Charged me for water I didn't drink!

The linens and pillows smelled like body odor. I didn’t sleep hardly at all.

The room was not cleaned properly there was what looked like boogers on the wall. The bathroom shower was dirty. The hotel pool was filthy looking. Not comfortable at all.

Loved our room, bed was comfortable. The front desk lady wasn’t the kindest . No luggage carts to be found as we looked for hours to bring up a heavy luggage. The lady at the bar was the best as she found a cart for us. Swimming pool hand rail was broken as the hot tub rail which is dangerous. Only 3 lounges in the pool area no chairs. Washer and dryers are in a closet, could definitely have another set on another floor.

Housekeeping came to my room and left us with no towel (1 towel for 3 people in the room. It was a suite so obviously we had more than one person. I had asked for more coffee pods in my room, and told them all I had left was tea. So they brought 4 more teas up. Kinda frustrating, but I like the hotel nonetheless.

The hotel is excellent. It is a shame that vehicles get vandalized in that area. Step up with security if these incidents happen frequently and they do!

As I heard from other guests it wasn’t the first time cars were smashed on that property.

I was shocked that the breakfast served was typical of any other hotel, but was informed that "We're a regular restaurant and we charge for breakfast". I had two scoops of scrambled eggs, two sausage links, and two french toast 1" x 5" sticks for $20.

My vehicle was broken into and everything I had was stolen. What made the situation even worse was that no one from the hotel checked on me or offered any help. The staff showed no concern and did absolutely nothing to assist. They also charge $10 for parking, yet there is no security at all. Several other cars were broken into as well, and the officer mentioned this happens often at this location. I would strongly recommend NOT staying at this hotel.

It was an okay hotel. The AC sounded liked a car engine and parking fees seem unnecessary. Breakfast is not free.

I would not recommend this hotel. They do charge for parking whihc is out of expectation. The bed has some many wrinkles. Not sure whether soemone slept. The water pressure is so low that you barely have water to wash without wait. Shower was ok. Toilet paper so cheap. Feel like th owner trying to cut every penny. Just not typical hilton garden experiences.

Everything was clean and on great condition. I wanted to extend my stay but would have wound up paying an entirely new fee for my pet rather than just extending the payment one day.

Friendly staff check in and out, many choices in the "pantry" for weary business travelers who don't want to dine off property...would definitely recommend this property, easy to get to the airport as well

The airport transportation is an uber driver and you have to call the hotel to let them know you are at the airport for them to send you the uber so we believe this is misleading since it says “airport shuttle transportation” the rooms are okay not impressive with this hotel at all for the price they charge it should be cheaper. The evening staff that we checked in with were very friendly and helpful. The bartender was awesome and we enjoyed her company. However the morning staff were rude and hateful. We were told check out was at noon yet housekeeping came at 9.

I liked the pool and hot tub.

Above average dinner options - food was quite good and very friendly staff. Breakfast was good too - pretty good value. Hotel is a little run down. Rooms are pretty spartan, but could use some updates - furnishings and lighting are not in the best of shape, although the bed was pretty comfortable.

Wasn't crazy about the small / cold indoor pool. Probably will not return because of this. The shower was also designed poorly. You had to reach in to turn on shower but then you got wet from doing so. Drop down curtains in room 414 were not working properly and looked "tacky".

It was conveniently located and the staff was very friendly. I didn’t realize parking was not free. There was a daily rate. I usually stay at Marriott and there is no parking fee. They also didn’t have Netflix.

The property was nice looked clean. In a double queen room we only had 3 towels. I went to ask for more towels and management didn’t give me the towels I asked for then made me stand in the lobby with the dirty towels I took downstairs. After the phone call he handed me laundry bags and told me I had to bag them. Then the next morning we left to start our day and when we got back our room wasn’t made up/picked up and there was no fresh towels so I had to go back downstairs…..

Hot tub not working

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. We were only there for one night, so it served us well. The only issue was the door to our room, 436 was so heavy and didn't close right. It seems like an issue that maintenance could easily fix.

It’s clean and modern There was no advertisement that the pool was being refurbished. This should be on your website and at the check in counter. Having an indoor pool was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

The indoor pool was under construction, so you need to put that on the Internet because my grandson came all the way from Houston wanted to swim with his mother so that was very disappointing for him

Pool was closed and no notification. The reason I picked this hotel was for the hot tub. On arrival we were told we would have to pay to park there every day in their parking lot and it was not on their website. They charged you for a water bottle placed in your room if you drank it. The hot breakfast was extra money. Watch out for all the extra fees. Probably wont be back.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and it had an indoor pool listed on the website. After we checked in, I noticed our room had several ants in the beds. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and understanding. He gave us another room. The second room had a broken air conditioning! I went back to the front desk and he got us another room. The third room was great the first night but the second night, we all got ant bites in our sleep. I woke up to one crawling on my elbow. I grabbed my phone to turn on the flashlight and there was one on my phone! They also crawled into our suitcases and got on our clothes. My daughter had 8 ant bites! We tried to go swimming to relieve our ant bites, but the pool was empty and closed. When I checked out, I told the lady at the front desk about the ants and she didn’t seem to care at all. I forgot to mention the cops there the first night. We overheard someone behind the bar saying a murder happened there (not their fault but it does make the area seem a lot more unsafe). The breakfast was pretty good. The staff was friendly. Management needs to step it up with the pest control, pool maintenance (or at least informing guests before they make reservations), and air conditioning. I will not be returning to this hotel.

I celebrated my daughters wedding, I enjoyed the spacious rooms, I would like to have the bathroom cleaned more thoroughly, Hairs where present in the bathtub, it looked clean, but it wasn’t. I experienced my toilet malfunction as well, I enjoyed my short stay over all.

Nice staff, room was quiet and comfortable. It just needs updates but they are actively renovating the place. Not bad for the price. Hot tub was nice and felt safe overall when going to and from the parking lot. I will stay again.

Parking and access were terrible. The staff were very friendly, and the room was nice. However, they offered room service but had no food in stock. They were also out of soda and drinks. The desk chair was broken, as well.

Door was stuck open when we arrived and would not close. So we had to go back down to ask for a new room. We were in a hurry to leave to make it to our show on time. Rather than getting us a new room the guy went up to see what was wrong with the door. By the time he came back we were now late so we just had to leave since we had not time to drop off our stuff. Finally when we do get into our room later that night there is no remote or towels for us. I sent a message like they said to do if anything was wrong. No remote or towels were ever brought.

Every night a vehicle was broken in to and the hotel charges $9 a night for “secure” parking.

It was great! I used my points or rewards and prepaid for my stay. My kids dad (who I am not with) and his family missed their flight home and I had a room. They wanted to upgrade my room so we can all stay together but due to the way I booked it we were not able to and he had to get his own room. I was so grateful that I didn’t have to spend another night with them. We both came in to town to attend my son’s BMT Airforce graduation. Not sure why he came since he had no part of raising my son and he’s also against the military and I come from a Military family. Not having to spend another night with my ex and his new wife and their family was the best part of my stay.

I had to pay $15 per each for the breakfast which was just a simple continental one. I reserved the room for my guest and was embarrassed when getting to know with him.

This hotel is nice and close to San Antonio airport which is what we wanted. Great staff ( except for overnight clerk). One complaint is that the AC unit in room sound liek a jet engine. very loud.

If you're not a Hilton member expect to pay for everything including parking, water bottes in your hotel room, and breakfast. Hilton treats third party people differently than their members.

For a hotel to be designated for the San Antonio airport you would think it would be really nice hotel. The rooms pictured on the website that I thought I booked for is not what I was given when I arrived to my room. The inside of the hotel didn’t match the outside cleaness of the hotel. It looked like they were in the middle of remodeling with dirty carpets in the halls and all the trim was remove and not painted over to even look decent. It was not made known on the website that you have to pay for parking during each day that your staying.

The staff was excellent and the property was very clean.

If you’re gonna state that parking is free, it should be free not $10 for a day. On Expedia, as well as Hilton‘s own app shows that parking is complementary, but it is not you have to pay $10 for a day.

Breakfast was tasty. Room condition was ok. They were doing some renovations on the floors that was in progress.

Hotel offers reasonable rates only to nickel and dime you with extra fees. Parking fee is really unnecessary at this location near the airport. They have a huge lot with no demand from anyone else other than hotel guests and no reason for the additional charge. Charge for bottled water in room and $4 for coffee in the lobby. Romm was dirty with hairs in the shower and bathroom floor. I’m a Hilton Honors member who used to travel often and used Hilton exclusively when I traveled. My travel slowed down during COVID but now retired, will be picking up again. I will be looking for another alternative to Hilton.

The staff was great. Hotel is being remodeled, but that didnt cause any issues. The breakfast staff gets a special shout out. They were very accommodating to my wifes special dietary needs. The only complaint I have is having to pay for parking when the hotel right in front of ours did not charge for parking.

Checked in very late after an exhausting day. Got our room keys and hauled up our luggage. Room keys didn’t work because it was someone else room! Had to haul our stuff back down to the lobby and get our real room. Hotel is under renovations so room numbers are taped on the doors and everything looks terrible. Thankfully we were here over the weekend so there was no active construction but I can’t imagine staying here during the week and having to deal with the work going on.

There were no base boards in hallway. Considerable messy carpet along walls. Had three night reserved left after one. Room felt like hospital room.

First off why do they charge for parking? Never even heard of that before and will never stay at a Hilton again because of that alone. But here are the other things wrong with this hotel: slowest elevator in the world and only one of the 2 worked. Looked like they were in the process of painting as there is blue painter tape on all the doors- when I asked about it clerk said no that was months ago when painted and the blue painter tape is still up holding up the door numbers? Really tacky… no coffee in the rooms only decaf & tee.. are you kidding me!! Why bother…bathroom was a bit dirty- at least there were no bedbugs…no complementary breakfast… and no complementary coffee downstairs- seems like this hotel is trying to nickel and dime you to death- guess that is why we we the only people on the top floor.. really the whole place looked pretty empty but maybe that was just because nobody could afford to park there…I would never recommend this place to anyone and will write off Hilton from my list!!

When we checked in we had to pay for parking even after our hotel reservation said free parking. My husband made himself a cup of coffee in the room and it was nasty all the grinds were on top.

Trash cans overflowing in the halls. Griddle in kitchen broke so only partial menu but they wanted to charge full price for breakfast. Room furniture reminded me of a Motel 6, not a Hilton. Terrible hotel.

I was disappointed by my stay here. I had a short layover in San Antonio, and I arrived late at night to an empty check-in desk. After searching for someone to help me check in and calling the hotel number (no answer), a man named Aaron eventually arrived about 10 minutes later. I mentioned to him that I’d waited that long, and he accused me of being dishonest. The room condition wasn’t much better than the rude check-in experience: the hallways were in poor shape with baseboards torn from the walls, and my room had white residue on the nightstand and carpet. I was relieved to check out early the next morning, and I will not be returning to this hotel.

Room was great very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Disliked having to pay parking on a daily basis. The breakfast costs $15.95 per person for buffet which consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, yogurt and cereal. Couldn't justify $16 for the selection. Most other hotels serve that free. We spent $12 at Mcdonalds down the street for 3 people. Pool and other amenities were out of service due to construction which by the reviews has taken way too long. 3rd floor hallway wasnt complete yet either. If you have a family it is good for separate bedrooms but thats about it.

Comfy bed, large room, clean and modern hotel. Didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for parking.

Its run down looking but ok

Room and common areas were good. Overall property was too cold with low temps overnight at 32. Service was very bad. Instructions to access the property were followed and could not access the property. Texted and called the owner and still have not heard back 3 days later. Luckily found another way in but if not, not sure what we would have done with no way to get in touch with someone.

Usually Hiltons are nice but this one was very run down . Think staying in a $50 less a night hotel would have been the same . I really made my decision on this hotel due to having an indoor pool for my kids. Breakfast is at a charge and a bottle of water is $3 . Also to top the cake parking is another charge.

Had to pay for parking and the buffet for breakfast and both extremely overpriced for what you get. Was disappointed in that. One tv did not work in room and the bathrooms were nor that clean. Towels very harsh and gave my granddaughter a rash.

Our room looked like it was under construction. The furniture had big stains on them. I stayed 3 nights and the restaurant and bar was opened only one night. If I had known this I would’ve stayed at this hotel. Plus my husbands truck was broken into and the front desk clerk could have cared less.
