The A/C unit struggled to keep the room cool, and it wasn’t very hot outside when we stayed there! The TV’s worked less than a 1/3rd of our stay. We had someone come look at it. He reset the cable box and it worked for a little bit, but then went out again. The room was spacious and, for the most part, clean. The location was close to where we needed to be, and was an easy walk to good restaurants and shops. Overall, an ok stay.
- 3/5
Room was not clean properly no soap left to shower it was resolved later after addressing it. Only two towels available for a 4 person reservation.
- 5/5
Clean, great staff, large room
- 2/5
The room (106)…the AC was not working properly, we could not turn it off nor adjust the temperature. It had to be unplugged to turn it off. I wish the hotel didn’t announce their breakfast as BREAKFAST BUFFET. It falls short of a breakfast buffet. There was no staff on the floor to assist, the potatoes were hard and cold. Tge eggs had no flavor and the rest of the items were not appetizing. For them to market it as a “breakfast buffet”…simply not there. Hotels that have complimentary breakfast or “breakfast included” have had better items than what was put out there. 👎
- 5/5
Staff was willing to help
- 5/5
Everything from check-in to check-out was great! The room was very clean, the shower pressure was perfect, staff was super friendly, and the complimentary breakfast buffet was so good! I will definitely stay here again in the future!
- 3/5
Room was great no issues
- 5/5
Room is nice and clean , staff are friendly
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable.
- 5/5
Everything was very nice. The room was awesome, lots of space. The staff was very welcoming and spoke to you when you walked by the front desk or at breakfast! I had foot surgery and was wearing a boot which made it hard to get around - the person that was keeping the breakfast bar stocked - asked me every morning if I needed any help. That was very thoughtful!
- 4/5
I thought it is over looking to the river.
- 4/5
Noce clean rooms. Staff coporative.
- 5/5
Front desk was awesome
- 4/5
No complaints Staff very good
- 5/5
In the room, the thermostat in the living area didn’t seem to be working correctly. The unit in the bedroom area was easy to set and warmed that area sufficiently.
- 4/5
Good size room for price. And it was literally a block from the river walk.. definitely will go back.
- 5/5
The room was perfect
- 1/5
Tv wasn’t working Contact front desk Ms.Sarah she came in room tried but couldn’t help..
- 4/5
The location was very good and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was that our room wasn’t ready at check in time. I noticed we weren’t the only guests having that issue because I overheard other guest at front desk also getting frustrated because their rooms weren’t ready. The person at front desk did everything she could to make it up for the inconvenience (she didn’t change us for parking). We left our luggage in the car and went to explore the city. My husband received a voicemail probably around 6:00 - 6:30 pm saying our room was ready (check in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm). We assumed they were short staffed and that’s why rooms were ready for guests at time of check in. Besides that inconvenience, the amenities were nice and location was good
- 5/5
Good brkfst & literally 5 min walks to downtown riverwalk via the Villita Village.
- 5/5
Please stay. Walkable to River Walk
- 5/5
Hotel room was clean, staff was very nice, breakfast was good, pool area was great for the kids.
- 4/5

- 4/5
OK
- 4/5
Within walking distance to the River Walk. Friendly staff. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Excellent location!
- 5/5
Had to have my mattress replaced. Other than that, our stay was very nice. Staff was very nice and attentive. No other problems.
- 5/5
Service was excellent
- 2/5
The hotel was a little rundown. The couch in the room was covered with stains and food crumbs. Other than that it was in a great location
- 4/5
Everything was great only complaint I’d have is having to pay to park at the hotel. But still wasn’t too bad a price! My husband and I enjoyed our time there!
- 5/5
The rooms were very nice and clean. The location is good - only about 3 blocks from the river walk. The staff was great.
- 2/5
Old room. not enough towels even when we asked for it , it never gave it . The breakfast is a disaster , disorganized , lot of people , bad food and poor quality and poor variety , I cannot recommended, the only good thing is the location
- 1/5
Have pictures!
- 5/5
Excellent location from the River Walk. Friendly staff excellent breakfast
- 3/5
Could let people know that they have a $28 parking fee per night
- 3/5
Room was dirty with hair and headboard had brown stuff on it. It was cleaned when I reported it. However it was an inconvenient.
- 4/5
Room was older but overall clean. Room was sizable for large family with children. Proximity to activities and walk ability was great.
- 4/5

- 5/5
Room was clean and huge. Can’t wait to stay again.
- 5/5
Excellent location!
- 5/5
Great staff
- 4/5
Staff was extremely friendly.
- 4/5
You have to provide parking to the guest that is included because it doesn’t seem safe around!
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff friendly, location was perfect.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Great folks here! Would stay again
- 5/5
I loved the staff all was awesome.
- 1/5
The room was not handicap ready even though I requested one and the clerk was very rude.
- 5/5
Notfar from the river walk. Super affordable, spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast and close to everything.
- 2/5
Poor Air conditioning, no hot water
- 5/5
Great place will definitely stay again
- 4/5
There was one issue with the hot water. We were on the 3rd floor and the hot water takes a long time to reach that floor. We had to let the water run for 10 minutes before it started to get warm.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean. Staff was professional and friendly.
- 5/5
Great location. Very clean. Nice staff
- 5/5
Clean hotel safe parking close to downtown spacious rooms
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Staff was nice room was clean.
- 3/5
No Cribs available, they put a lot of excuses. Parking off roading because not available parking. Breakfast very limited and cold.
- 5/5
Hotel, and room both look great. Staff was very friendly and efficient.
- 2/5
We were greeted with exceptional service and were able to check in early, which started out our trip with 5 stars. However, with 5 adults staying in one room, bath towels, wash clothes and hand towels were insufficient. We don't mind reusing our towels if there were individual spots to hang all our towels so we could remember whose towels were whose. Some employees gave us an issue when we would ask for additional towels on two separate occasions. The sofa sleeper is NOT a sofa sleeper, it is a trundle that pulls out below the couch which was very uncomfortable for an adult to sleep on. We had to request bedding for the trundle. Our reservation did indicate 5 adults were sleeping in the room. Pillows were scarce. The day after my return home, I was charged around $93 for parking when we did not have an automobile to park in the lot. Upon checking in, we were asked if we would be parking an auto and I indicated that we were not, we Ubered to and from the airport. When I called the hotel about my charge, "Cat" was very rude and inappropriately spoke to me about my charge. I indicated she has 24 hours to reverse the charge or I will be disputing it with my credit card company.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Great clean place
- 5/5
The room was clean and the breakfast was great. Within walking distance to the Riverwalk. I did not like the fact that we had to pay for self parking.
- 5/5
Very friendly staffs!
- 4/5
Great hotel and spacious rooms. I didn’t like that the restroom didn’t lock nor that the shower walls were not clean. Everything else was great. The breakfast area was very full, yet they kept it up. I will probably stay here again.
- 5/5
Exactamente
- 5/5
Staff was nice
- 5/5
Great value. Great location and price. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Breakfast needs more variety like bacon and beans or tortillas.
- 4/5
The staff were amazing! Was a little outdated, but was very clean. I would definitely say again.
- 5/5
Great location close to the shops and river walk.
- 4/5
Everything was good. Riverway was close by, good area. Anything I needed was not far at all. Breakfast could have been bettter. Seating area was small for all guest. More selection on fruits, coffee was not labeled decaf or regular. But the stay was over all good.
- 5/5
Great area, staff is friendly, and room exceeded expectations. Will definitely bee coming back soon !
- 4/5
The breakfast is very basic. Would be good to have coffee in the lobby after breakfast. Pool is very small at least should be cleaned . Shower parts were rusty. Rooms are nice and big. Staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Overal the experience was enjoyable. When I made the reservation it said it had a pool and and my daughters were super excited about it. I did had to bring to the staff attention several times if they were going to open the pool area. Finally on our last day of our visit they did open the pool area. I could see why the pool area was closed. As soon as they cleaned it, the leafs and seeds from the trees around were falling down again. I recommend to at least open the area to enjoy the nice weather and the tables outside even if the pool is not open.
- 5/5
Cleaning
- 4/5
The breakfast was good. The food and selection were good. The coffee creamer ran was not set out, someone brought it to us when we found an employee and asked for it. There was a waffle maker, which we would have enjoyed but was not in use that day. The eggs and sausage were good though.
- 4/5
The staff was extremely nice and helpful
- 4/5
Great breakfast. TVs stopped working.
- 5/5
It’s safe and great customer services.
- 1/5
Cancelled my reservation without prior notice.
- 4/5
Property was close to the Riverwalk and is a nice place to stay.Be aware 28 dollars extra to park at the hotel
- 5/5
The front desk staff always super friendly
- 1/5
Shortly after checking into my room, the A/C started leaking and soaked the floor all the way to the bed after that I was moves to two other rooms that the A/C didnt work or cool the room properly and the roo.s were not what I reserved . I had reserved a king sweet and was moved to a double queen room. Now onto my parents room , when my parents went to use the sink the drain had mold in it and was not draining properly called front desk and was told maintenance would be right up and they never showed up ! All rooms also had a mildew smell to them !!!
- 5/5
It was very clean and the staff was friendly.
- 4/5
15 minutes walk to the alamodome. Safe location. Air conditioned wasnt really working good, one of the two tvs didnt work either, and a couple of stans on sheets and carpet. Breakfast was ok.
- 4/5
My room was really nice and the staff were really nice. However, I could tell that the room was dirty. My desk was sticky and other areas of my room looked like they had not been cleaned in some time. The sticky spot on the desk could have been very easily wiped off... it just wasn't. Overall I had a nice stay and the facilities looked nice at a first glance but it was a little dirty. I did like that they locked the door after late hours and required your key for entry and I liked the breakfast though they did have trouble keeping it stocked and were slow to refill it.
- 5/5
great location, parking is a challenge
- 5/5
It’s convenient location, breakfast is okay.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
The staff was AMAZING! Very friendly and helpful!!
- 5/5
Good place and great location
- 4/5
The hotel was very nice and clean. Room was excellent and clean. Staff was nice and welcoming. Just wish the parking was better. Said it was included with stay but had to pay extra for parking per night which doesn’t honestly seem reasonable since they don’t have a lot of parking for the amount of guest they have staying. Other than the parking situation everything else was good.
- 5/5
Excellent place
- 5/5
Great
- 2/5
Had to ask for my more towels and sheets. Overall I felt alil gross staying here.
- 5/5
It was an amazing stay, staff very friendly, hotel family-friendly.
- 5/5
We were really hungry about 8:00 pm and the front desk found us a place to eat, even loaded the map to our phone for us, so grateful for his help!
- 3/5
Pictures make this place look much better than it is. Parking was $28, they simply asked if I was parking with them. Never disclosed the amount. Hallway was dark and uncomfortable. Room was fine but clearly a rushed remodel on old bones.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean, 10 min walk to the riverwalk and most popular attractions. Great breakfast. Looking forward to traveling back and staying here again :)
- 4/5
Enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Everything
- 5/5
I had a great stay at SpringHill Suites San Antonio. The hotel is very comfortable and well-maintained. The location is ideal — just a short walk to the River Walk and downtown attractions, making it perfect for exploring the city. Staff were friendly, and everything was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
bery clean plase
- 4/5
Great stay and friendly staff. Will stay here again!
- 3/5
The hallways are dark and the lighting is too fluorescent. The hot water took FOREVER to get to the tub and when taking a shower, we would be in ankle deep water by the time we were done due to excessively slow drain. There were sub-par repairs done in the bathroom to the toilet paper holder which failed on the 2nd day of our stay (reported to front desk). Maintenance never fixed it. One day we were a few minutes later leaving so housekeeping skipped us but never came back and I was asking for extra towels every day because there were five of us and we would only get 3-4 towels. While the staff were nice and helpful, the hotel needs some TLC. Light fixtures are yellowed, towels and sheets with holes in them. It was just not worth the daily rate we paid. The only thing keeping them from a two-star rating was the staff being nice. Do better, Marriott.
- 5/5
An amazing and affordable stay in San Antonio. The staff were extremely nice and made our stay enjoyable. It is like a 3 min walk to the riverwalk but it was very convenient!
- 5/5
Very close to riverwalk
- 5/5

The staff member who checked me in was so polite. She offered such a welcoming, warm greeting. I felt at home.

Parking lot space is somewhat limited, and overflow parking didn’t feel as secure.

However, once I headed toward the elevators, I noticed the property looked unclean and poorly maintained. While the room itself looked decent upon arrival, it was not properly prepared for the six guests I had included in my reservation. There were not enough towels, and when it came time to sleep, the couches—where two of the guests were meant to sleep—had no bedding, blankets, or extra pillows provided. Additionally, the closets appeared dirty, and there was no safe available in the room, which was concerning. These are basic amenities that should be available to every guest. While I chose not to try the breakfast due to the cleanliness concerns, I do want to again highlight that the staff was very pleasant throughout the stay. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and ensure rooms are fully equipped, clean, and ready for the number of guests booked. I believe this would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

We had a good experience. The only thing wrong with the room was the smell the first day. They had cleaned the carpets for some reason and it smelled like either bad milk or throw

The room we stayed in had a door that did not close securely. We left the room to go eat Thursday night at 8pm and when we returned about 10 pm, noticed that the door was not closed all of the way. Pushing on the door with a little force made it open right up. I immediately made the front desk aware and they told me that they would get it repaired in the morning on Friday. We left the room on Friday about 10am and returned about 4pm to find the door unsecured again. Housekeeping serviced our room and seem to be unaware of the issue with the door and they must have left the door opened. That would mean my belongings were left unsecured for several hours. This made me upset because I made the front desk aware of the problem and they did not fix it. They also did not communicate with the cleaning staff about the issue since they did not pull the door hard enough to secure our room. I was very upset to find the door ajar after I already made them aware of the problem. That is unacceptable.

The computer system downtime was not only and inconvenience to my stay but the cleanliness of the the room was not up to par. The customer service & cleanliness needs to get better.

There’s no food room service and the rooms are kind of old, at least it was clean but I think it was very expensive for what I got. Friendly staff, clean property

I liked that it wasn't far to walk to the Riverwalk

A basic hotel, although the rooms are comfortable and spacious, cleanliness is not its strong point, the receptionist's service was somewhat rude, and the pool is really tiny.
- 2/5
The bathroom light was broken, and when I informed the front desk, the receptionist said she was alone and there was no maintenance staff available. The room was for 6 people, with a sofa bed and a trundle bed (the type that rolls out from underneath). When we pulled it out, the carpet underneath was dirty and full of food crumbs. The same happened behind the nightstands—clearly, they only vacuum the visible areas and not under the furniture. Very unpleasant. Lastly, the air conditioning wasn’t properly calibrated. We had to turn it off because it was freezing the room, but with 6 people in a room and San Antonio heat in June, it quickly became unbearable. I hope management takes these comments seriously because this hotel used to be a reliable option.

Clean, spacious room at the convenient location.

My refrigerator was not working, I had to keep my two insulin medications with the front desk. It was kind of a hassle going back & forth from my room to front desk to get my medicines. Also they did not have sugar-free syrup & other sugar free items during breakfast time. So I was limited. I hope when I go back in September for 2 days that it will be a better stay for me. The young lady Kat was very nice & helpful, she didn't mind going back & forth to get my medicine from the hotel fridge.

Everything was exelent just the charge for parking is something hotels should never charge

My second time at this property lovely. Also 4 minutes from riverwalk grate place and affordable
- 5/5
The only thing I didnt like was the toilet in the room. I am 6'5 300 lbs with back problems and the toilet was too low to the ground for me and there was no handles to grab on to help me up. I would have to go downstairs to use the rest room.

A good choice for the riverwalk area. Close enough but not in the congestion/noise. Parking is $28 dollars but that's pretty much what it costs near the Riverwalk.
- 5/5
The property worked well for enjoying the Riverwalk!

The parking lot has a lot of bird dirtying the cars.

The staff was polite, attentive, and genuinely concerned about our comfort. They quickly handled issues we encountered. It's clear they prioritize customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room smelled like pet urine, the bed was uncomfortable, and the sofa was filthy. They used an excessive amount of detergent to mask the bad odor, but it didn’t help—in fact, it made things worse because I developed allergies! The breakfast was awful too!

Well, after checking in , my friends and i went to dinner and a show. Upon our return, 1 of my friends slipped and fell in the entrance way. The check in cleck saw as we tuned to see her on the floor. All he did was nod his head and continued to do what he was doing. Never asked if she was ok, and ask if she needed help. Well, I called down to ask for band-aids as we got to our room and notice she had a cut and scraped her face. He said i need to come down and get the bandage. The next morning she was hurting. I went to ask if he had made an incident report, and the young lady said no. No report was made. I just felt the hotel felt no sympathy or consideration for this. Not happy..
