Hotel was nice and rooms were big.

Room was great. Nice and cool. Clean. Staff very accommodating. Shuttle great. Breakfast was ok. Would have liked some more items offered. The area to get food was small and crowded. Selection was good overall.

Breakfast and kitchen were good. The staff was friendly and helpful. I do wish that the water for showering was warmer. Also, they need to repair the American Flag. It is quite tattered. The location is extremely convenient. I would recommend this hotel for this price point.

The website advertises 24 hour shuttle to the airport, which is why I booked this hotel. When I checked in and tried to arrange shuttle service, I was told it was not 24 hours and started at 5am (my flight was at 5am). Big inconvenience, and the staff at the front desk were indifferent to the situation.

The staff was professional and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities in room were top notch. Loved the gym. Everything was too sweet on the breakfast including the eggs and turkey bacon.

One of the elevators was broken and a table with art for a raffle had a big broken glass and broken frame- and was just left out in the lobby our whole stay giving a run down impression. Stay was fine- staff was friendly and room was ok but at $200, wouldn’t stay at this location again.

The room blown me away of how nice, clean and the layout was just phenomenal! The room was very clean and had better layouts than many expensive high hotel that are considered high end. Also, the house keeping was trustworthy. When my daughters forgot their phone in the room it was not touch or moved. Our room was always taken care of with new towels and a made bed when we arrive back.

Our experience seems to be the norm for families participating in the San Antonio Livestock Show. Our truck was broken into 20 minutes after we checked in. The truck was parked in view of the front desk. The "persons of interest" knew to hit the parking lot before security started at 10:00. When the police got there, they were told they couldn’t see the video until a manager was there in the morning. The "persons of interest" had at least 12 hours after the break-in to flee.

The online booking process was not great. Communication was not the best. I felt confused about pricing and I spent too much money to not have my problem addressed to my satisfaction as a customer.

Bed was comfortable, pillows comfy. Nice kitchen area, good separation. The bathroom could use upgrade, toilet buttons not flushing well. Toilet paper and Kleenex did not have back up. 1 elevator out of order. Area a bit spotty, nothing close by for food…

Breakfast on Sunday was amazing — everything was fresh, well-stocked, and tasty. Our room was clean and comfortable, although there was no shampoo in the dispenser. Luckily, there’s a Walmart nearby, so we picked some up ourselves. I did let the front desk know and asked that housekeeping come by the next morning while we were out to tidy up, take the trash, and restock items. Unfortunately, no one ever came, so we ended up taking out our own trash. Monday’s breakfast was completely different — the food wasn’t fresh, sausages were burnt and hard, the eggs were overcooked, and the bacon was too crispy. There were limited bagels, and the dairy items hadn’t even been put out yet, even though we went down around 8:15 a.m. (breakfast started at 6:30). The breakfast attendant seemed a bit bothered. When new food was finally brought out, one of the workers started filling up two large plates with rolls and bacon. All in all, it was still a comfortable stay. The TV had plenty of apps to choose from for movies, and the area felt good and safe.

The water went out one day due to a water break downtown and the staff handled it well give my us extra water bottles, etc.

Staff was RUDE they gave us the Wrong room and said the rooms on Expedia are NOT guaranteed since it’s a 3rd party spoke with management and she was rude as well did not want to fix the problem they also have a huge sign on there wall saying “if not satisfied let’s make it right or the night is on us” they FAILED to provide that service. When I tried to dispute it with Expedia the hotel management turned them down as well. Never will I stay at this place. They need better staff and Management.

I loved the location. Easy to get to everywhere I was going. The room is so large and comfortable. Enough outlets for charging phones. The pool is perfect for laps or lounging. And enough shade and sun. Also enough chairs. The breakfast was fabulous. The big fluffy biscuits were exceptional! Many choices. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was great.

Had to catch a Lyft because the shuttle was not available until 3pm. I had to be at the airport at 11am. Why advertise something you don’t offer at all times.

It was a great hotel if you have to catch an early morning flight departure... 4 min to SAT and had car drop off, bag check, and through TSA within 30 min. Love these hotels.

Room was very nice You could use another "shelf" in the shower. The tiny one you have is way to small for even the simplest of necessities in the shower...razor, shaving cream, other small travel toiletries.

It is clear this hotel is franchise owned. They do not live up to the Hilton standards. The breakfasf is not kept warm, so its very cold. They do not use the normal warmers you are used to seeing at a Home2suites. They put the cooked food in the same kind of contraption hotels out muffins, bread slices and bagels. The 3 tiered kind but they say its a warmer. There is no creamer. Just half and half. No choices at all for your coffee. I have never seen that at any Home2suites or hotel i have stayed at. I had to go buy creamer at walmart. They also charge you to wash your clothes. Wheras at other Home2suites its free. Lastly, they charge you $10 a night for parking. I have no idea why. This is a normal parking lot, and Hotels.com didnt mention $10 to park. Do yourself a favor, if you're looking for a good Home2suites, stay at the lackland one. This is subpar. The one good thing I have to say is the employees were friendly

The diverter valve in my room 411 was messed up and the water pressure was low because of it. Not the reason for the 4 stars tough. The reason for only 4 stars is the heavy set lady working the brekfast bar area was very rude to everyone.

Are they pacing due to stress? Practicing jazzercise? Using high heels for the first time? You will ponder those questions as you lay awake due to the stomping. Oh and breakfast was weak at best. But, you’ll be too tired to care.

My stay was terrible. This is a poorly-run hotel that does not put the customer first. Housekeeping only cleaned my room once during an 18-night stay. I kept complaining to the front desk and they would assure me the room would be cleaned today - and it never was. During the 18 nights, I saw the aftermath of 3 car break-ins (window on the parking lot, etc) and heard of several others. At checkout, the manager promised to mail me a certificate for a free future night at a Hilton - but I never got it. This should have been a nice stay, but the terrible service completely ruined it.

Property is in a great location and staff was friendly. One elevator was not working so travel up and down to rooms was time consuming. Our room was not prepared for us, towels were missing and body wash dispenser was not working. I also paid for a "Premium" room and am unsure what the difference is compared to a regular room. Maybe we were given the wrong room? The noise from outside the room was loud ( elevator, guests on floor above walking around). Breakfast was average.

My pickup truck got broken into abd when I alerted the staff they did not seem to care at all this was something usual for them. They told me after the fact that it happens very often in that area.

In a little bit of a remodel but staff is great and great new rooms. Very convenient location too.

Upon arrival, the water was off for repairs, with notices saying it would be restored by 6 PM. When we checked in after this time, the water was still off, so we had to go out for dinner. We were unsure when the water was restored, which was inconvenient. Our first room had several issues: the TV was unplugged, the remote lacked batteries, some light fixtures were missing bulbs, and the shower doors were off track. The second room had additional problems: a non-working bedside outlet, food trash left by housekeeping, a poorly made bed with a fitted sheet that barely fit, and visible mold in the shower. The stairwells were dirty, with trash and food remnants on all three flights. Despite the hotel's eco-friendly claims, towels were replaced daily even when hung to dry. Breakfast was good with trays for taking food to your room. However, the ice maker on the second floor was out of order the entire stay. The gym was closed without explanation. The mall shuttle was convenient, but the airport shuttle was unavailable at 7:15 AM due to a lack of drivers, and the shuttle van’s inspection sticker was expired. In summary, while the staff were friendly and the mall shuttle useful, the hotel needs significant improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and adherence to eco-friendly practices.

I do not recommend this facility. The staff was not friendly and provided no proper customer service. Several of us were complaining the facility had NO hot water. The receptionist stated maintenance was on the property earlier and thought the issue was resolved. We were exhausted and sweaty from being at the park all day - and now no hot water for a shower.

The checkin was poor. We called and were told we could check in around 1. We got there at 2:30 and they would not allow to check in. They said the room was still not ready, despite being told it would be. Other than the one checkin lady everyone else was great

This place is a joke. The worst Home 2 suites I have ever stayed in. Their motto they will make it right or the nights on them is a lie. We stayed there Saturday thru Tuesday and were woke up everyday by a barking dog @ 6 am. The dog barked till 10 when I went down and complained not one day but every day. The jerk at the front desk says well we cant kick them out we are a pet friendly hotel. Now they did go down and knock on the door but what good does that do when it happens over and over again? Not to mention Sunday there were people in line to eat breakfast by at 9:30 ish and mind you it doesnt stop till 10 and they had no food out. No muffins, bagels, bread...nothing but waffles to be made and you couldnt even get to them. I told them they were out of OJ and not a care in the world. Did I mention the huge rip in the couch cushion in our room. I could go on for days about how poorly this hotel is run and how dingy everything was but I think you get the point. Oh lastly lets not forget the cloudy merky pool water that guest were swimming in in their underware.

I always stay at this property when coming into the area. They provide a shuttle service to and from airport and if out of the normal shuttle hours of operation then they will pay for Uber. The rooms are always fresh and clean and staff are friendly.

The kitchen in the room was perfect for our stay.

The hotel needs renovations, especially for what they pay. The pictures on Expedia don’t match what they actually look like. It felt like a 70’s motel. Orange, yellow, green. Dirty, ugly lamps. The AC is so effing loud. It kept me up every night we were here & it doesn’t get cooler than 70°.. I had the AC set on 68° Auto & it never got below 72°F.. so I set it to 60°F Auto & it never got below 70°F.. after being in this San Antonio heat all day & coming back to a 70°F hotel room is nottttt it for me. If you like it hot, then this is the hotel for you. There was hair from previous people in the corners of the bathroom & in the shower. The pillows had no structure, they fall flat as soon as you lay on them. The lobby had like greasy floors, I’m assuming the housekeepers or front desk people don’t change out the mops or something. Front desk also needs work on customer service. There was a man when we checked out that like mumbled & didn’t smile. He also seemed like we inconvenienced him because we needed to checkout & he was in the middle of a conversation with another employee. The girls in the front when we checked in seemed so happy to be there (read this with sarcasm because they were not a delight). This hotel is like tucked in behind Pluckers (restaurant). We almost missed it when trying to find it. I wouldn’t stay here again. Just felt grimey. It was loud & so hot. I didn’t enjoy my stay especially for the price I paid..

This property was clean, and the room was very spacious. It had a nice mini kitchen area and desk area which was great for getting work done and we were able to eat a meal in the room. The only thing I didn't like was that it seemed a little dark despite there being several lamps. The front desk was very accommodating in getting us a shuttle to the airport.

Need to keep more blankets on hand, our room only had blankets for the main bed but the pullout bed only had sheets and a pillow. When asking staff about blankets they told me they had none.

Well, the air conditioner didn’t work and they moved us to another room properly And the air conditioner actually worked so it was very nice

The room was clean and fully stocked! My only gripe was the breakfast.

Location is good but the room smell was horrible. It smellled like dust and mold.
