    Our AC didn't work. We stayed 4 nights, we were told it would get fixed or moved and we didn't. We didn't have towels for 2 days. I had to wait until the next day. The breakfast was okay. However, the eggs had oregano in them or parsley. So the kids couldn't eat it.\n Are refrigerated, didn't work? 2\n Watch TV we had to wait until the TV decided it would turn on\n The shadow guy was sent up as a maintenance and his words exactly where I have no idea about these TV's or that AC.

    The rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to San Antonio. The pricing was very competitive compared to other hotels in the area.

    I had a really bad experience from the moment we arrived. Check in was at 3pm, we arrived at 6pm and I was told my 2 room reservation wasn’t ready due to a shortage in cleaning staff. I urgently needed the room to change for an event and was told the earliest it would be ready was about 2 hours or possibly longer. One of the rooms was ready within 30 minutes due to me asking for it to be rushed. I was called that the second room was ready until 8:40pm. I asked for a cancellation and refund for room #2 since I would barely get use out of it and was told I could cancel without a refund. We found small cockroaches on both rooms throughout the night. There was a broken floor in one room. I didn’t get any help resolving this issue and the staff wasn’t understanding. They only said there was nothing that could be done but wait. Never staying at this hotel again.

    The room was clean, a bit outdated but still worth the stay. Very comfortable beds. Had all essentials needed in the room. There were so many options in breakfast during weekdays and weekends. The pool is indoor and was very clean. Staff so helpful and kind. Im definitely staying there again when i need to travel to San Antonio!

    When booking that it was pet friendly, I didn't see anywhere on line that there was a $75.00 pet fee. One of the elevators was out of service which made wait times a bit long.

    Some of the art work was damaged and drawn on but overall looked okay. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. I booked this hotel specifically for the eggs and bacon normal breakfast in the morning but they had this weird mystery meet that looked like pulled pork and bbq sausage that neither one were breakfast food/meet and was a bit sad to start my day like that.

    Twice, including departure with bags, we waited 8+ minutes for elevator to go from floor 2 to floor 1, till we chose the stairs. I made two trips since my wife couldn't carry anything down. Ridiculous. I didn't like the $5 parking privilege surprise.

    We were in room 103 which is right next to a side entrance and the exit/entrance to the stairs. The sound of those two doors slamming went well passed 11pm. The bathroom had an awkward layout which made getting in and out difficult. There were also cracked tiles around the toilet/shower that moved when you walked on them. The bathroom sink leaked water, ever so slowly, onto the floor. We didn't discover this till everyone was getting ready for bed, so we didn't ask for a room change. Just used the trashcan to catch the water. The fridge had no working light. There were two light options in the room: all the lights on, or just a lamp. With parking and taxes, it was $207 and change for the night. We chose this hotel because it was the only one that included breakfast and was near our destination. We will need to return to the area at the end of February, but will be looking for a new hotel. .

    This was by far my favorite stay in San Antonio to date. This will be my go to spot going foward. I have stayed at other nearby hotels and the service and atmosphere definitely is beyond my expectations. Great job and see you next month.

    The one thing that was annoying for sleeping was the flashing green lights almost above the bed. I’m assuming it’s a CO2 detector. It is like being on the airport runway.

The bath tub in our room was filthy, the couch has huge rips in the cushions and my daughter ended up with looked like SEVERAL bed bug bites. The breakfast was awful.

    Very strange trip check in go to room piece of poop on the floor next to the toilet pee splatters on the floor big water of toilet paper. Pick up the poo go back downstairs and was told my option was that room a room that had wet carpet or my money back took the room with wet carpet. Ask for the manager to call me back three different occasions never has not sure why so no I was not happy with this location.💩

    Check in is at 3pm we checked in at 5pm and went to our room and room was not ready had maintenance working on toilet. Was given a new room on 4th floor and people on 3rd floor were hitting our floor because our 1 year old was being too loud with her foot steps? It was 9:30pm on a Saturday night. They had front receptionist call our room to keep quiet

    Check in is at 3pm we checked in at 5pm and went to our room and room was not ready had maintenance working on toilet. Was given a new room on 4th floor and people on 3rd floor were hitting our floor because our 1 year old was being too loud with her foot steps? It was 9:30pm on a Saturday night. They had front receptionist call our room to keep quiet

    Upon arrival, she checked our family in. Looked and acted just as miserable as her over the phone service. $4.95 per night for parking, FYI. No rooms on the 1st floor. The breakfast was horrible. The service was horrible. One of the ladies who served breakfast came over to berate a customer trying to use a waffle maker telling him that he’s breaking the machine! Then, took it from him to do it herself. I was standing right next to him and he wasn’t sure how to use it, but he wasn’t breaking it as she implied. Also, while my daughter was pouring juice, the server stood there watching her, then tried to tell me what was wrong while I was helping my other kids. The problem is she couldn’t communicate with me because she didn’t speak English, and 2nd, rather than stand there and stare at my daughter, why not help her? The pool had fire ants around it. I’ll leave it at that. Asked for extra towels and was told before I could get more I had to return the dirty ones. Poor job Hilton.

    Extremely friendly staff! The room was a beautiful surprise for the money. My only complaint is that you have to pay for parking. I LOVE that I could sleep cold thanks to the ceiling fan and thermostat that could be adjusted down to 63!

    The detachable shower head didn’t work and the couch has so many holes with the stuffing hanging out. Some of the blankets have spots and stains. The elevators were not stable, the trash cans in the hall way were always full and smelled. The floors in main areas were always dirty. Trying to inform staff about this via text they initiated, I never received a response and the front desk staff did not care when I tried to let them know. Wish I could get a full refund for this entire stay.

    Unfortunately, we ran into a few issues. Check-in time is very strict. I've never experienced this with any hotel especial Hilton, but you literally can not check in until exactly 3, on, the, dot. Not a minute earlier. Which was quite an inconvenience for our family. Our room had two phones but none of them working. There was a crack in the widow and cracks all through out the hotel room ceiling. Night light does NOT turn off - why have room darkening curtains, if you then light the room from inside? Not all of us are afraid of the dark… Also, phone ringing in another room, stomping above us & doors slamming around midnight for several hours. NOISY interfers with sleep

Additionally, there is a $4 charge to park In a regular open hotel lot and you have to give them your license plate number. I usually enjoy staying at Hilton hotels but this was not the best experience.

    I called before booking the room and was told the pool was open so I booked the room. We arrive 45 minutes later only to find out the pool is NOT open. Now we have 2 upset kids stuck in a room that the air conditioner was barely blowing. We all get to sleep and the fire alarm goes off at 12:40a.m. We then had to gather the kids and head down the 4 flights of stairs only to get to the bottom and find out it was a false alarm.

    Should not have to pay for parking when you have a room. I had a parking pass at onestop which is right next to the hotel. Paying for parking is new for this hotel. I told the young lady i have a parking pass at 7pm and if i could park my truck for a couple hours. Nope, i still had to pay parking. So i wont stay here again. Plenty of hotels that dont make you pay for parking when you stay at the hotel. Also, does that mean if you have a local friend come over they pay for the hour or two they are their also.

    We chose this property due to its location and reasonable price. They specified at check in that dogs are 75.00 per accommodation per stay but when we checked out we were charged with 150.00 .However after I called and explained what the issue was , they said they will refund the 75.00.     Check in was quick and easy. The staff was very kimd. The room was very spacious and everything was very clean. I did see some damages on the room but nothing major (peeled paint, ripped cushions, etc.) The suite we received was perfect for our family mini trip. It is located near many tourist areas. The only problem we encountered were creepy old men that were ataying there. They kept trying to speak to my young nieces (not even teens); but that's not the hotel's fault. Maybe just better security around the hotel in general would give others more peace. I did see all areas of hotel very clean every time I walked to any area. Wil definitely book here again.

    However, Staff wasn’t overly helpful. They weren’t rude or anything. They just didn’t seem to care to help. Only had 2 towels in our room and had to ask twice to get enough towels for our family of 5. Stay two nights and the room wasn’t refreshed. Maybe that’s policy but it wasn’t exactly clear. Our trash was overflowing. No towels at the pool. Went to front desk to ask for some and they said there weren’t any. They were washing some and they’d be ready in a couple of hours. The hotel is noisy at night. You can hear walking at all hours of the night. People talking in the hallway and next door. Dogs barking every few hours. Bring white noise or something. A/C wasn’t cold enough so the room was warm. Bring an extra fan. While it was a great location for the things we were wanting to do, the surrounding area is sketchy. Lock your car doors.

    Everything was decent about the stay nothing amazing to shout out but the one thing that was annoying was to charge for parking and i came with two cars my and my husbands and then for us to be out and not return until late in the evening and not have a place to park and they just tell us at the front desk to park in the gravel lot in front of the hotel that aparently they do not own so it doesnt provide the security or the point of paying for parking is obsolete yet the spaces were taken up by a school bus and a truck hauling a trailer with no parking pass displayed like we paid or were instrcuted to do so and the girl at the front desk just tells me theres nothing i can do about it.

    It was a terrible experience. Me and my family drove close to 10 hours to get to our hotel but because of the weather and deer on the highway which delayed our travel time, we didn't get to the front desk till early next morning. Tried checking in but they told me that they canceled my 4 days that I booked have away my room collected my money. No refund mind you and someone else was able to book the room I had originally purchased. Hotel gets double the money and I get scammed. Wow, I'll never use this site again or this hotel it's a total scam.

    The was a loud alarm that went off in the middle of the night. I called the front desk and they said I would have to wait until maintenance came in at 7 or 8 AM. I asked if we just had to listen to the beeping till then and she said Yes. Luckily for us the beeping stopped after 30 minutes. I was surprised they expected us to listen to the noise for hours.

    I chose this hotel for the indoor pool in the winter to lap swim even with so many bad reviews- but hotel was really good. Room clean, big, bed great, everything I needed. Free breakfast had the waffle maker and typical USA processed food. My bag was delayed. I told the night staff that they might deliver it while I was out. Returning late, the lady was at the entrance to make sure I saw her so she could give me my bag- so that was extra service. That was very nice. It is an airport hotel, so the area is more commercial (no nearby park) but very convenient. This is Texas- nobody walks. I wish the pool was longer but it was clean. I didn’t feel the parking lot was unsafe- a lot of cars parked.

    The hotel is of sufficient quality and value. The service staff needs more training and leadership in providing better service and guest interaction. I witnessed house cleaning ignoring guests, walking around looking at their phones, earbuds in and generally very uninterested in the guests in the hotel. Twice I was even cut off by a staff member when entering elevators. Good hotel, clean rooms (though the ADA room wallpaper is peeling because of the open shower) but service needs work.

    The parking wasnt as great and we bought a razor and shaving cream from the little shop the hotel has and the razor literally fell apart on the first shave but other than that everything was great

    Overall is was a good stay. I just didn't like how impolite they were at check in. They had a tone that suggested I was bothering them by needing to be checked in. It's their job! They should learn better hospitality.

    Vehicle was broken into. GM was onsite but didn't know where the cameras were located and unaware that the camera facing the parking area was blocked by his newly planted palms. Asked for refund and he was absolutely against it. Even refused when Expedia and Hilton Honors called him. Unprofessional attitude towards guests.

    Hotels.com did a horrible service. I called many times and they never answered the phone in customer service. Only computers averting and after 1/2 an hour Del would hang up on me. The organization in the hotel was terrible. They gave me 4 different rooms because in each one they have a different problem . After going downstairs at the lobby with suitcases every time to explain the problem took like an hour to get a fifth room that was clean with out any problems. I won't do any business with Expedia or hotels. Com anymore. They are getting worse every time I use it.

    Pretty clean and quiet hotel. Their lobby is spacious and lots of tables to sit at. The breakfast provided was pretty basic but good. The room we booked was clean and very spacious for family of 6. More security is needed in the parking area. Our friend’s truck was broken into over night. Other than that, all went well.

    The room is very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious. The beds were supposed to be queen but they looked more like double beds. The room did not have a door between the living room and the bedroom, so privacy was an bi issue.
